Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Beschichten bahnförmiger Materialien mit einem Beschichtungsmedium. Die neue Vorrichtung zum Beschichten erlaubt unabhängig von der Beschichtungsgeschwindigkeit eine gleichmäßige Beschichtung der Bahn. Die Vorrichtung besteht im Wesentlichen aus einer Auftragsvorrichtung (10), einer Übertragungswalze (3) und einer Gegenwalze (2), zwischen der Übertragungswalze (3) und der Gegenwalze (2) wird die bewegte Bahn (1) geführt und dabei das Beschichtungsmedium (6) auf die Bahn (1) übertragen. Die Auftragsvorrichtung (10) besitzt zum Befüllen der Vertiefungen (4) der Übertragungswalze (3) mit Beschichtungsmedium (6) eine Hauptkammer (12).
