- the controller 70 preferably causes the calculated notice value to be displayed on the display part 30 when the channel up/down key is selected from the user input part 40 and changes the channel while the video signal having the additional information is displayed.
- the video-displaying time preferably comprises a time from when the video signal having the additional information is displayed on the display part 30 to when the channel up/down key is selected from the user input part 40.
- the calculated notice value is synthesized with the video signal corresponding to the changed channel and displayed on the display part 30.
