Abstract

A panel or a border strip (2, 4) is removably attached to a wall or ceiling by, e.g. being clipped on to a strip (1) fixed to the wall or ceiling. Alternatively, a decoration strip can be hung on to projections from the wall (Fig. 3, not shown). Strips can be arranged, e.g. around a door opening or a light switch. <IMAGE>

Description

Interchangable boarder/Panels This concept/invention in its basic form is a changable boarder/panel in wood or plastic with a cushion padding which is covered in material, i.e Leather, Velvet, cotton or any material, which can be removed from the boarder/panel and changed. The material can be changed or cleaned at anytime.
In most types of wood/paper boarders they are fixed to the wall permanently. But now there is a special type of way to put a boarder/panel on a wall in which a boarder/panel can be locked on and off the wall. The boarder/panel itself is accomodated on the wall and can be frequently adapted to be taken off the wall by hand when securely fitted.
The boarder/panel however relatively exspensive moroever when they are in constent use.
According to this concept/invention there is provided a dismountable boarder/panel comprising a locking system, which comes on or off the wall. The material can be taken on or off the boarder/panel with Velcrow attached to the boarder/panel and material, also a system of putting the boarder/panel on the wall with multiple ways which will be shown in diagram Three. The locking system can be adapted as slide on or off the wall from top or bottom, therefor measuring the wall providing the measurementts are correct, being able to fit the boarder/panel to be mounted to the wall.
A specific embodiment of this concept/invention will now be described by way of a diagram with reference to the accompanying drawings in which: FIG ONE shows in perspective the boarder or panel on the wall.
1) Ceiling 2) Floor 3) Ceiling light 4) Wall 5) light switch 6) Power point 7) Base Board 8) Power point boarder 9) light switch boarder 10) Ceiling light bulb boarder 11) boarder/Panel (Wall) 12) Panel top/bottom of wall FIG TWO shows the door in perspective with reference to drawing.
1) ceiling 2) Floor 4) wall 11) boarder/panel (wall) 13) Door 14) Frame of door 15) boarder/panel for door 16) Door knob FIG Three shows boarder/panel in wood/plastic in perspective to reference to diagram.
A, B, C, and D, shown in Figures 3,5, and 6, contains: A) wall B) hole C) wall plug D) Screw Figure Three contains 1) wood/plastic 2) Foam/cushion 3) material 4) Glue 5) hook screw 6) Velcrow 7) Material edge of velcrow.
Here is a detailed description of the concept/invention: Fig Three measure how you want boarder/panel to be. Check electrics passage so you don't interfer with the power Get a sprit level to make sure all the angles are straight, with the holes in the boarder/panel, set out the screw hooks on to the boarder/panel. Take off boarder/Panel measure out the correct length of foam/cushion, or any soft to feel on to the boarder/panel.
After this format, measure the correct lenght of material, i.e: - Leather, Velvet, Cotton, Satin, Dralon, or any man made materials. Cover the back edge of material with Velcrow, with the second piece of velcrow stick this onto the back edge of the boarder/panel. Then place material taunt on the boarder/panel.
Then slot boarder/panel onto wall.
FIG 3a Shows the holes for the fittings underneath the boarder/ panel on the wall.
Holes was made by a drill, then wall plugs inserted.
FIG 3b Show the screw hooks in place on the back view of the boarder/panel.
FIG 4 Show in perspective with reference to diagram:1) boarder/panel 2) new boarder assemble kit 3) male and Female Screws top and bottom 4) Female excepter 5) Male inserter 6) inner moles 7) outer mole Figure 4 shows an existing boarder/panel of this system with an assemble fitting which slots onto the top of bottom of existing kit. Held in place by a Female excepter and a male inserter.
Figure Five Shows in perspective with reference to diagram: - 1) Inner wall base plastic 2) outer wall base plastic with a Spring board middle 3) Air Gap 4) material X) Spring board middle to be pushed into release (Y) with thumb and fingers gripping top and bottom to stop it slipping.
Figure six Shows in perspective with reference to diagram: 1) wall base plastic with slipstream at top and bottom 2) Inner plastic to be squeezed into complete dome at Front 3) Air Gap 4) material cover the dome at the front In Figure 6 and 6a the Slip Stream can be cut into any decorative patten with any colour on the edge of the boarder/panel The boarder/panel can be of any shape any size with a multiple of various cuts. This applys to ceilings, lights switcheboarders and power points and doors. You can have a panel in the form of a collage i.e sheilds, circles zigzags, curves, waves, and primids This format can be done in choldrens rooms in the form of cartoon characters i.e Micky mouse Donald duck Minnie mouse goofy bugs bunny Famous stars teddy bears And animals. Kitchens with this easy on and off concept invention.
Bathroom in waterproof material livingroom, hotels, public houses can have this concept/invention.
This concept/invention is a easy way to protect the cost of fittings in the future.
