Weitere Faktoren, die das Fließverhalten beeinflussen können, sind allerdings auch die Art und Menge der quaternären Ammoniumsalze, sowie die Art und Menge von weiteren Additiven, insbesondere von Salzen und sauren Komponenten. Falls mit einem Polyurethanverdicker bei der angestrebten Zusammensetzung des Weichspülmittels nicht das gewünschte reversibel thixotrope Fließverhalten erzielt wird, kann der Fachmann durch eine oder mehrere der folgenden Veränderungen an der Struktur des Polyurethanverdickers zu einem erfindungsgemäßen Weichspülmittel mit reversibel thixotropen Fließverhalten gelangen:
- Einführung von zwei oder mehr Substituenten mit einem langkettigen Alkylrest in das Polyurethan.
- Herstellung des Polyurethans aus einem sterisch weniger anspruchsvollen Diisocyanat.
