Description

The present invention relates to a prefabricated part which is provided with a seam or an embroidery, having the features of the preamble of patent claim 1.

It belongs to the state of the art, for sewing and thus for the production of prefabricated parts, such as blouses, pants, dresses, skirts, tops, coats (blankets, table and bed linen), to use sewing threads, which increase the Garnschlusses and thus to Solidification of the sewing yarn have a thermoplastic component. Here, this thermoplastic component, which causes a yarn closure from the inside over the cross section of the sewing yarn, can be used either in the form of a thermoplastic powder, as for example in the GB 1 270 174 is described, or it comes to a thermoplastic thread, which is positioned predominantly inside the Nähgarnes, as for example from EP 0 052 268 is known. The aforementioned thermoplastic powder or the thermoplastic thread is applied during the spinning process to the starting materials used for the production of sewing thread or the thermoplastic thread is fed in the course of the spinning process, in both cases it is ensured that the thermoplastic powder or the thermoplastic thread is concentrated as radially as possible inside, so that the surface of the finished sewing yarn little or no thermoplastic Contains ingredients to prevent unwanted stickiness during processing of the finished sewing thread in the garment. After positioning the thermoplastic material (powder or thread), the sewing yarn is then subjected to a thermal treatment, with the result that the thermoplastic material melts and glued together the threads forming the sewing thread from the inside, so as already mentioned, the yarn closure to improve. Therefore, such a known sewing thread is also referred to as an inner-bonded sewing thread. As a rule, this internal bonding can not be detected microscopically from the outside itself, since, as already explained above, it is arranged predominantly over the cross section of the sewing yarn, in the core of the yarn and its concentration decreases markedly towards the surface.

In addition, the describes US 2005/0188907 a sewing method and a sewing thread having a relatively high proportion of a thermoplastic material in the form of a corresponding thread system. In this case, this known sewing thread is used in particular for sewing a plurality of layers of a sewing material, so that the seam created therewith fixes the superimposed several layers of the sewing material not only by the actual sewing process but also by gluing. This bonding is achieved in that the thermoplastic material contained in the known sewing thread is melted after the sewing process, so that it can be distributed in the liquid state over the surfaces of the layers of the sewing material, such that thereby detached from the sewing yarn, a liquid adhesive layer is formed , which additionally stick together the layers when solidifying.

The previously described known sewing method and the sewing threads used in this case have the disadvantage that it is absolutely necessary for the desired formation of the adhesive layers between the individual layers of material that the sewing thread must have a high proportion of thermoplastic material, otherwise the formation of large-area adhesive layers is not possible. This in turn means that in the known sewing method during the sewing process due to the high concentration of thermoplastic material and incurred during sewing high temperatures undesirable melting of the thermoplastic material may occur selectively or in short, so that may occur in the known sewing yarn during processing voltage fluctuations , which give an unclean seam in the assembled part.

The present invention has for its object to provide a ready-made, provided with at least one seam and / or at least one embroidery prefabricated part available, in which the seam pattern has a particularly high uniformity.

This object is achieved by a prefabricated part with the characterizing features of claim 1.

The prefabricated part according to the invention is provided with at least one seam or at least one embroidery, wherein the seam or the embroidery has at least one yarn which is glued on at least one side over 1% to 60% of its yarn surface with the prefabricated part. In other words, the prefabricated part according to the invention differs from the known prefabricated part described above in that in this case the yarn itself, which is a sewing thread or an embroidery yarn, is glued to the prefabricated part at least on one side via its yarn surface preferably such bonding occurs selectively or over very short distances, for example in the range between 0.5 mm and 3 mm, predominantly linear, while in the known method between the individual layers of material, an adhesive layer is produced, which is not in direct contact with the sewing thread. In order to produce the prefabricated part according to the invention, at least one seam or at least one embroidery is produced using a yarn provided with a thermoplastic material, here consciously a yarn is used which has on its surface a thermoplastic material, such that the yarn according to the invention the concentration of this thermoplastic material, measured on the basis of the US 2005/0188907 Known sewing thread is considerably lower.

Due to the fact that in the ready-made part according to the invention a yarn which is a sewing thread or an embroidery thread is provided on the surface of which compared to the yarn described above and used in the known method a significantly reduced concentration of thermoplastic Material is, it can not happen in the manufacture of the prefabricated part of the invention that this thermoplastic material is melted or melted during the actual sewing or embroidery process. Therefore, even when sewing or embroidering the prefabricated part according to the invention no voltage fluctuations in the deduction of the yarn used for this purpose, with the result that the prefabricated part has seams or embroidery whose seam pattern or embroidery image is always uniform. Nor can it happen that in the manufacture of the preformed part melted and re-solidified or partially solidified particles of thermoplastic material to block the withdrawal of the yarn, resulting in an immediate yarn break during the manufacture of the finished part result, which is a further significant advantage represents, as this not only prevents production disruptions but even production losses are effectively prevented. A lubrication of thermoplastic Material on needles or deflecting occurs in the prefabricated part according to the invention neither during manufacture nor during later use. Furthermore, it was surprisingly found that even with such seams or embroidery, which were produced with yarns having a relatively high residual shrinkage, the prefabricated part of the invention showed no unsightly ruffles or Boldern the seams or embroidery, as already the punctiform or short-line Bonding of the yarn used for the seam or embroidery over the surface with the prefabricated part causes a sufficient stabilization of the corresponding fixed by gluing yarn.

In particular, when the prefabricated part according to the invention has a Versäuberungsnaht, can be glued on the provided with the thermoplastic material on its surface yarn seam seaming existing at Versäuberungsnähten with the associated fabric layer of the prefabricated part on each side, so that thereby an additional fixation of the seam allowance on the sewing thread itself is done. This in turn has the advantage that in such an envelope area not only the folded seam allowance, which then actually rests on the inner associated fabric layer, is additionally fixed to the associated fabric layer, which is particularly desirable in the case of prefabricated sections provided with hems. Even if the assembled part has a relatively loose, for example via a blindstitch, attached hem, this seam is very well fixed when the actual seam, for example, the blindstitch, which serves to connect the seam allowance with the associated fabric layer, destroyed or partially is destroyed and provided in the blindstitch seam Verruz seam and / or blindstitch seam is executed with a yarn, each on one side with the seam allowance (hem envelope) and on the other Side with the corresponding layer of material over the length of its surface is selectively or short linearly bonded.

By way of clarification, it should be noted that the term "prefabricated part" should refer not only to a fully assembled part but also to a partially assembled part and in particular garments or clothing sections, so preferably pants, skirts, blouses, shirts, clothes, coats or other Outerwear, while the term yarn covers any thread-like structure used in the area of the seam or the embroidery and thus can be described as sewing thread or embroidery thread, regardless of its construction. A yarn is a linear textile structure whose length is a multiple of its diameter.

Depending on how firmly the bonding of the yarn, which forms the seam or the embroidery, should be with the prefabricated part, in the prefabricated part according to the invention the percentage of the yarn surface glued to the part is determined thermoplastic material and in particular its adhesive power also has an influence on this. A particularly secure and durable connection of the yarn with the prefabricated part is achieved in the prefabricated part according to the invention characterized in that the yarn is glued over 10% up to 35% of its yarn surface with the prefabricated part.

To bring about the bonding of the yarn over its surface with the prefabricated part in the prefabricated part according to the invention, there are basically several possibilities.

Thus, the first, fundamental possibility that is not Teildor invention is that in this case the yarn over its surface by means of a thermoplastic Plastic is glued to the prefabricated part, said thermoplastic material is in particular a powdered thermoplastic material, which has been previously applied to the surface of the yarn. In other words, in this case, therefore, the yarn which is glued to the prefabricated part with this, coated with a punctiform and / or linear bonding on its outer surface of the thermoplastic polymer powder, said thermoplastic plastic powder then in particular a melting point between 60 ° C and 160 ° C, preferably between 85 ° C and 100 ° C, having. Such punctiform and / or short-stretched line-shaped, only partially covering the surface of the yarn bonding can be applied, for example, that it is applied to the yarn via correspondingly profiled rollers or intermittently operating spraying devices.

In the second, fundamental possibility, the prefabricated part according to the invention as thermoplastic material has a thermoplastic yarn component which in particular partially or completely forms the yarn. Such a yarn is out EP 0 156 503 A1 known. Thus, a development of the previously described second possibility basically that in this case the prefabricated part of the invention comprises such a yarn having the construction of a twisted yarn, said twisted yarn at least one thermoplastic yarn component and at least one further yarn component, which is preferably a conventional textile yarn component is, has. In this embodiment of the prefabricated part thus forms the thermoplastic yarn component only a part of the yarn, which is glued over its yarn surface over 1% to 60% and preferably over 10% to 35% with the prefabricated part. By varying the twist rotation and the mass ratios of the thermoplastic yarn component to the other Yarn component can vary the percentage of bonded to the prefabricated part yarn surface, with a further variation possibility is that the number of yarn components, ie, the number of thermoplastic yarn components and the number of other yarn components, is varied. Furthermore, it is possible to make the number and shape of the bonds by varying the twist rotation and the yarn twist, with the general rule that with an increase in the yarn twist of the thermoplastic yarn component, the linear mergers are converted into selective mergers. An increase in the twist of the yarn and an increase in the mass ratio of the further yarn component or an increase in the number of other yarn component in the yarn also causes linear adhesions to merge into spot bonds.

A particularly suitable embodiment of the prefabricated part according to the invention comprises a yarn that is a triple twist and has a single, thermoplastic yarn component and two further yarn components.

Furthermore, in order to ensure sufficient strength between the yarn surface and the finished part in the prefabricated part according to the invention, the yarn is formed as a triple yarn and has a single thermoplastic yarn component, the fineness of which preferably varies between 25 cN / tex and 50 cN / tex. In such a thermoplastic yarn component on the one hand ensures that a produced with such a thermoplastic yarn component thread still has perfect sewing or embroidery properties and on the other hand after a corresponding punctiform or linear melting and subsequent solidification, resulting in the bonding of the yarn surface with the prefabricated part leads, the yarn as such still has a sufficient strength.

If the prefabricated part according to the invention comprises such a yarn, which is in the form of a triple thread and in which the sole thermoplastic yarn component has a maximum tensile force elongation of between 40% and 70%, it is ensured that the bonding of the yarn has a certain elasticity in the prefabricated part according to the invention, whereby hereby created seams and embroidery are still elastic and flexible, so that they are not perceived as disturbing when wearing the prefabricated part of the invention. This advantage is more pronounced if the single thermoplastic yarn component of the triple twine has a maximum tensile elongation at between 50% and 60%.

In the previously described embodiments of the prefabricated part according to the invention, this comprises a yarn constructed as a triple thread, the yarn containing a single thermoplastic yarn component and two further yarn components, which are preferably textile yarn components. Both the single thermoplastic yarn component and the two further yarn components which form the yarn as a thread in the prefabricated part according to the invention are in a preferred embodiment in each case multifilament fibers. In particular, the two further yarn components have a tenacity of between 30 cN / tex and 80 cN / tex, which ensures that such a thread has sufficient strength so as to provide the seam or embroidery to be provided in the prefabricated part of the invention without interference with any particular to create high durability.

It is particularly suitable if the yarn, which is present as a thread in a preferred embodiment of the prefabricated part according to the invention and which contains two further yarn components in the form of multifilament fibers, is constructed from such multifilament fibers whose maximum tensile strength is between 7% and 50%, preferably between 10% and 30%, varies. In order to provide a particularly dimensionally stable and strong twist, which is glued as a yarn in addition to the seam with the prefabricated part according to the invention, it is recommended that the maximum tensile force and the tenacity of the two other yarn components, which are preferably textile yarn component of the above Art is to be designed so that they have identical or almost identical maximum tensile forces and / or tenacity.

Depending on the type of prefabricated part according to the invention and its application also varies with the prefabricated part of the invention bonded yarn forming the seam or embroidery, with a possible variation is that here the total denier of the yarn in particular between 40 dtex and 3,900 dtex, preferably between 80 dtex and 300 dtex, varies.

In principle, it is possible for the prefabricated part according to the invention to have a yarn of any construction glued over the yarn surface, which may be both a fiber yarn and a fiber / filament yarn. It is particularly suitable, however, if the yarn consists exclusively of multifilament yarn components, as this can be realized in the extent described at the beginning in the prefabricated part of the invention advantages in a particular degree.

In particular, when the provided in the ready-made garment according to the invention forming the embroidery or the seam is formed as a multifilament and thus contains only multifilament yarn components, an advantageous embodiment is seen in the fact that the yarn has a total filament number between 16 filaments and 600 filaments and preferably has a total number of filaments between 20 filaments and 300 filaments.

By varying the number of filaments on the one hand and the Einzelfilamenttiters other hand, the technical and optical properties of the yarn can be excellently vary in the prefabricated part of the invention, preferably Einzelfilamenttiter selected here between 0.6 dtex and 10 dtex and especially Einzelfilamenttiter between 2.5 dtex and 5 dtex become. In addition, the single filament denier of the multifilament yarn component, which is on the one hand the further multifilament yarn component and on the other hand the thermoplastic yarn component, has an influence on the variation of the type and size of the bonding of the yarn surface with the prefabricated part.

The strength with which the yarn is glued in its prefabricated part according to the invention on its surface with the prefabricated part depends on the one hand on the shape of the bond and the material of the thermoplastic material and on the other hand, what the yarn has for a tenacity. It is particularly suitable if the tenacity of the yarn varies between 30 cN / tex and 60 cN / tex, and for embroidery also those yarns which are bonded to the ready-made part are preferably selected whose strength is between 30 cN / tex and 40 cN / tex, while seams usually have a higher tenacity, ie preferably a tenacity between 40 cN / tex and 60 cN / tex.

As already described above, the yarn bonded over its surface to the prefabricated part is preferably designed as a twist and in particular as a triple twist and contains multifilament yarn components which in particular have a yarn twist. Here, preferably, the yarn rotation is designed so that the yarn twisting coefficient α 'varies between 70 and 110.

A particularly strong adhesive bond between the yarn and the prefabricated part is achieved in the prefabricated part according to the invention characterized in that the yarn has a twisted construction and has a twist twist coefficient α between 80 and 120.

Figure imgb0001

In this case, the twisting rotation coefficient α or the yarn twisting coefficient α 'is defined as follows: Rotation coefficient α = Turns per meter nm
Figure imgb0001

The basically third possibility of the prefabricated part according to the invention provides that in this case the prefabricated part according to the invention comprises such a yarn which is glued over its surface with the prefabricated part at least on one side, said yarn has a core-shell structure. In this case, the jacket, whose thickness can be configured differently, forms the thermoplastic yarn component, wherein within this shell, there is provided a polymer core fixedly connected thereto, which in particular causes the specific strength of the yarn described above.

In order to ensure, in the above-described basically third possibility of the yarn, that in this case the yarn is not adhesively bonded to the prefabricated part over its entire surface or to a greater extent than 60% of its surface, it is possible to select such a thermoplastic sheath-yarn component, whose melting point is relatively high, for example between about 130 ° and 190 °, so that when ironing the hereby sewn or embroidered prefabricated part during its manufacture only a corresponding proportion of the thermoplastic shell of the core-shell yarn is melted. In addition to or instead of this, there is the possibility that such a core-sheath fiber is completely or in particular partially braided from the outside with a thermally insulating additional fiber material, for example a natural fiber or a textile fiber, so that a coregarn structure is accordingly formed, or that from this a twine is made, comprising as a, the thermoplastic yarn component forming yarn component, the core-sheath yarn and at least one further, non-thermoplastic, yarn component, for example, a multifilament textile yarn component.

In the context of the present specification, multifilament yarn component, which is also preferably referred to as a multifilament textile yarn component, means any conventional yarn component used for sewing yarns or embroidery yarns, preferably polyethylene terephthalate fibers, polyamide 6 fibers, polyamide 6.6 fibers or else multifilament cellulose fibers. Furthermore, these include the natural fibers, which are naturally not multifilaments, in particular wool and cotton and silk are mentioned here.

Examples of suitable thermoplastics and in particular thermoplastic yarn components are such products whose melting point preferably varies between 60 ° C and 180 ° C and which are chemically preferably polyolefins, polyethylenes, polypropylenes, polyamides, polyesters, modified polyamides, modified polyesters and copolymers or terpolymere or copolymers or terpolymere polyamides, wherein polyester is preferably polyethylene terephthalate or modified polyethylene terephthalate.

As already explained, the prefabricated part according to the invention has in particular a seam, which is a serging seam, preferably a hem-serging seam, wherein the seam allowance with the associated fabric layer is adhesively bonded on one side by the yarn. In other words, therefore, the seam allowance folded over by 180 ° via the serging seam, which prevents the seam allowance at the end, is additionally glued by the yarn to the region of the fabric allowance which adjoins it when it is folded over, which in turn has its one surface at the seam allowance and with the opposite surface to the area of the associated fabric layer sticks. In particular, when 1% to 30% of the surface of the yarn are bonded on one side to the seam allowance and 1% to 30% of the surface of the yarn on the opposite side of the fabric layer, a good fixation of the same can be achieved without additional sewing of the seam , However, if the seam is still fixed next to the serging seam with a blindstitch seam, in particular by a stitch of the stitch type 103 or 105, the gluing results in an additional securing of the seam, so that even with a partial loosening of a thread system, the bond permanently seals the seam fixed.

It is also possible that the prefabricated part according to the invention has a seam as seam, wherein these Closing seam is then created with a yarn that additionally glued together the two in the seam area abutting webs, such that the yarn over 1% to 30% of its surface on one layer and further over 1% to 30% of its surface on the other Fabric layer sticks. In this case, such an embodiment of the prefabricated part has such closing seams, which are designed in particular as a lockstitch or as a double chain stitch, for which purpose a yarn is used which is glued to the prefabricated part in the manner described above. In particular, in the production of such a seam, this yarn is used as a needle and / or looper thread. Such a prefabricated part has the further advantage that an additional fixation of the seam takes place by the bonding, so that in a crack of the sewing yarn during use further bursting of the seam and thus a complete opening of the same difficult or prevented.

Basically, the prefabricated part, as already partially described above, Blindstichnähte, Versaubungsnähte, closing seams, 'Pikiernähte and / or Staffiernähte have, which are executed in the known and used for this type of stitches. However, it is particularly suitable if the prefabricated part according to the invention has the abovementioned seams in the stitch types 501 to 505, 512, 514 or 103, 105 or 401 and 301, wherein the stitch types described above are those described in US Pat DIN 61400 are standardized.

The present invention further relates to a sewing or embroidery thread which is used in the manufacture of a prefabricated part, wherein embroidery or sewing thread according to the invention all have the features as described extensively above for the prefabricated part comprising such a yarn , Therefore, to avoid Repeated references to the above statements, which apply identically or analogously for the sewing or embroidery thread according to the invention.

Advantageous developments of the prefabricated part according to the invention and the sewing or embroidery yarn according to the invention are specified in the subclaims.

The prefabricated part according to the invention is described below with reference to an exemplary embodiment.

A triple twist was made comprising two multifilament yarn components of a standard filament yarn and a multifilament yarn component of a thermoplastic multifilament yarn. Here, all three yarn components had a uniform yarn twist of 900 T / m, which corresponded to a yarn twisting coefficient α 'of 80. The twist twist of the twist was 590 T / m, which corresponded to a twist twist factor α of 90.

During preparation of the yarn thus prepared, a silicone-containing lubricant was applied at a concentration of 4% by weight by means of a spray application.

Die eingesetzten Ausgangsmaterialien wurden wie folgt ausgewählt:

  • thermoplastische Garnkomponente:
    • Titer: 75 dtex f14
  • weitere Garnkomponenten (zweimal):
    • chemische Basis: Polyethylenterephthalat
    • Feinheitsfestigkeit: 72 cN/tex
    • Höchstzugkraftdehnung: 15 %
    • Thermoschrumpf: 180 °C, 15 Minuten, 5 %
    • Titer: 74 dtex f24
The starting materials used were selected as follows:
  • thermoplastic yarn component:
    • Basis: copolyamide with a melting point of about 85 ° C tenacity: 32 cN / tex
    • Maximum tensile strength elongation: 65%
    • Titre: 75 dtex f14
  • further yarn components (twice):
    • chemical basis: polyethylene terephthalate
    • Tenacity: 72 cN / tex
    • Maximum tensile strength elongation: 15%
    • Thermal shrinkage: 180 ° C, 15 minutes, 5%
    • Titer: 74 dtex f24

  • Feinheit: 80 dtex x 3
  • Feinheitsfestigkeit: 50 cN/tex
  • Höchstzugkraftdehnung: 17 %
The twisted yarn produced therefrom, which is used as sewing thread, had the following mechanical and technological properties:
  • Fineness: 80 dtex x 3
  • Tenacity: 50 cN / tex
  • Maximum tensile strength elongation: 17%

The sewing yarn produced in this way was in the form of a raw white variant, but it is also possible here to select a colored, in particular spinneret-dyed, variant.

With the above-described sewing thread, first serging seams with a three-thread over-seam, stitch type 504 (DIN 61400), with different textile fabrics were created. Thereafter, the thus prepared Versäuberungsnähte were ironed with a heated to 120 ° C iron for about 30 seconds each.

By visual microscopic estimation, the proportion of bondings of the sewing thread was checked. It was found that the sewing thread was selectively bonded at one end to the fabric layers in a punctiform and short-stretched manner, with the bonds extending over approximately 20% to 40% of the surface of the sewing yarn, depending on the construction of the respective fabric. The undamaged thermoplastic yarn component could still be clearly recognized in the so-made sewing threads.

In comparison, with a standard sewing thread containing no thermoplastic yarn component, identical seams were made on identical sheets.

After that, the so-cleaned fabric layers were examined comparatively with respect to the Ausriffelverhaltens, with the result that the sorbed with the standard sewing thread samples after destruction of the sewing thread much easier ausriffeln than the samples in which the sewing thread was additionally glued to the respective sample.

In the sewing trial described above, the sewing yarn provided with the thermoplastic yarn component was used as the hook thread.

In another series of tests, seams were created using different fabric samples with different constructions. For this purpose, a blindstitch stitch of stitch type 103 (DIN 61400) was used.

On the one hand, a standard sewing thread (twofold twine, 200 dtex / 2 fineness) containing no thermoplastic yarn component and, on the other hand, an identical double twist comprising 50% of the aforesaid thermoplastic yarn component were tested, the latter thread being used as a needle thread is.

After sewing, the seams thus produced were ironed at a temperature of 120 ° C for 30 seconds.

Attempts have been made to manually draw the blindstitch seam on each sample, however, it has been found that the blindstitch seams made using the twisted thermoplastic yarn component yarn have been found to be substantial were more stable against manual mounting and could not easily be destroyed.
