Abstract

Verfahren zur Regelung der Wirkstoffmenge von Tabletten während der Produktion in einer Rundläufertablettenpresse, welche eine Matrizenscheibe mit Matrizenbohrungen, den Matrizenbohrungen zugeordnete Ober- und Unterstempel, eine Befüllstation, eine Dosierkurve für die Unterstempel in der Befüllstation, mindestens eine Druckstation mit mindestens einer oberen und einer unteren Druckrolle, wobei mindestens die untere Druckrolle mittels einer Druckrollenverstellvorrichtung bezüglich der anderen Druckrolle verstellbar ist, eine Dosierkurvenverstellvorrichtung zur Höhenverstellung der Dosierkurve, eine Preßkraft-Meßvorrichtung an der Druckstation, einen Steuer- und Bedienrechner und eine Wirkstoffmeßvorrichtung aufweist, gekennzeichnet durch folgende Verfahrensschritte:
während der Tablettenproduktion wird die Wirkstoffmenge von Tabletten gemessen und Werte für die Wirkstoffmenge werden im Steuer- und Bedienrechner mit einem vorgegebenen Wirkstoff-Sollwert verglichen und
nach Maßgabe der Abweichung der gemessenen Wirkstoffmenge vom Wirkstoff-Sollwert wird die Dosierkurve verstellt.
