Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Dämmelement (1), insbesondere zur Innen- und/oder Außendämmung von Gebäuden, sowie ein Gebäude, wie ein Wohn-, Büro- oder Industriegebäude, welches mit einem solchen Dämmelement (1) ausgestattet ist. Dabei ist erfindungsgemäß vorgesehen, daß die Dämmeigenschaften des Dämmelementes je nach gewünschter Innentemperatur des Gebäudes bzw. je nach Außentemperatur und/oder Sonneneinstrahlung bedarfsweise veränderbar sind, was beispielsweise durch Veränderung des Wärmedurchgangskoeffizienten oder der Reflexionseigenschaften des Dämmelementes geschehen kann.
