FIG. 1 shows afoam body 5 for attachment to abroom body 1. Thefoam body 5 has asupport body 24 which surrounds thefoam body 5 partially. Thesupport body 24 covers the upper side facing thebroom body 1 and in each case a portion of the side surfaces of thefoam body 5. Thesupport body 24 consists of two 25, 26. A part hasparts projections 27 which are insertable intorecesses 28 of the foam body. Theprojections 27 are simultaneously formed as Klipselemente for positive and non-positive connection of the two 25, 26. Aparts part 25 has tooth-shapedelevations 29. -
FIG. 2 shows the support body according toFIG. 1 in cross section. In this embodiment, both 25, 26 tooth-shapedparts elevations 29 which are arranged cross-wise and jam thefoam body 5 in the intended use. -
FIG. 3 shows abroom 1 whose fastening means 7 is formed by adovetail 8 profile. Thedovetail profile 8 can be inserted into a congruently designeddovetail groove 9 of thebroom body 1. -
FIG. 4 shows thebroom body 1 according toFIG. 3 in the lower view.FIG. 3 shows thedovetail groove 9, which is interrupted in sections. In this case,interruptions 32 anddovetail groove portions 31 are arranged opposite to each other, wherein theinterruptions 32 are longer than thedovetail groove portions 31. In this embodiment, the insertion of thefoam body 5 is parallel to thelongitudinal axis 6 of thebroom body 1. For fixing thefoam body 5 points adovetail groove portion 31 on asurvey 33. -
FIG. 5 shows thefoam body 5 with attachedsupport body 24. Material uniform and integral with thesupport body 24, thedovetail profile 8 is formed, which has arecess 34 at one end. For fixing theelevation 33 of thebroom body 1 is brought into engagement with therecess 34. -
FIG. 6 shows the broom according toFIG. 3 in the side view.
Thefoam body 5 of the following figures is perpendicular to thelongitudinal axis 6 of thebroom body 1 inserted into thebroom body 1. For positive attachment to thebroom body 1, thefoam body 5 in each case at least one fastening means 7. -
FIG. 7 shows abroom body 1, in which the fastening means 7 is formed by a threadedpin 10, in this embodiment, twosetscrews 10 are provided. The threadedpin 10 is engageable in anopening 11 of thebroom body 1 and fixed by means of ascrew 12 which is attachable to the top of thebroom body 1. -
FIG. 8 shows abroom body 1, wherein the fastening means 7 is formed by a provided with thickening 13pin 14. Thepin 14 is engageable in a recess 30 of thebroom body 1. For fixing thefoam body 5, thebroom body 1 has alongitudinal slot 15 into which a blockingelement 16 can be inserted. The blockingelement 16 can be latched in the undercut formed by the thickening 13. -
FIG. 9 shows the broom according toFIG. 8 in cross section. -
FIG. 10 shows abroom body 1, wherein the fastening means 7 is formed by atab 17 which is feasible through anopening 11 of thebroom body 1. Thetab 17 has afilm hinge 18 and asnap closure element 19 has. To fix thefoam body 5, thetab 17 is bent after passing through theopening 11 and locked by means of thesnap closure element 19. -
FIG. 11 shows abroom body 1, in which the fastening means 7 is formed by arectangular profile 20 and by asnap closure element 22. Therectangular profile 20 can be engaged in amating profile 21 of thebroom body 1 designed in a congruent manner. The 20, 21 serve primarily the leadership. To fix theprofiles foam body 5, thesnap closure element 22 engages in arecess 23 of thebroom body 1. -
FIG. 12 shows the broom according toFIG. 11 in cross section.
Claims (10)
- Broom body (1) which has at least two cleaning bodies (3, 4) made of different materials on its lower side (2) which faces the surface to be cleaned, wherein one cleaning body (3) is formed by a foam body (5) which is connected in a frictional and/or form-fitting manner to the broom body (1), wherein the foam body (5) has a fastening means (7) which is designed as a dovetail profile (8) and is insertable into a congruently configured dovetail groove (9), characterized in that the dovetail groove (9) is partially interrupted.
- Broom body (1) which has at least two cleaning bodies (3, 4) made of different materials on its lower side (2) which faces the surface to be cleaned, wherein one cleaning body (3) is formed by a foam body (5) which is connected in a frictional and/or form-fitting manner to the broom body (1), wherein the foam body (5) is insertable into the broom body (1) perpendicularly to the longitudinal axis (6) of the broom body (1), and wherein the foam body (5) has at least one fastening means (7) for the form-fitting fastening to the broom body (1), characterized in that the fastening means (7) is formed by a pin (14) which is provided with thickened portions (13) and is engageable in a recess (30) in the broom body (1), and in that the broom body (1) has a longitudinal slot (15) into which a locking element (16) is insertable, the locking element (16) being latchable in the undercut formed by the thickened portion (13).
- Broom body (1) which has at least two cleaning bodies (3, 4) made of different materials on its lower side (2) which faces the surface to be cleaned, wherein one cleaning body (3) is formed by a foam body (5) which is connected in a frictional and/or form-fitting manner to the broom body (1), wherein the foam body (5) is insertable into the broom body (1) perpendicularly to the longitudinal axis (6) of the broom body (1), and wherein the foam body (5) has at least one fastening means (7) for the form-fitting fastening to the broom body (1), characterized in that the fastening means (7) is formed by at least one tab (17) which is guideable through an aperture (11) in the broom body (1), the tab (17) having a film hinge (18) and a snap closure element (19).
- Broom body (1) which has at least two cleaning bodies (3, 4) made of different materials on its lower side (2) which faces the surface to be cleaned, wherein one cleaning body (3) is formed by a foam body (5) which is connected in a frictional and/or form-fitting manner to the broom body (1), wherein the foam body (5) is insertable into the broom body (1) perpendicularly to the longitudinal axis (6) of the broom body (1), and wherein the foam body (5) has at least one fastening means (7) for the form-fitting fastening to the broom body (1), characterized in that the fastening means (7) is formed by a substantially rectangular profile (20) which is engageable in a congruently configured mating profile (21) of the broom body (1) and by a snap closure element (22) which is latchable into a recess (23) in the broom body (1).
- Broom body according to one of Claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the foam body (5) has a supporting body (24) on which the fastening means (7) is arranged.
- Broom body according to one of Claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the supporting body (24) partially surrounds the foam body (5).
- Broom body according to one of Claims 1 to 7, characterized in that the supporting body (24) comprises two parts (25, 26) which are connected to each other in a frictional and/or form-fitting manner.
- Broom body according to one of Claims 1 to 7, characterized in that one part (25) has projections (27) which are insertable into recesses (28) in the foam body (5).
- Broom body according to one of Claims 1 to 8, characterized in that at least one part (25) has tooth-shaped elevations (29).
- Broom body according to one of Claims 1 to 9, characterized in that both parts (25, 26) have tooth-shaped elevations (29) which are arranged in an intermeshing manner on the parts (25, 26).
