Abstract
L'invention concerne un ballast magnétique comprenant un carénage, un boîtier ou une base de protection, généralement rectangulaire. Il est constitué d'un ballast ou réactance magnétique (B) et d'un condensateur de compensation (C). Le ballast et le condensateur de compensation sont tous deux placés à l'intérieur du carénage, du boîtier ou de la base de protection, et forment un bloc solidaire constitué d'un matériau métallique ou plastique approprié, comme la résine époxyde, le polyester ou analogue. Il est important de noter que la gamme ou la forme d'un tel matériau utilisable pour le carénage ou le boîtier n'est pas limitative.
