Zur Fixierung des Schaumstoffkörpers 5 weist ein Schwalbenschwanznut-Abschnitt 31 eine Erhebung 33 auf.
  • Figur 5 zeigt den Schaumstoffkörper 5 mit aufgesetztem Tragkörper 24. Materialeinheitlich und einstückig mit dem Tragkörper 24 ist das Schwalbenschwanzprofil 8 ausgebildet, welches an einem Ende eine Ausnehmung 34 aufweist. Zur Fixierung wird die Erhebung 33 des Besenkörpers 1 mit der Ausnehmung 34 in Eingriff gebracht.
  • Figur 6 zeigt den Besenkörper gemäß Figur 3 in der Seitenansicht.
    Der Schaumstoffkörper 5 der folgenden Figuren ist senkrecht zur Längsachse 6 des Besenkörpers 1 in den Besenkörper 1 einführbar. Zur formschlüssigen Befestigung an dem Besenkörper 1 weist der Schaumstoffkörper 5 jeweils zumindest ein Befestigungsmittel 7 auf.
  • Figur 7 zeigt einen Besenkörper 1, bei dem das Befestigungsmittel 7 durch einen Gewindestift 10 gebildet ist, in dieser Ausführung sind zwei Gewindestifte 10 vorgesehen. Der Gewindestift 10 ist in eine Durchbrechung 11 des Besenkörpers 1 eingreifbar und mittels einer Schraube 12 fixierbar, die auf der Oberseite des Besenkörpers 1 ansetzbar ist.
  • Figur 8 zeigt einen Besenkörper 1, bei dem das Befestigungsmittel 7 durch einen mit Verdickungen 13 versehenen Stift 14 gebildet ist. Der Stift 14 ist in eine Ausnehmung 30 des Besenkörpers 1 eingreifbar. Zur Fixierung des Schaumstoffkörpers 5 weist der Besenkörper 1 einen Längsschlitz 15 auf, in den ein Sperrelement 16 einführbar ist. Das Sperrelement 16 ist in der durch die Verdickung 13 gebildete Hinterschneidung einrastbar.
  • Figur 9 zeigt den Besenkörper gemäß Figur 8 im Querschnitt.
  • Figur 10 zeigt einen Besenkörper 1, bei dem das Befestigungsmittel 7 durch eine Lasche 17 gebildet ist, die durch eine Durchbrechung 11 des Besenkörpers 1 führbar ist. Die Lasche 17 weist ein Filmscharnier 18 und ein Schnappverschlusselement 19 aufweist. Zur Fixierung Des Schaumstoffkörpers 5 wird die Lasche 17 nach dem Durchführen durch die Durchbrechung 11 umgebogen und mittels des Schnappverschlusselements 19 verrastet.
  • Figur 11 zeigt einen Besenkörper 1, bei dem das Befestigungsmittel 7 durch ein rechteckiges Profil 20 sowie durch ein Schnappverschlusselement 22 gebildet ist. Das rechteckige Profil 20 ist in ein.kongruent ausgestaltetes Gegenprofil 21 des Besenkörpers 1 eingreifbar. Die Profile 20, 21 dienen vorwiegend der Führung. Zur Fixierung des Schaumstoffkörpers 5 rastet das Schnappverschlusselement 22 in eine Ausnehmung 23 des Besenkörpers 1 ein.
  • Figur 12 zeigt den Besenkörper gemäß Figur 11 im Querschnitt.

The projections 27 are simultaneously formed as Klipselemente for positive and non-positive connection of the two parts 25, 26. A part 25 has tooth-shaped elevations 29.
  • FIG. 2 shows the support body according to FIG. 1 in cross section. In this embodiment, both parts 25, 26 tooth-shaped elevations 29 which are arranged cross-wise and jam the foam body 5 in the intended use.
  • FIG. 3 shows a broom 1 whose fastening means 7 is formed by a dovetail 8 profile. The dovetail profile 8 can be inserted into a congruently designed dovetail groove 9 of the broom body 1.
  • FIG. 4 shows the broom body 1 according to FIG. 3 in the lower view. FIG. 3 shows the dovetail groove 9, which is interrupted in sections. In this case, interruptions 32 and dovetail groove portions 31 are arranged opposite to each other, wherein the interruptions 32 are longer than the dovetail groove portions 31. In this embodiment, the insertion of the foam body 5 is parallel to the longitudinal axis 6 of the broom body 1. For fixing the foam body 5 points a dovetail groove portion 31 on a survey 33.
  • FIG. 5 shows the foam body 5 with attached support body 24. Material uniform and integral with the support body 24, the dovetail profile 8 is formed, which has a recess 34 at one end. For fixing the elevation 33 of the broom body 1 is brought into engagement with the recess 34.
  • FIG. 6 shows the broom according to FIG. 3 in the side view.
    The foam body 5 of the following figures is perpendicular to the longitudinal axis 6 of the broom body 1 inserted into the broom body 1. For positive attachment to the broom body 1, the foam body 5 in each case at least one fastening means 7.
  • FIG. 7 shows a broom body 1, in which the fastening means 7 is formed by a threaded pin 10, in this embodiment, two setscrews 10 are provided. The threaded pin 10 is engageable in an opening 11 of the broom body 1 and fixed by means of a screw 12 which is attachable to the top of the broom body 1.
  • FIG. 8 shows a broom body 1, wherein the fastening means 7 is formed by a provided with thickening 13 pin 14. The pin 14 is engageable in a recess 30 of the broom body 1. For fixing the foam body 5, the broom body 1 has a longitudinal slot 15 into which a blocking element 16 can be inserted. The blocking element 16 can be latched in the undercut formed by the thickening 13.
  • FIG. 9 shows the broom according to FIG. 8 in cross section.
  • FIG. 10 shows a broom body 1, wherein the fastening means 7 is formed by a tab 17 which is feasible through an opening 11 of the broom body 1. The tab 17 has a film hinge 18 and a snap closure element 19 has. To fix the foam body 5, the tab 17 is bent after passing through the opening 11 and locked by means of the snap closure element 19.
  • FIG. 11 shows a broom body 1, in which the fastening means 7 is formed by a rectangular profile 20 and by a snap closure element 22. The rectangular profile 20 can be engaged in a mating profile 21 of the broom body 1 designed in a congruent manner. The profiles 20, 21 serve primarily the leadership. To fix the foam body 5, the snap closure element 22 engages in a recess 23 of the broom body 1.
  • FIG. 12 shows the broom according to FIG. 11 in cross section.

Claims (10)

  1. Broom body (1) which has at least two cleaning bodies (3, 4) made of different materials on its lower side (2) which faces the surface to be cleaned, wherein one cleaning body (3) is formed by a foam body (5) which is connected in a frictional and/or form-fitting manner to the broom body (1), wherein the foam body (5) has a fastening means (7) which is designed as a dovetail profile (8) and is insertable into a congruently configured dovetail groove (9), characterized in that the dovetail groove (9) is partially interrupted.
  2. Broom body (1) which has at least two cleaning bodies (3, 4) made of different materials on its lower side (2) which faces the surface to be cleaned, wherein one cleaning body (3) is formed by a foam body (5) which is connected in a frictional and/or form-fitting manner to the broom body (1), wherein the foam body (5) is insertable into the broom body (1) perpendicularly to the longitudinal axis (6) of the broom body (1), and wherein the foam body (5) has at least one fastening means (7) for the form-fitting fastening to the broom body (1), characterized in that the fastening means (7) is formed by a pin (14) which is provided with thickened portions (13) and is engageable in a recess (30) in the broom body (1), and in that the broom body (1) has a longitudinal slot (15) into which a locking element (16) is insertable, the locking element (16) being latchable in the undercut formed by the thickened portion (13).
  3. Broom body (1) which has at least two cleaning bodies (3, 4) made of different materials on its lower side (2) which faces the surface to be cleaned, wherein one cleaning body (3) is formed by a foam body (5) which is connected in a frictional and/or form-fitting manner to the broom body (1), wherein the foam body (5) is insertable into the broom body (1) perpendicularly to the longitudinal axis (6) of the broom body (1), and wherein the foam body (5) has at least one fastening means (7) for the form-fitting fastening to the broom body (1), characterized in that the fastening means (7) is formed by at least one tab (17) which is guideable through an aperture (11) in the broom body (1), the tab (17) having a film hinge (18) and a snap closure element (19).
  4. Broom body (1) which has at least two cleaning bodies (3, 4) made of different materials on its lower side (2) which faces the surface to be cleaned, wherein one cleaning body (3) is formed by a foam body (5) which is connected in a frictional and/or form-fitting manner to the broom body (1), wherein the foam body (5) is insertable into the broom body (1) perpendicularly to the longitudinal axis (6) of the broom body (1), and wherein the foam body (5) has at least one fastening means (7) for the form-fitting fastening to the broom body (1), characterized in that the fastening means (7) is formed by a substantially rectangular profile (20) which is engageable in a congruently configured mating profile (21) of the broom body (1) and by a snap closure element (22) which is latchable into a recess (23) in the broom body (1).
  5. Broom body according to one of Claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the foam body (5) has a supporting body (24) on which the fastening means (7) is arranged.
  6. Broom body according to one of Claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the supporting body (24) partially surrounds the foam body (5).
  7. Broom body according to one of Claims 1 to 7, characterized in that the supporting body (24) comprises two parts (25, 26) which are connected to each other in a frictional and/or form-fitting manner.
  8. Broom body according to one of Claims 1 to 7, characterized in that one part (25) has projections (27) which are insertable into recesses (28) in the foam body (5).
  9. Broom body according to one of Claims 1 to 8, characterized in that at least one part (25) has tooth-shaped elevations (29).
  10. Broom body according to one of Claims 1 to 9, characterized in that both parts (25, 26) have tooth-shaped elevations (29) which are arranged in an intermeshing manner on the parts (25, 26).
