Abstract

Ein Paneel für Wohn/Bettzimmer besteht aus mehreren Satzprofilen, das Paneel wird durch Haken gehalten, die durch eine am Paneel befestigte Leiste (30) gestützt werden. Das Paneel enthält Satzprofile (28), die miteinander durch Befestigungsmittel verbunden werden. Eine Steuereinheit (31) betätigt, steuert und geeicht eine Anlage, die sich in einem Raum des Paneels befindet; die Anlage liefert eine angenehme Musik, einen gefälligen Geruch oder einen bestimmten optischen Effekt. Außerdem, mißt die Anlage die atmosphärischen Zustände durch eine manuelle oder ferne Bedienung.

Description

    DARSTELLUNG DER ERFINDUNG
  • Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Paneel, das an einer Wand eines Bettzimmers, eines Wohnzimmers aufgeklebt werden kann. Vorzugsweise, ist das Paneel über dem Kopf des Bettes, des Diwans oder des Fernsehapparates angeordnet. Das Paneel hat beträchtliche Mäße (z. B. zwei oder drei Meter in Länge und ein Meter in Höhe) und weist mehrere zusammensetzbare und neu zusammensetzbare Teile auf.
  • Die Räume, die hauptsächlich von den Personen bewohnt werden, die in einer Wohnung leben, sind Plätze geworden, die den Rest und die Entspannung wegen der Eigenschaften ihrer Möblierung bevorzugen. Im Gegensatz zu dem heute geschieht, in der Vergangenheit waren die Schlafzimmer und die Saale als einfache und bescheidene Räume mit wenigem Platz für die Entspannung betrachten.
    • ZWECKE UND MERKMALE DER ERFINDUNG
  • Ein erster Zweck der vorliegenden Erfindung ist darin zu sehen, daß ein Paneel geschaffen wird, das angenehm über einem Bett, einem Sofa oder dem Fernsehapparat angeordnet werden kann. Außerdem ist das Paneel geeignet, eine ruhige Atmosphäre, mittels Gigantographien von Landschaften, Tiere, Pflanzen oder Kunstwerke zu schaffen.
  • Ein zweiter Zweck der Erfindung daraus besteht, daß ein Paneel geschaffen wird, das mit Instrumenten ausgestattet ist, die Töne, bestimmte optische Effekte reproduzieren, oder angenehme Gerüche und ähnliche bekannte und nicht bekannte Effekte verbreiten.
  • Das erfindungsgemäße Paneel enthält mindestens eine im wesentlichen senkrechte Oberfläche, auf der ein Bild reproduziert ist. Die gemodelte Oberfläche ist in Relief und durch Dübel oder Satzprofile gebildet wird, die sich untereinander fügen und bilden Räume.
  • Günstig ist das Paneel mit einer oder mehreren leuchtenderen Quellen ausgestattet, die Lichtbündel zum Innere des Raumes in der gewünschten Richtung projizieren, um das Beleuchtung für einen Leser zu verbessern, der auf dem Diwan gesetzt oder auf dem Bett verlängert ist.
  • Vorzugsweise haben die Lichtquellen eine gewünschte Intensität, werden automatisch ausgeschält, und werden vom Netz oder von Batterien gespeist, die in einem passenden Raum des Paneels enthalten sind.
  • Außerdem ist ein Wiedergabewandler für Musik oder natürliche Töne vorgesehen,der sich in einem Raum des Paneels befindet.
  • Vorzugsweise ist das Paneel mit Bequemlichkeitsinstrumenten ausgestattet, wie Diffuser (Zerstäuber) von Gerüchen, Flutlichter, Sensoren der äußeren atmosphärischen Zustände, Hygrometern, Thermometern und Barometer; ermangeln nicht weit automatisches waches, Taktgeber und Karillon mit beweglichen Persönlichkeiten.
  • Vorzugsweise weist das Paneel Befestigungsmittel auf, die auf dessen hinteren Seite angeordnet sind; diese Befestigungsmittel sind an hinzugefügten Bohrungen festgesetzt, die in das Paneel vorgesehen sind, und bestehen aus ineinanderschiebbaren Satzprofilen, Schrauben, Nageln oder Klebern.
  • Das Paneel hat eine Oberfläche aus Metall oder aus durch Warmformung erhaltener Kunststoff, damit mit einem sicheren Gleichheit die Formen mit drei Maßen des reproduzierten Bildes im Paneel reproduziert werden, das eine leichte und handliche Struktur bildet.
  • Vorzugsweise,wird der externe Umkreis des Paneels mittels eines Rahmens eingefaßt, der jenem der Abbildungen ähnlich ist.
  • In einer Ausführungsform besteht das Paneel aus einem durchscheinenden Glas, das die Bilder mittels Neonlichter erhebt, die sich in dessen Innere befinden.
  • Das Paneel besteht aus mehreren Satzprofilen, es wird durch Haken gestützt, die durch eine Leiste gehalten werden. Die Oberfläche wird durch Dübel oder Satzprofile gebildet, die sich untereinander fügen und bilden Räume.
  • In einer Ausführungsform weisen die Satzprofile gezahnte Verbindungsumkreise auf.
  • In einer weiteren Ausführungsform haben die Satzprofile gerade Verbindungsumkreise.
  • Die Satzprofile sind quaderförmig, und dessen untergeordnete Seitenteile durch einen Kleber bedeckt werden,um an einer Wand festzukleben.
  • Die untergeordneten Seitenteile werden durch Leisten gestaltet, deren Seiten durch einen Kleber bedeckt werden.
  • Die untergeordneten Seitenteile werden durch Leisten gestaltet, die mit Bohrungen für Nieten oder Schrauben ausgestattet sind.
  • Die Satzprofile weisen die Form einer Kiste auf, die durch mindestens vier Begrenzungen geschlossen wird. Schrauben treten durch koaxiale Bohrungen, um die Satzprofile am einer Wand kleben zu lassen. Die obere Flache des Satzprofils biegt, falls die Schrauben das Satzprofil an der Wand mit einer geeigneten Vorspannung befestigen.
  • Außerdem, ist eine Anlage, die sich in einem Raum des Paneels befindet, vorgesehen, wobei die Anlage einen angenehmen Geruch in den Raum, oder ein bestimmter optischer Effekt liefert; die Anlage mißt die atmosphärischen Zustände, oder ausstrahlt Töne, und verkündet die Stunden mit einer manuellen oder fernen Bedienung.
  • Die Satzprofile weisen eine Form von Dübel eines Puzzles, die miteinander paßten; eine Schwalbesnchwanzverbindungerlaubt den beständigen Anschluß der Satzprofile nach der Einfügung von der Höhe der Satzprofile in die Schwalbesnchwanzverbindung.
    • KURZE BESCHREIBUNG DER ZEICHNUNGEN
  • Weitere Vorteile, Einzelheiten und erfindungswesentliche Merkmale ergeben sich aus der nachfolgenden Beschreibung von bevorzugten Ausführungsbeispielen des erfindungsgemäßen Paneels, unter Bezugnahme auf die beigefügten Zeichnungen. Dabei zeigt im einzelnen:

    BESCHREIBUNG VON BEVORZUGTEN AUSFÜHRUNGSFORMEN DER ERFINDUNG
  • Die Abbildungen zeigen ein Paneel für Wohn/Bettzimmer, das aus mehreren Satzprofilen besteht, und Beispiele von Satzprofilen des Paneels. Der Maßstab der Abbildungen sind vollständig willkürlich und günstig.
  • Das Paneel von Abb. 1 besteht aus drei senkrechten Satzprofilen 1, 2, 3. Das mittlere Satzprofil 2 ist mit den seitlichen Satzprofilen 1, 3 durch senkrechte schartige Steckverbindungen 4, 5, der Art, das besser später beschrieben wird. In dem Paneel ist eine alpine Landschaft dargestellt, mit einer berühmten Spitze und einem wunderbaren See, auf welchem die Bergspitze spiegelt; diese Verkleidung verursacht eine ruhige und stillstehe Atmosphäre, angepaßt für ein Wohn/Bettzimmer. Ein mehrfarbige äußere Rahmen 6 erhöht das Friedensgefühl dieses Paneels.
  • Gleiche Friedens - und Ruheeigenschaften werden durch das Paneel von Abb. 2, das einen sehr beruhigen Wald darstellt. Wie das vorhergehende, auch dieses Paneels wird durch drei senkrechte Satzprofile 1, 2, 3. Die drei Satzprofile werden durch senkrechte gerade Steckverbindungen verbunden,der Art die besser später beschrieben wird.
  • Alle die dargestellte Satzprofile weisen gerade Steckverbindungen, um die Zeichnung einfacher machen zu lassen, jedoch liegt es auf der Hand, daß ihre Steckverbindungen schartig sein können
  • Abb. 3 stellt ein Satzprofil 7 eines erfindungswesentlichen Paneels, zum Beispiel des Paneels von Abbildungen 1 oder 2.
  • Das Satzprofil 7 besteht aus einem Parallelflächner mit einem oberen Flache 8 im Anblick, zusammen verbunden mit einem unteren Flache 9 durch vier seitliche Ebenen 10, 11, 12, 13.
  • Die untere Flache 9 ist mit einem anhaftenden Mittel bedeckt, um zu einer nicht dargestellten Wand des Raumes anzuhaften.
  • Mit einem günstigen Steckverbindung der Satzprofile 7 von Abb. 3, ist es möglich, ein Paneel als dieses von Abbildungen 1, 2 zu erreichen.
  • Das Satzprofil 7 von Abb. 4 ist ein Parallelflächner mit einer geöffneten niedrigen Flache 9, die aus Leisten 14,15,16,17 besteht. Diese erlauben die Adhäsion des Satzprofils 7 an einer Wand, entweder durch ein anhaftenden Mittel, das die niedrigen Seiten der Leisten, oder durch Nieten, oder Nageln, die in Bohrungen 18 eingesetzt sind, die sich in dieselbe Nieten befinden.
  • Das Satzprofil von Abbildungen 5, 6 ist kastenförmig, wobei das Satzprofil durch mindestens vier Flächen 19,20,21,22 geschlossen wird. Zwei Bohrungen 23, 24 auf der oberen Flache 19 und zwei Bohrungen 25, 26 auf der niedrigen Flache 22 sind vorgesehen. Die Bohrungen 23, 25, sowie die Bohrungen 24, 26 sind koaxial. Zwei Schrauben 27 kreuzen, je, die Bohrungen 23, 25 und die Bohrungen 24, 26, um die Befestigung des Satzprofils an der Wand zu erhalten.
  • In der Ausführungsform von Abbildungen 5, 6 durchbiegt die obere Flache 19, falls die Schrauben 27 das Satzprofil an der Wand durch eine günstige Verspannung befestigen. Diese Flexibilität des Satzprofils, wenn sie in einer geeigneten Weise verwendet wird, erzeugt angenehme Effekte, welche die gesamte Verkleidung betrachten.
  • Das Paneel von Abb. 7 besteht aus mehreren Satzprofilen 28, die miteinander, in einer der Weisen bereits beschrieben, verbunden sind. Haken 29, gehalten durch eine am Paneel befestigte Leiste 30, erlauben das Hängen des Paneels an einer Mauer oder an einer Wand.
  • Das Paneel weist eine Steuereinheit 31 auf, die mit geeigneten Knöpfen 32, 33, 34 ausgestattet ist, damit eine im Paneel enthaltene Anlage in Funktion gesetzt, reguliert oder geeicht wird. Der Zweck der Anlage ist die Verbreitung einer angenehmen Musik, eines angenehmen Geruch, eines bestimmten optischen Effektes im Raum, zum Beispiel mittels eines Vorführgerätes von Filmen.
  • Vorteilhafterweise, weist die Anlage Fühler auf, zum Messen der atmosphärischen Zustände, z.B. Hygrometer, Thermometer und Barometer oder moderne automatische Wecker und höchst ebene Fernsehapparate mit Flüssigkristalle, Wiedergabevorrichtungen für CD und DVD, Taktgeber und Karillon mit beweglichen Marionetten. Außerdem, darf die Anlage in den Videospielen des letzten Erzeugung versuchen.
  • In einer nicht dargestellten Ausführungsform steuert eine Fernbedienung die Anlage.
  • In einer in Abb. 8 dargestellten weiteren Ausführungsform, weisen die Satzprofile die Form von Dübeln eines Puzzle auf, die sich einander fügen, um das Paneel zu bilden. Deshalb ist eine Schwalbesnchwanzverbindung37, die die Dübel 35, 36 in beständigem Weise verbindet,wenn der Anhang des Dübels 35 in die Schwalbesnchwanzverbindung 37 von der Höhe eingesetzt worden ist.
  • Mindestens Einer der Dübel 35, 36 ist mit Befestigungsmitteln geliefert, um die Dübel an der Wand zu befestigen.

Paneel für Wohn/Bettzimmer dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Paneel aus mehreren Satzprofilen besteht, wobei das Paneel durch Haken (29) gehalten wird, die durch eine Leiste (30) gestützt werden,und wobei eine Oberfläche durch Dübel oder Satzprofilen gebildet wird,die sich einander fügen, damit Räume gebildet werden.
  2. Paneel nach Anspruch 1 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Satzprofile (1, 2, 3, 7, 28) schartige Verbindungsränder aufweisen.
  3. Paneel nach Anspruch 1 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Satzprofile (1, 2, 3, 7, 28) gerade Verbindungsränder aufweisen.
  4. Paneel nach Anspruch 1 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Satzprofile (1, 2, 3, 7, 28) aus Parallelflächnern bestehen, deren untere Flache (9) durch ein anhaftendes Mittel bedeckt werden,um zu einer Wand eines Raumes anzuhaften.
  5. Paneel nach Anspruch 1 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die untere Flache (9) mit Leisten (14, 15, 16, 17) umgerandt werden, deren untere Seite durch ein anhaftendes Mittel bedeckt werden.
  6. Paneel nach Anspruch 1 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die untere Flache (9) mit Leisten (14,15,16,17) umgerandt werden,die mit Bohrungen (18) für Nieten oder Schrauben ausgestattet sind.
  7. Paneel nach Anspruch 1 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Satzprofile (7) sind kastenförmig, wobei die Satzprofile (7) durch mindestens vier Flächen (19,20,21,22) geschlossen wird,
    wobei Schrauben (27) koaxiale Bohrungen (23, 24, 25, 26) kreuzen, um die Befestigung der Satzprofile (7) an der Wand zu erhalten.
  8. Paneel nach Anspruch 7 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die obere Flache (19) des Satzprofils (7) biegt,falls die Schrauben (27) das Satzprofil (7) an der Wand mit einer geeigneten Vorspannung befestigen.
  9. Paneel nach Anspruch 1 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Anlage vorgesehen ist, die im Paneel enthalten ist, wobei die Anlage für die Lieferung eines angenehmen Geruch oder eines bestimmten optischen Effektes dient,
    außerdem, die Anlage mißt die atmosphärischen Zustände und ausstrahlt Töne, und verkündet die Stunden mit einer manuellen oder fernen Bedienung, läßt Fernsehprogramme oder auf DVD aufgenommene Filme sehen, oder darf in den Videospielen des letzten Erzeugung versuchen.
  10. Paneel nach Anspruch 1 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Satzprofile (35, 36) die Form von Dübeln eines Puzzle aufweisen, die sich einander fügen; eine Schwalbesnchwanzverbindung(37) verbindet die Satzprofile (35, 36) in beständigem Weise, wenn der Anhang des Dübels (35) in die Schwalbesnchwanzverbindung (37) von der Höhe eingesetzt worden ist.
