Claims (14)
- Verpackungsmaterial-Spenderanordnung mit einer Rolle (18) um eine Achse gewickelten Verpackungsmaterials, wobei das Verpackungsmaterial dafür eingerichtet ist, in Erstreckungsrichtung der Achse von der Rolle abgezogen zu werden, wobei mindestens eine Wicklung des Verpackungsmaterials mindestens eine benachbarte Wicklung des Verpackungsmaterials über zumindest einen Teil ihrer Erstreckung überlappt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Rolle eine einzige Rolle (18) von Verpackungsmaterial ist und die Spenderanordnung eine Antriebseinrichtung (86; 210, 213) aufweist, die dafür eingerichtet ist, das Verpackungsmaterial bei der Verwendung von der Rolle abzuziehen. - Anordnung nach Anspruch 1, wobei sich die Antriebseinrichtung (86) in Betriebsrichtung hinter dem Verpackungsmaterial befindet und von dem Verpackungsmaterial beabstandet ist.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei die Vorschubrate des abgezogenen Verpackungsmaterials einstellbar ist.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 3, wobei die Vorschubrate des abgezogenen Verpackungsmaterials durch Umkehren der Orientierung zusammenwirkender Antriebsteile (222, 224) verschiedener Größe einstellbar ist.
- Anordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Menge des während eines Abziehvorgangs abgezogenen Verpackungsmaterials für aufeinanderfolgende Operationen gleich ist oder von einem Bediener festgelegt wird oder beides gilt.
- Anordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei nach dem Ablösen eines Stücks abgezogenen Verpackungsmaterials die Antriebseinrichtungen angeordnet sind, um automatisch weiteres Verpackungsmaterial abzuziehen.
- Anordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Verpackungsmaterial angeordnet ist, um von einer inneren Wicklung des Verpackungsmaterials von der Rolle abgezogen zu werden.
- Anordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Rolle in einem Behälter (16, 128) gehalten ist und das Verpackungsmaterial angeordnet ist, um von der Rolle in dem Behälter abgezogen zu werden.
- Anordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche mit einem Trenner (12) , de r dafür eingerichtet ist, Verpackungsmaterial abzulösen, wenn das gewünschte Stück des Verpackungsmaterials abgezogen wurde, und einem Schutz für den Trenner.
- Anordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das herausgezogene Verpackungsmaterial teilweise um ein drehbares Element läuft, das mindestens einen Vorsprung von der sich radial erstreckenden Außenfläche aufweist.
- Verfahren zum Spenden von Verpackungsmaterial, bei dem das Verpackungsmaterial von einer Rolle (18) von um eine Achse gewickeltem Verpackungsmaterial abgezogen wird, indem das Verpackungsmaterial in Erstreckungsrichtung der Achse abgezogen wird, wobei mindestens eine Wicklung des Verpackungsmaterials mindestens eine benachbarte Wicklung des Verpackungsmaterials über zumindest einen Teil ihrer Erstreckung überlappt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Rolle eine einzige Rolle von Verpackungsmaterial ist und bei dem Verfahren das Verpackungsmaterial mit einer Antriebseinrichtung (86; 210, 213) abgezogen wird, die das Verpackungsmaterial von der Rolle zieht. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 11, wobei die Schichten einander zumindest teilweise infolge der zwischen einer Wicklung und einer benachbarten Wicklung auftretenden Reibung überlappen.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 11 oder 12 , wobei das Verpackungsmaterial du r c h eine Führung (204) mit abnehmender Querschnittsfläche abgezogen wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 12 oder 13, wobei ein Stück des Verpackungsmaterials abgetrennt wird, indem ein Stück des Verpackungsmaterials gegen einen Trenner gezogen wird.
