Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a sheet of cardboard, cardboard or the like, which is designed in particular for the formation of a package. The packaging can be used here for plate-shaped packaging goods, especially books.
The problem with such packaging, however, is that when loading the package, the folded-up wing sections tend to return to their original state, d. H. to the bottom portion of the blank, to fold back so as to make it difficult to load the article (e.g., book) since, during loading, the wing portions must be manually held substantially perpendicular to the base portion. This results in a disadvantageously time-consuming assembly process of the package.
It is therefore an object of the present invention to provide a sheet of cardboard, cardboard or the like, a packaging for plate-shaped packaging goods, In particular, books, as well as a corresponding method for producing a packaging for plate-shaped packaging goods to provide, which ensure a simple and fast loading of the package.
This object is achieved by a sheet of cardboard, cardboard or the like, in particular for forming a package, with the features of claim 1, by a packaging for plate-shaped packaging goods, in particular books, with the features of
According to the invention, a sheet of cardboard, cardboard or the like, in particular for forming a packaging, is provided, which has a first and a second layer, wherein the second layer has a fastening portion and a wing portion, which are connected to each other pivotally to each other along a connecting portion, wherein the attachment portion is at least partially connected to the first layer and wherein the wing portion has at least one projection which protrudes at the connecting portion of this projecting and thus projecting into at least one formed in the attachment portion recess, such that a pivoting of the wing portion to substantially 90th ° to the first layer causes engagement of the projection with the first layer. The patch is thus advantageously formed from a blank of a cardboard, a cardboard or the like material. It is understood that the patch can also be formed from similar kink or foldable materials, such as a plastic. The blank is in this case at least partially formed in two layers, wherein the first layer is advantageously formed to form the bottom portion of the package. The second layer has a fastening portion and a wing portion. The wing portion is pivotally arranged along a joint portion at the attachment portion. The connection region is advantageously designed as a bending line or bending edge or fold line or fold. Of the Attachment portion is at least partially connected to the first layer or glued or attached thereto. As a result, the second layer has a substantially immovable, connected to the first layer attachment portion and a movable portion to the mounting portion or the first position wing portion. Advantageously, the second layer is located directly on the first layer in the region of the fastening section, whereas the second layer initially rests in the original state (ground state) or on the first layer in the region of the wing section, but for this purpose is tilted upwards when the packaging is loaded , A distal end of the wing section can thus be pivoted away from the first layer, whereas the end of the wing section facing the fastening section remains adjacent to the first layer. At the end facing the fastening section, the wing section has at least one projection. In other words, the at least one projection on the wing portion is formed such that it protrudes at the connecting region (ie, the bending line or folding edge or fold) projecting therefrom and thus protruding into at least one recess formed in the fastening portion. Thus, at least part of the wing portion (ie, the protrusion) projects into the region of the attachment portion. As a result, pivoting the wing portion about substantially 90 ° to the first position causes engagement of the protrusion with the first layer. It is understood that the engagement of the projection with the first layer does not come to fruition at 90 °, but a first contact between the projection and the first layer already takes place at a small pivoting of the wing portion, wherein the degree of engagement of the projection with the first layer increases in a further pivoting up to 90 ° and reaches its maximum at a pivoting by 90 ° substantially. As a result, a panel is advantageously provided in which the wing section can be pivoted for mounting and remains in its pivoted position, ie, not prone to return to its original position.
Advantageously, the projection protrudes into the fastening section at least over a length corresponding to the thickness of the material of the second layer.
Particularly preferably, the projection projects beyond about 0.2 to 3.5 times, preferably approximately 0.8 to 2.5 times, the thickness of the material of the second layer corresponding length into the fastening section. In other words, the projection thus protrudes by the aforementioned measure, starting from the wing section, beyond the connection region or bending line or bending edge or fold line. As a result, a secure engagement of the projection of the wing portion is ensured with the first layer.
Preferably, the running direction of the corrugated cardboard is aligned substantially parallel to the extension of the connecting region between the fastening section and the wing section. Thus, the crests of the waves of the corrugated intermediate layer of the corrugated cardboard are substantially transversely or perpendicularly or at an angle of 90 ° to the extension of the connecting portion between the mounting portion and wing portion aligned. The corrugated board advantageously consists of at least three layers, namely a flat layer, the corrugated intermediate layer and another subsequent planar layer. It is understood that the corrugated board may also be formed multi-layered, for example, with two or more intermediate layers. The corrugation or the running direction of the corrugated cardboard is advantageously aligned parallel to the connection region or to the bending line between the fastening section and the wing section. However, the running direction can also be aligned at a different angle to the connection region from this, for example, also transversely or perpendicularly or at right angles or at an angle of 90 ° thereto. However, a vertical orientation usually results in a slightly lower strength of the projection. As a result, it is preferable to align the direction of the apex lines of the corrugated cardboard in its horizontal extension obliquely to the extent of the bending line between the fastening portion and the wing portion, advantageously transversely or at an angle of 90 °.
Advantageously, the projection extends over at least one groove of the corrugated intermediate layer of the corrugated cardboard. In other words, the Advantageously projection on a width (parallel to the connection region or bending line), which corresponds to greater than or equal to a wavelength or wave pitch or period of the waveform of the intermediate layer. As already mentioned, a plurality of intermediate layers can be provided, wherein these can be configured arbitrarily in their shape, for example S-shaped, angular or in any desired waveform.
In a preferred embodiment, the projection is in the form of a rectangle, trapezium or a curvature. Of course, the projection may have any other geometric configuration, for example, be designed as a polygon.
Preferably, a plurality of substantially distributed over the entire extent of the connection region projections are formed in the wing portion. As a result, a uniform engagement between the wing portion and the first layer is advantageously effected, so that the wing portion is held stable in its unfolded position.
Advantageously, the first and second layers are integrally formed and connected to one another via a side region. In other words, the first and second layers are formed of a one-piece blank that is folded back substantially on itself at the side region so that the first and second layers are formed. As already mentioned, it is particularly advantageous to align the running direction of the corrugated intermediate layer of the corrugated cardboard substantially parallel to the connection region between the fastening section and wing section, so that the direction of the apex lines of the corrugated intermediate layer or position substantially perpendicular to the connection region between the fastening section and wing section is aligned. Accordingly, the running direction of the wave-shaped intermediate layer is expediently also designed substantially parallel to the side region, wherein the running direction of the intermediate layer of the wing portion substantially corresponds to the running direction of the first layer.
Alternatively, the first and second layers may be formed in several parts, preferably in two parts. Thus, it is possible to form the first and second layers of different materials. Accordingly, the second layer is fastened in the fastening region to the first layer, for example glued, welded or arranged with other mechanical fastening means. In a multi-part design of the first and second layers of corrugated cardboard, it is thus advantageously possible to adjust the orientation of the directions of movement of the first and second layers so that they are aligned parallel to each other, transversely to each other or at an arbitrarily adjustable angle to each other.
Furthermore, according to the invention, a packaging for plate-shaped packaging goods, in particular books, is provided, comprising a surface piece which has at least a first and at least one second layer, wherein the second layer has a fastening portion and a wing portion, which are connected to one another along a connecting region to each other pivotally, wherein the attachment portion is at least partially connected to the first layer and wherein the wing portion has at least one projection which projecting at the connecting portion of this projecting and thus formed in at least one formed in the attachment portion recess such that a pivoting of the wing portion to substantially 90th ° to the first layer causes engagement of the projection with the first layer.
Furthermore, according to the invention, a method for producing a packaging for plate-shaped packaging goods, in particular books, is provided, comprising: providing a substantially plate-shaped blank, which is preferably formed from cardboard or corrugated cardboard; Folding over at least a portion of the blank to form a second layer; Providing a connecting portion in the second layer to form a fixing portion and a wing portion pivotable with respect to the fixing portion around the connecting portion; Attaching the attachment portion to the first layer formed by the plate-shaped blank; Forming of at least one projection in the wing portion such that the projection at the connecting portion of this projecting and thus in at least one in the Mounting portion formed recessed projecting such that pivoting of the wing portion by substantially 90 ° to the first layer causes engagement of the projection with the first layer.
It is understood that all the advantages and additional features of the sheet according to the invention can also be found in the packaging according to the invention and in accordance with the method according to the invention.

In Fig. 1 is a plan view of a blank 2 of a sheet member according to an embodiment of the invention is shown. The blank 2 essentially comprises a
At substantially perpendicular to the bending edges 6 arranged side regions or bending
Fig. 3).As shown in Fig. 2 , in the embodiment of the surface piece according to the invention of the
The
When fitting the packaging formed by the sheet, the
This effect is reinforced in particular by the formation of the blank 2 from a corrugated cardboard with a corresponding orientation of the corrugation. A corrugated board consists essentially of two cover layers 30 (only one shown in FIG. 1), between which an
Es wird somit gemäß der Erfindung ein Flächenstück geschaffen, bei welchem eine Bestückung sehr zeitsparend und einfach verrichtet werden kann, da der Flügelabschnitt 22 in seiner aufgeklappten Position, aufgrund des Eingriffs der Vorsprünge 28, in der ersten Lage 4 verbleibt, ohne in seine ursprüngliche PositionIt is thus provided according to the invention, a patch in which a placement can be done very time-saving and easy, since the
