Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zur Oberflächenbeschichtung von Kleinteilen, bei dem schüttfähige Kleinteile in einer sich drehenden, von einem Gehäuse (8) ummantelten Trommel (2) umgewälzt werden, wobei auf die Kleinteile ein durch eine Sprühpistole eingebrachter Lack verteilt wird, der mit Hilfe von Druckluft zerstäubt wird, wobei dem Innenraum der Trommel (2) zusätzlich Zuluft zugeführt wird und gleichzeitig aus der Trommel (2) Luft und verdampftes Lösungsmittel des Lackes oder in Aerosolform vorliegender Lack kontinuierlich abgeführt wird. Um ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens zur Oberflächenbeschichtung von Kleinteilen bereit zu stellen, das sich durch einen optimierten Lackverbrauch auszeichnet und eine gleichmäßige Beschichtung gewährleistet wird die Druckluft vor ihrer Zuführung in die Trommel (2) einer Deionisation unterworfen.
