to unlock (34) and lock (33) this lock (30) in accordance with claim 1 by an authorized person in possession of a mobile identification encoder (ID encoder 51)
who, when the authorized person approaches the door (15) comes into wireless communication (50) with a stationary identification receiver (ID receiver 52) which
is located in the vehicle and is connected to an analyser (53) in the vehicle,
whereby,
normally, if the ID encoder (51) is located outside of the communication area (18) of the ID receiver (52), an electronic sensor (45) is made ineffective,
whereby,
the analyser (53) monitors communication (50) between the ID encoder (51) and the ID receiver (52) and, in the event of successful communication (50) of the electronic sensor (45) and, thus, the sensor (40) is set effective
and, whereby,
in the last case mentioned - emanating from a locked lock (30) - in an initial phase, the unlocking operation (24) of the handle unlocks the lock (30) and, in the subsequent phase of this unlocking operation (24), the door (15) or flap of the vehicle is opened. - Lock (30) with a device to unlock (34) and lock (33) this lock (30) in a vehicle,
whereby, the lock (30) is arranged between a stationary part of the body and a contrasting moving part of the body (15), such as a door (15) or flap of the vehicle,
with an accessible handle (20) on the outside of the door (12) which, when operated to unlock (34), opens the lock (30),
with a support (10) attached in the inside of the door (11), on which the handle (20) sits
and with a minimum of one wireless sensor (40) for operation (24) of the handle (20) to unlock (34) and also to lock (33) the lock (30),
the sensor (40) comprises of two part (41, 42) which interact with each other via magnetic or electrical fields,
and one part of the sensor (42) is indirectly or directly integrated on the support (10) and the other (41) on the handle (20),
with a mobile identification encoder (ID encoder 51), which is in the possession of an authorized person,
with an identification receiver (ID receiver 52) arranged in the vehicle, which is connected to an analyser (53) there,
whereby, wireless communication (50) occurs with the ID receiver (52) from a minimum distance (18) from the ID encoder (51), which is monitored by the analyser (53),
whereby, in the event of successful communication (50) between the ID encoder (51) and ID receiver (52) the analyser (53) unlocks (34) the lock (30), which is why the lock (30) is opened when a resulting initial unlocking operation (24) of the handle (20) is made in the direction,
and with a second resulting locking operation (28) of the handle (20) in the other direction, which is detected by the sensor (40) and locks the lock,
whereby, the locking operation (28) is carried out due to a snug fit between the handle (20) and the support (10). - Lock in accordance with one of the claims 1 to 3, characterized in that, in order to unlock (34) and lock (33) the lock (30), the same sensor (40)
is used, which is formed as discriminator (49) for determining different operations (24, 28) of the handle (20)
and that, during the locking operation (28) of the handle (20), the discriminator (49) effects the unlocking (34) and locking (33) of the lock (30),
whilst during the locking operation (28) of the discriminator (49), the locking (33) and unlocking (34) of the lock (30) is initiated. - Lock in accordance with one of the claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the unlocking operation (24) of the handle (20) is directed in the opposite direction to the locking operation (28).
- Lock in accordance with one of the claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the locking operation (28) of the handle (20) is orientated transverse to the unlocking operation (24).
- Lock in accordance with claim 6, characterized in that the locking operation (28) is essentially orientated vertically to the unlocking operation (24) of the handle (20).
- Lock in accordance with one of the claims 1 to 7, characterized in that the unlocking operation (24) of the handle (20) is essentially directed vertically to the plane (14) of the door (15) or flap.
- Lock in accordance with one of the claims 1 to 7, characterized in that the locking operation (28) is essentially carried out parallel to the plane (14) of the door (15) or flap.
- Lock in accordance with one of the claims 1 to 9, characterized in that, in contrast to the support, the unlocking operation of the handle is flexible.
- Lock in accordance with claim 10, characterized in that the handle (20) is connected to its support (10) by a pivot bearing (23).
- Lock in accordance with one of the claims 1 to 10, characterized in that, apart from its seating play (27), the handle (20) is essentially seated rigidly on the support (10).
