Claims (15)
- Procédé d'enlèvement à partir d'une cuve métallurgique (11) d'une lance d'injection refroidis à l'eau intérieurement (27) à laquelle de la matière gazeuse et/ou solide est fournie à une extrémité externe de la lance au travers d'une ligne de fourniture d'injection et à laquelle de l'eau de refroidissement est normalement fournie depuis un circuit d'eau de refroidissement au travers d'une ligne de fourniture d'eau (71) raccordée entre le circuit de refroidissement d'eau et la lance (27), l'eau de refroidissement étant retournée au circuit d'eau de refroidissement via une ligne de retour (72) raccordée entre le circuit de refroidissement d'eau et la lance (27), caractérisé en ce que le procédé comprend les étapes de :- raccordement d'un premier tuyau flexible (75) entre une paire d'emplacements (80) de raccordement à la ligne de fourniture d'eau espacés le long de la ligne de fourniture d'eau (71) et établissant une circulation d'eau de refroidissement au travers de ce tuyau (75) vers la lance (27) qui court-circuite un segment de la ligne de fourniture d'eau (71) entre les dits emplacements (80) de raccordement,- raccordement d'un second tuyau flexible (76) entre des emplacements (81) de raccordement à la ligne de retour (72) espacés le long de le ligne de retour (72) pour établir une circulation de retour d'eau depuis la lance (27) qui court-circuite un segment de la ligne de retour (72) entre les emplacements (81) de raccordement à la ligne de retour,- isolement d'au moins une partie de chacun desdits segments de la ligne de distribution (71) et de la ligne de retour (72) depuis à la fois le circuit d'eau de refroidissement et la lance (27),- déconnexion d'au moins une portion des parties isolées de la ligne de fourniture d'eau (71) et de la ligne de retour (72),- déconnexion d'au moins une portion de la ligne de fourniture d'injection, et- enlèvement de la lance (27) à partir de la cuve (11) tout en maintenant la circulation d'eau de refroidissement au travers de la lance (27) via les tuyaux flexibles (75, 76).
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel au moins une portion des segments déconnectés des lignes de fourniture d'eau (71) et de retour d'eau (72) sont enlevées.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, dans lequel au moins une portion de la ligne de fourniture d'injection (71) est enlevée.
- Procédé selon la revendication 3, dans lequel l'extrémité de distribution de la ligne de fourniture d'injection (71) est déconnectée et enlevée de la lance (27).
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel il y a des raccordements (83, 84, 85, 85a, 86, 86a) d'une circulation d'eau auxiliaire à la lance (27) et/ou à l'extrémité de distribution de la ligne de fourniture d'injection, le procédé comprenant une étape de déconnexion d'un ou plus de ces raccordements pour permettre le retrait de la lance (27).
- Procédé selon la revendication 5, dans lequel il y a des raccordements pour une circulation d'eau de refroidissement jusqu'à une bride de fixation de la lance (27) par laquelle la lance (27) est fixé sur la cuve (11) et qui est déconnecté avant le retrait de la lance (27).
- Procédé selon l'une quelconques des revendications 1 à 4, dans lequel des raccordements d'une circulation d'eau auxiliaire s'étendent entre des sections principales des lignes de fourniture d'eau (71) et de retour d'eau (72) et forment au moins un sous circuit pour la fourniture d'eau de refroidissement aux circuits de refroidissement de la lance (27).
- Procédé selon la revendication 7, dans lequel au moins un sous circuit forme un sous ensemble raccordé à la lance (27).
- Procédé selon la revendication 8, dans lequel le sous ensemble raccordé à la lance (27) est autoporteur sur la lance (27).
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel les sections principales des lignes de fourniture d'eau (71) et de retour d'eau (72) positionnent des valves d'isolement (78, 82) qui en fonctionnement réalisent l'isolement d'au moins un des sous circuits des lignes de fourniture et de retour (71, 72).
- Procédé selon la revendication 10, dans lequel les lignes (71, 72) de fourniture d'eau et de retour d'eau et l'au moins un des sous-circuits sont adaptés à recevoir et positionner des tuyaux de chaque côté des valves d'isolement de façon à ce que en fonctionnement de l'eau de refroidissement temporaire court-circuite les valves d'isolement (78, 82) et soit fournie à l'au moins un des sous circuits.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel il y a un raccordement de circulation d'eau pour la fourniture d'eau à une bride raccordant l'extrémité de distribution de la ligne de fourniture d'injection à l'extrémité supérieure de la lance (27) qui est déconnecté avant le retrait de la lance (27).
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel il y a un raccord de gaz de drainage pour l'admission de gaz de drainage dans la lance (27) pour une circulation entre un tube de coeur central (31) et une chemise annulaire (32) de refroidissement de la lance, le raccord de gaz de drainage étant déconnecté avant l'enlèvement de la lance (27).
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la lance (27) est une lance à injection de solides (27) et la ligne de fourniture d'injection est un convoyeur de solides (91).
- Procédé selon l'une quelconques des revendications 1 à 14, comprenant en outre un procédé de remplacement à partir d'une cuve métallurgique de ladite lance d'injection par les étapes d'établissement d'une circulation d'eau de refroidissement à la lance (27) de remplacement par lesdits tuyaux flexibles (75, 76), d'insertion de la lance (27) dans la cuve (11), de réinstallation des parties isolées de la ligne de fourniture (71) et de la ligne de retour (72), et de dé-isolement de ces parties pour établir une circulation d'eau de refroidissement au travers de ces parties des lignes de fourniture (71) et de retour (72), et de déconnexion des tuyaux flexibles (75, 76).
