Claims (17)

  1. Device for releasably receiving a drawer (1) provided laterally with two telescopic pull-out guides (7) in a basic furniture structure (2), wherein each of the two telescopic pull-out guides (7) has a basic-structure rail (8) that can be pushed, at its rear end, onto a rear bracket (4) on the basic furniture structure in the guide direction and, at its front end, can be latched onto a front bracket (5) on the basic furniture structure, characterized in that a latching element (11, 29) protrudes from the basic-structure rail (8) close to the front end thereof and can be inserted into a latching slot (12), which is open towards the front, on the front bracket (5) in the guide direction, in that a spring-loaded locking rocker (13, 13') secures the latching element (11, 29) in position in the latching slot (12), and in that the locking rocker (13, 13') can be moved into a release position, in which the latching element (11, 29) is released, by actuating a release lever (15, 35).
  2. Device according to Claim 1, characterized in that the latching element is a laterally protruding latching tongue (11).
  3. Device according to Claim 2, characterized in that the locking rocker (13, 13') can be pivoted between its locking position and its release position, with the force exerted by a rocker spring (27) being overcome.
  4. Device according to Claim 3, characterized in that the latching tongue (11) can deflect the locking rocker (13) out of its locking position to such an extent that the latching tongue (11) can be inserted into the latching slot (12), and that the rocker spring (27) then returns the locking rocker (13) back into its locking position.
  5. Device according to one of Claims 2-4, characterized in that a rocker arm (24) of the locking rocker (13) protrudes into the path of movement of the latching tongue (11) when said locking rocker is in its release position, and the locking rocker (13) pivots into its locking position as a result of the latching tongue (11) engaging on the rocker arm (24).
  6. Device according to one of Claims 2-5, characterized in that the release lever (15) is mounted on the front bracket (5) and is held in its position of rest by spring force, and in that the release lever (15), when it is displaced counter to spring force, pivots the locking rocker (13) into its release position.
  7. Device according to Claim 6, characterized in that the release lever (15), when it is actuated by an actuating tab (25), presses against the locking rocker (13) in order to pivot the latter into its release position.
  8. Device according to one of Claims 2-7, characterized in that the first spring leg (19) of a leg spring (18) mounted on the front bracket (5) forms the rocker spring, and the second spring leg (20) thereof holds the release lever (15) in its position of rest.
  9. Device according to Claim 8, characterized in that that side of the locking rocker (13) which faces the first spring leg (19) has two bearing surfaces (21, 22) at an angle to one another, and in that the first spring leg (19) bears against one bearing surface (22) when the locking rocker is in the locking position and bears against the other bearing surface (21) when the locking rocker (13) is in the release position.
  10. Device according to one of Claims 2-5, characterized in that the release lever (15) is mounted on the front bracket (5), and in that the locking rocker (13) is held in both its locking position and release position by a rocker spring (27) supported on the front bracket (5).
  11. Device according to Claim 1, characterized in that the rear end of the basic-structure rail (8) is provided with a reception slot (9) which expands to the rear and can be pushed on over a horizontal tongue (10) of the rear bracket (4).
  12. Device according to Claim 10, characterized in that the upper edge of the reception slot (9) merges at the rear into a rising run-on edge (9a).
  13. Device according to Claim 1, characterized in that the latching element is a latching pin (29).
  14. Device according to Claim 13, characterized in that the latching pin (29) protrudes downwards into the latching slot (12), which is formed in a horizontal plate (30) of the front bracket (5).
  15. Device according to Claim 14, characterized in that the locking rocker (13') is mounted so as to be pivotable about a vertical axis, and can be fixed in its latching position by way of a securing hook (33) that can be pivoted out when the latching pin (29) is inserted.
  16. Device according to Claim 15, characterized in that an actuating arm (35) of the locking rocker (13') can be locked in its release position and can be released by the passing latching pin (29) from its locking position.
  17. Device according to Claim 16, characterized in that the latching pin (29) released from its latching position can be brought into engagement with an oblique surface of the actuating arm (35) as it moves along the latching slot (12), in order to release the actuating arm (35) from its locking position by resilient deformation transversely to the pivoting plane thereof.
