Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif pour fermer hermétiquement et avec sûreté un biberon afin d'éviter l'écoulement du liquide. Ledit dispositif de fermeture comporte : •Un obturateur rotatif constitué d'une virole interne (6) et d'une virole externe (7) présentant chacune une ouverture respectivement (8) et (10) décentrée, la virole interne (6) étant encastrée dans la virole externe (7). Un filetage interne (9) de la virole interne (6) permet de fixer l'obturateur rotatif au col fileté (12) du biberon (13). •Une tétine (3) introduite, dans une bague de maintien (4) comportant un filetage interne (i i), est fixée au col fileté (5) de l'obturateur rotatif. Un capuchon (2) est prévu, qui permet de protéger la tétine (3). Le dispositif selon l'invention est particulièrement destiné à la fermeture hermétique du biberon.

Description

DESCRIPTION
DISPOSITIF DE FERMETURE AVEC OBTURATEUR ROTATIF INTEGRE CONÇU POUR BIBERON ET BOUTEILLE.
Si le biberon, dans sa forme traditionnelle, s'est révélé parfaitement utile, il n'en demeure pas moins que des difficultés techniques se posent quotidiennement aux mamans. L'une de ces difficultés pour les mamans, est de pouvoir toujours tenir le biberon en position verticale, dans un sac ou une sacoche par exemple; car dans une toute autre position, le col du biberon étant ouvert, le liquide coulerait facilement vers le bout de la tétine, pour finalement sortir par son orifice(l ). Même si un capuchon(2) est prévu pour la protection de la tétine(3), le problème de l'écoulement vers l'orifice(1 ) n'est pas résolu par cette mesure.
L'invention ici, a pour objet, d'éviter cet inconvénient, en apportant, par le moyen d'un dispositif de fermeture, une étanchéité plus sûre dans la fermeture du biberon.
On appelle ici biberon(13), tout récipient comportant principalement un conteneur et une tétine, pouvant contenir un liquide, et destiné aux enfants en bas âge (0 à 2 ans par exemple). Ce liquide peut être du lait, de l'eau ou toute autre boisson ( jus de fruit, jaourt, etc..)
La présente invention concerne donc un dispositif de fermeture avec obturateur rotatif intégré, pour biberon. (13) Les dessins annexés illustrent l'invention. -La figure 1 représente le dispositif complet de fermeture avec obturateur rotatif intégré, pour biberon.
-La figure 2 représente l'obturateur rotatif intégré détaché de la bague de maintien (4) de la tétine (3).
-La figure 3 présente les disques A et B des viroles interne(ό) et externe(7) de l'obturateur rotatif intégré.
Le dispositif de fermeture avec obturateur rotatif intégré selon l'invention, est constitué de : deux viroles, interne{6) et exteme(7), le tout réalisé en matière plastique, et assurant la fonction d'obturation rotative. Ledit obturateur rotatif est interposé entre une tétine(3) introduite dans une bague de maintien(4), et le filetage(12) du biberon(13).
La bague de maintien (4) comprend un filetage internep 1 ) qui permet de la visser directement au filetage externe(5) de l'obturateur rotatif.
La virole interne(ό), par le moyen de son filetage interne(9), est vissée directement au col fileté(12) du biberon(13).
La virole externe(7) avec son filetage externe(5) par le haut, reçoit la bague de maintien (4) de la tétine (3). Ces deux viroles, interne(ό) et externe(7), qui constituent l'obturateur rotatif, présentent chacune un disque, — A pour l'interne et B pour l'externe — qui sont en contact l'un de l'autre, étant reliés par un pivot interne(B15 (Fig.3)) monté à l'intérieur, au centre de la virole externe(7).
La virole interne(6) étant encastrée dans la virole externe(7), le rebord du pivot que l'on ne peut voir sur les figures ici, permet de les tenir reliées, le disque A de la virole interne(ό) étant en contact avec le disque B de la virole externe(7). Une perforation (Al 7 (Fig.3)) au centre du disque A de la virole interne(ό) rend possible l'encastrement de la virole interne(ό) dans la virole externe(7).
Le mécanisme d'obturation rotative est principalement assuré par les viroles, interne et externe dont les disques A et B se superposent et présente chacun, respectivement, une ouverture décentrée(δ) et (10) occupant plus de % de sa surface. La virole externe(7) possède un diamètre extérieur supérieur à celui des autres éléments du dispositif et comporte des cannelures(B21 (Fig.3)) extérieures permettant de commander sa rotation.
Dans le sens de la fermeture, en mouvement de rotation, s'ensuit un jeu de pivotement. Le disque(B) de la virole exteme(7) est orienté de telle sorte que les ouvertures(8)et (10) respectivement des premier(A) et deuxième(B) disques soient décalés, obturant ainsi complètement le biberon (13). Un joint peut être prévu entre les viroles interne(ό) et exteme(7) pour une étanchéité plus sûre dans la fermeture du biberon (13).
Dans le sens de l'ouverture, en mouvement de rotation, le disque(B) de la virole externe(7) est orienté de sorte que les ouvertures(δ) et (10) respectivement des disques(A) et (B) se retrouvent face à face, permettant l'écoulement d'un liquide contenu dans le biberon(13). Un capυchon(2) est prévu, qui permet de protéger la tétine(3).
• On peut aussi mettre en œuvre l'invention sur des biberons ou sur des bouteilles à usage unique.
La figure 4 illustre le profile de la bouteille plastique dotée du dispositif de fermeture avec obturateur rotatif intégré.
Le dispositif de fermeture de l'invention peut alors être fixé à la bouteille de manière permanente par sertissage. La bouteille comporte un conteneur(19) avec un fond(20) fermé et un col non fileté(21 ) qui reçoit par sertissage le dispositif de fermeture, après la mise en bouteille du liquide. Le conteneur(19) et le dispositif de fermeture deviennent un seul tenant. Le dispositif de fermeture comporte non pas une tétine, mais un embout de tétine(50) fixé au-dessus de la bague de maintien (4). Tous les éléments du dispositif de fermeture à savoir : l'embout de tétine (50), la bague de maintient), et les deux viroles A et B. sont d'un seul tenant. Après la mise en bouteille du liquide, ce dispositif de fermeture devient avec le conteneuφ 9), un seul tenant, à l'exception du capuchon (2) prévu pour la protection de l'embout de tétine (50).
L'obturateur rotatif intégré permet aux mamans de fermer avec sûreté le biberon ou la bouteille d'eau minérale de l'enfant, avec la possibilité de conserver du liquide restant pour une utilisation ultérieure. Ledit biberon ou ladite bouteille est destinée aux boissons pour enfants de 0 à 2 ans.

Claims

REVENDICATIONS
1 ) Dispositif de fermeture d'un récipient tel que biberon(13) ou bouteille(13) d'eau minérale, comportant : une tétine (3) une bague de maintien (4) un filetage interne(l 1 ) destiné à coopérer avec le filetagefl 2) du biberon (13), caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un obturateur rotatif commutable de sécurité interposé entre la bague de maintien(4) et le filetage (12) du biberon ou bouteille, cet obturateur étant mobile entre une position d'obturation complète du biberon (13) ou bouteille(13) et une position permettant l'écoulement d'un liquide contenu dans le biberon (13) ou bouteille(13).
2) Dispositif de fermeture de biberon selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que l'obturateur rotatif commutable comporte • une virole externe(7), portant un filetage(5) destiné à recevoir la bague de maintien(4) et un premier disque(B) ayant une ouverture(l 0) décentrée obturant partiellement le biberon (13), • une virole interne(ό) portant un filetage interne(9) et un deuxième disque(A) ayant une ouverture(8) décentrée obturant partiellement le biberon(13) et étant en contact du premier disque (B), la virole externe(7) pouvant être orientée de telle sorte que les ouvertures(8) et (10) respectivement des premier et deuxième disques soient face à face permettant l'écoulement d'un liquide contenu dans le biberon(13) ou, de telle sorte que les ouvertures(δ) et respectivement des premier et deuxième disques soient décalés, obturant complètement le biberon (13).
3) Dispositif de fermeture de biberon selon la revendication 2 caractérisé en ce que la virole externe(7) comporte des cannelures extérieures permettant de commander sa rotation.
4) Dispositif de fermeture de biberon selon l'une des revendications 2 et 3 caractérisé en ce que la virole externe(7) a un diamètre extérieur supérieur à celui des autres éléments du dispositif.
5) Dispositif de fermeture de biberon selon l' une des revendications 2 à 4 caractérisé en ce que chacune des ouvertures décentrées(δ) et (10) occupe plus de VA de la surface du disque.
6) Dispositif de fermeture de biberon selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5 caractérisé en ce que la virole externe(7) présente à l'intérieur, au centre, un pivot(B15) dont le rebord tient reliés les deux viroles (6) et (7).
7) Dispositif de fermeture de biberon selon les revendications 2 et 4 caractérisé en ce qu'un joint est prévu entre la virole interne(6) et la virole externe(7).
