  31. The device according to any one of claims 18 to 30, characterised in that the pressure chamber comprises inlets (6, 7) for conditioning agents or casing agents and/or flavourings or steam.
  32. The use of a plug screw feeder extruder comprising a shearing gap outlet for defibrating tobacco material.
  33. The use according to claim 32, wherein one or more of the methods according to claims 1 to 17 is/are performed.
  34. The use according to claim 32 or 33, wherein a device comprising features in accordance with any one of claims 18 to 31 is used to defibrate the tobacco material.
