Claims (17)
- Verschlossenes Auslasssystem (A) befestigbar an Toilettenbehältern und verwendet zum Ablassen einer beliebigen, von einem Nutzer gewünschten Menge Wasser, wobei das System umfasst:- ein Auslasslager (1) mit einem zylinderförmigen Bereich (38) daran, der an einem Auslasskanal des Behälters befestigbar ist sowie einer gefalzten Sitzfläche (39) befestigbar an einer unteren Innenfläche des Behälters, wobei der zylinderförmige Bereich (38) zwei Dichtkehlen (33) besitzt,- Dichtringe (2), die an den Dichtkehlen (33) befestigt sind,- einen Kolben (3), der an dem Auslasslager (1) befestigt ist und einen Körper in Hohlzylinderform besitzt, in welchem Körper ein Auslassrohr (4) angeordnet ist, wobei das Auslassrohr umfasst:- einen Styroporelementclip (9),- ein Styroporelement (10) mit einer zylinderförmigen Struktur, wobei eine Auslassrohraufnahme Öffnung (61) in der Mitte des Styroporelementes durchgehend angeordnet ist,- ein Segment (11),- eine Auslassdichtung (12) und- eine untere Styroporelementplatte (13),- wobei das Auslassrohr (4) eine hohlzylinderförmige Gestalt mit oberen und unteren offenen Flächen besitz, wobei zwei Fingeraufnahmeausnehmungen (71) am oberen Ende des Auslassrohres (4) zum Befestigen von Zugarmfingern (93) angeordnet sind, wobei eine Segment-Dichtungs-Sitzfläche (75) durch eine Durchmesserminderung an dem unteren Ende des Auslassrohres (4) ausgebildet ist, in welcher Segment-Dichtungs- Sitzfläche (75) zwei Segmente (11) und eine Auslassdichtung (12) übereinander angeordnet sind, wobei das System des Weiteren umfasst- ein Zugarmverbindungselement (16), das mit einem Zugarm (5) mit Zugarmfingern (93) verbunden ist, die mit entsprechenden Fingeraufnahmeausnehmungen (71) verbunden sind, wobei im Gebrauch das Zugarmverbindungselement (16) das Styroporelement (10) und die Auslassdichtung (12) anhebt oder nach unten drückt, wenn der Zugarm (5) angehoben bzw. gedrückt wird, um eine Wasserströmung zu ermöglichen oder zu verhindern,- eine Auslasslagerstütze (8) mit einem Körper in flachlänglicher Plattenform und mit einem Auslasslagerstützfinger (81), der an einem Ende der Auslasslagerstütze (8) angeordnet ist,wobei- das Auslasslager (1) einen Stützkanal (31) in Form einer Bahn oder einer Kehle, der beim Gebrauch gegen eine rückwärtige Innenfläche des Behälters stößt und in den die Auslasslagerstütze (8) eingreift, um zu verhindern, dass das Auslasslager 1 in einer unkontrollierten Weise rotiert, sowie einen vorderen flachen Abschnitt (37) umfasst, der an eine vordere Innenfläche des Behälters anstößt und sich direkt gegenüberliegend des Stützkanals (31) erstreckt,- Lagersperren (36) an beiden Seiten des Auslasslagers (1) zum Fixieren der Position des Kolbens (3), wobei Kolbenfinger (41) des Kolbens (3) mit den Lagersperren (36) zusammenwirken,- einen Fingeraufnahmeraum (32), der sich an dem Stützkanal (31) erstreckt, in den der Auslasslagerstützfinger (81) eingreift, um die Auslasslagerstütze (8) an dem Auslasslager (1) zu befestigen,- eine Styroporelementunterplattensitzfläche (30), die sich auf dem Auslasslager (1) erstreckt, an der die Styroporelementunterplatte (13) angeordnet ist.
- Verschlossenes Auslasssystem (A) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kolben (3) zwei Wandanschläge (42) in Form eines äußeren Vorsprungs umfasst, die sich gegenüberliegend nahe der oberen Seite des Kolbens (3) erstrecken und als Stütze verwendet werden, durch enges Angrenzen an vordere und rückwärtige Innenwände des Behälters, um ein Kollabieren oder eine Volumeneinschränkung, was während eine Verputzens oder Fliesens insbesondere bei Einbaubehältern auftreten kann, sowie Außeneffekte zu verhindern, die die Funktion des verschlossenen Auslasssystems A hemmen oder einschränken.
- Verschlossenes Auslasssystem (A) nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Kolbenunterfalz (45) ausgebildet durch eine Durchmesservergrößerung an der Unterseite des Kolbens (3) angeordnet ist.
- Verschlossenes Auslasssystem (A) nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kolbenfinger (41) gegenüberliegend erstreckend an der Kolbenunterplatte (45) als Außenvorsprünge angeordnet sind.
- Verschlossenes Auslasssystem (A) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass nach oben offene einander gegenüberliegende Kolbenkanäle (44), in die Auslassrohrriffeln (72) des Auslassrohres 4 eingreifen, an der Innenfläche einer oberen Kolbenöffnung (43) des Kolbens (3) angeordnet sind.
- Verschlossenes Auslasssystem (A) nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die längsgerichteten Auslassrohrriffeln (72), die in die nach oben offenen Kolbenkanäle (44) eingreifen und sich gegenüberliegend erstrecken, in einem mittleren Bereich 77 des Auslassrohres angeordnet sind.
- Verschlossenes Auslasssystem (A) nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in Längsrichtung verlaufende Auslassrohrstyroporelementriffeln (76), die durch eine Durchmesserverringerung relativ zum mittleren Abschnitt (77) des Auslassrohres ausgebildet sind und sich gegenüberliegend auch einer Styroporelementanlagefläche (74) erstrecken, zwischen der Segment-Dichtungs-Sitzfläche (75) und dem mittleren Abschnitt (77) des Auslassrohres (4) angeordnet sind.
- Verschlossenes Auslasssystem (A) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Styroporelementclipanlagefalz (73), an dem der Styroporelementclip (9) befestigt ist, an dem Auslassrohr (4) angeordnet ist, dort wo der mittlere Abschnitt (77) des Auslassrohres endet und Styroporelementfläche (74) beginnt.
- Verschlossenes Auslasssystem (A) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Styroporelement (10) an der Innenfläche der Auslassrohraufnahmeöffnung (61) in Längsrichtung verlaufende Styroporelementkanäle (62) umfasst, in die die Auslassrohrstyroporelementriffeln (76) eingreifen und die einander gegenüberliegen.
- Verschlossene Auslasssystem (A) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auslasslagerstütze (8) einen Auslasslagerstützenunterbereich (83), ausgebildet einstückig in deren mittlerer Erstreckung, und nachfolgend einem Auslasslagerstützoberbereich (85), ausgebildet in zwei Armen mit einem Auslasslagerstützraum (84) In Form eines langen Spaltes in deren Mitte, umfasst.
- Verschlossenes Auslasssystem (A) nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auslasslagerstütze (8) den Auslasslagerstützfinger (81) mit einer elastischen Struktur an dessen einem Ende umfasst.
- Verschlossenes Auslasssystem (A) nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auslasslagerstütze (8) einen Auslasslagerstützarm (82) verbunden mit dem Auslasslagerstützoberabschnitt (85) an dessen anderem Ende umfasst.
- Verschlossenes Auslasssystem (A) nach den Ansprüchen 10 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Auslasslagerstützfinger (81) in den Auslasslagerstützkanal (31) hinein und verbunden mit dem Fingeraufnahmeraum (32) angeordnet ist, und zur gleichen Zeit der Auslasslagerstützarm (82) mit einem festen Punkt in dem verschlossenen Auslasssystem A oder in dem Behälter verbunden ist.
- Verschlossenes Auslasssystem (A) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Zugarm (5) aus einem Zugarmgriff (94) in Form eines Stabs, einem Zugarmauge (91) an einem Ende des Griffs in ringförmiger Gestalt, Zugarmklauen (92) an dessen anderem Ende in einer U-förmigen Gestalt sowie zwei Zugarmfingern (93) besteht, die an den Enden der Zugarmklauen (92) und an der Innenseite der U-Form einander gegenüberliegend angeordnet sind.
- Verschlossenes Auslasssystem (A) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Styroporelementunterplatte (13) eine scheibenartige Struktur besitzt, um eine Sitzfläche für das Styroporelement auszubilden und wobei Styroporelementunterplattenwasser- durchlassöffnungen (51) daran angeordnet sind, um ein Auslassen von Wasser in das Innere des Kolbens (3) in einer kontrollierten Weise zu ermöglichen.
- Verschlossenes Auslasssystem (A) nach Anspruch 1 oder Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Styroporelementunterplattenöffnung (52) mit Kanälen, durch die eine Styroporelementaufnahmefläche (71) des Auslassrohres (4) geleitet werden kann, in der Mitte der Styroporelementunterplatte (13) angeordnet ist.
- Verschlossenes Auslasssystem (A) nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im montierten Zustand die Styroporelementunterplatte (13) auf einer Styroporelementunterplattensitzfläche (30) über dem Auslasslager (1) und an dem Abschnitt des Kolbenunterfalzes (45) gegenüber dem inneren Bereich des Kolbens (3) angeordnet ist.
