The calendering was carried out with an elastomer ring (elastomeric film from the cuff area of a rubber glove, Reichelt Chemie-Technik, Thomastat-HSR-2020 15 MIL black gloves, material: soft plastic, film thickness: 0.15 mm). There were no problems with melt sticking in the cavities of the forming rolls.
  • Example 5 The procedure was carried out as in Example 5, but without the use of the Wael- zen elastomeric film. The melt adhered too much to the calender roll surfaces, i. a demolding of the tablets did not succeed.

Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé permettant de produire des formes de dosage, selon lequel deux films de séparation (7) sont appliqués l'un contre l'autre dans une zone définie, une matière fondue contenant un principe actif est introduite entre les films de séparation (7), de sorte à former dans au moins un des films de séparation (7), une poche pour recevoir une portion de matière fondue, puis les films de séparation (7) sont séparés l'un de l'autre, afin de démouler la portion formée. L'invention concerne de préférence un procédé selon lequel les films de séparation (7) sont appliqués l'un contre l'autre dans l'espace situé entre deux cylindres de moulage (2,3) tournant en sens inverse. Lesdits cylindres de moulage présentent sur leur surface, des cavités (4, 5) opposées, dans lesquelles les films de séparation (7) peuvent être comprimés pour former des poches, lors de l'introduction de la matière fondue contenant le principe actif. La présence des films de séparation (7) évite un contact direct entre la matière fondue et les cylindres (4, 5) et par conséquent l'adhérence de la matière fondue au cylindre (4, 5). Les films de séparation (7) à déformation élastique facilitent le démoulage, de par leur détente une fois qu'ils ont quitté l'espace compris entre les cylindres.
