Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur automatischen Beendigung eines Pyrolysereinigungsvorgangs bei einem Backofen, das folgende Verfahrensschritte aufweist:
a) Einschalten der Heizquelle (20) für den Pyrolysereinigungsvorgang;
b) Messung der Sauerstoffkonzentration (b) in dem Garraum (8) oder in einem Abluftweg (16) zur Abführung von Wrasen (17) aus dem Garraum (8) mittels eines Sauerstoffsensors (24);
c) Vergleich der aktuell gemessenen Sauerstoffkonzentration (b) mit einem vorher festgelegten und in einem Speicher (141) einer elektrischen Steuerung (14) des Backofens abgespeicherten Grenzwert GW in einer Auswerteschaltung (142) der elektrischen Steuerung (14);
d) Wenn die gemessene Sauerstoffkonzentration (b) den Grenzwert GW während des Pyrolysereinigungsvorgangs unterschritten hat und die Sauerstoffkonzentration (b) den Grenzwert GW erstmalig wieder erreicht oder überschreitet, Ausschalten der Heizquelle (20).

The invention relates to a method for automatically terminating a pyrolysis cleaning process in an oven, comprising the following method steps:

d) If the measured oxygen concentration (b) has fallen below the limit value GW during the pyrolysis cleaning process and the oxygen concentration (b) reaches or exceeds the limit GW for the first time, switching off the heating source (20).
