Abstract

A floor element (1) is disclosed. This can be made as a bowl-shaped basin with a floor surface (2) made integral with side walls. In the floor surface (2) there is provided a drain (5) which is preferably formed in a drain depression (4).
The floor element (1) is made of polymeric concrete and the drain is made integral with the basin, as the stub (5) is cast into the lowest part of the floor surface of the floor element.
With a floor element according to the invention, problems with leaky or deficient sealing joints are avoided, while at the same times the advantages of common cast floor elements are achieved.
