  • chamber 51 which is initially full of air and not filled with rinse agent, represents a "buffer" or unused volume, which is however useful to ensure that after complete filling of the delivery device the level of rinse agent in the delivery device substantially reaches a predetermined level which is lower than or at most equal to the level of the lower side of opening 16 when the door of the dishwasher machine is closed.
  • cassette member 30 is mounted in space 9 rotatably about an axis (shaft) parallel to walls 13 and 11 of that space, and has an anterior appendage or fin which is located in front of the anterior front wall 15a of body 3.
  • This appendage or fin of the cassette member is provided with snap retaining means (for example a plurality of openings) capable of acting together with associated retaining members (such as for example projecting retaining pegs) provided on the front wall of body 3 (wall 15a), in such a way that the said cassette member can be immobilised in space 9 in a plurality of different angular positions about the said axis (shaft).
  • Cassette member 30 adjacent to spout 44 has a projecting shape capable of extending into chamber 18 by a different amount depending upon the angular position in which cassette member 30 is immobilised in space 9, as a consequence varying the volume of that chamber 18 which can be occupied by the rinse agent, and correspondingly varying the quantity or dose which can be delivered during the rinse stage of a wash cycle.

Claims (10)

  1. Dispositif (1) pour la distribution dosée d'un agent liquide, en particulier un agent de rinçage, dans une machine de lavage, en particulier un lave-vaisselle, pourvu d'une porte avant pivotant sur un axe horizontal pour accéder à la chambre de lavage, le dispositif de distribution (1) étant conçu pour être monté sur l'intérieur (2) de ladite porte de manière telle qu'il adopte une position de fonctionnement verticale lors de l'utilisation et une position de repos inclinée ou approximativement horizontale lorsque ladite porte (2) est fermée et ouverte respectivement,
    le dispositif de distribution (1) comprenant :
    un corps creux (3) de matière plastique dans lequel sont définis une chambre ou un réservoir d'accumulation (40) pour recevoir une quantité dudit agent correspondant à une pluralité de doses ;
    une chambre de dosage (43), en communication hydraulique avec ladite chambre d'accumulation (40), et avec une capacité pour une dose de l'agent de rinçage ; et
    une chambre de distribution (18) conçue pour recevoir un écoulement dudit agent liquide à partir de la chambre de dosage (43) lorsque le dispositif de distribution (1) est déplacé dans la position de fonctionnement, et alors pour distribuer ledit agent à
    la chambre de lavage de la machine à travers un passage de sortie (22, 23) prévu dans ledit corps (3) et normalement obstrué par un moyen d'interception, qui est adapté pour l'ouvrir pour la distribution d'une dose d'agent de rinçage lorsqu'il est excité par une commande électrique ;
    le dispositif de distribution (1) étant caractérisé en ce qu'une partie de la chambre d'accumulation (40) et la chambre de dosage (43) sont prévues dans un élément cassette (30) qui est séparé et distinct dudit corps (3) et est inséré de façon amovible dans un espace (9) prévu dans ledit corps (3).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, dans lequel un espace (9) dans lequel l'élément cassette (30) peut être inséré et duquel il peut être retiré est prévu dans ledit corps (3), ledit espace (9) possédant une capacité supérieure au volume dudit élément cassette (30) et possédant une ouverture (16) pour l'insertion et le positionnement de l'élément cassette (30) situé dans la partie supérieure dudit espace (9) lorsque le dispositif de distribution (1) est dans ladite position de fonctionnement.
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel l'élément cassette (30) comporte un bec verseur (44) qui communique avec la chambre de dosage (18) et qui est capable de verser une quantité ou dose dudit agent provenant de la chambre de dosage (43) dans ladite chambre de distribution (18) lorsque le dispositif de distribution (1) se déplace de la position de repos à la position de fonctionnement.
  4. Dispositif selon les revendications 2 et 3, dans lequel la chambre de distribution (18) est prévue dans le corps (3) de façon adjacente audit espace (9) et le bec verseur (44) de l'élément cassette (30) fait saillie à partir d'un côté de celui-ci qui est situé de façon opérationnelle et de façon adjacente à ladite chambre de distribution (18).
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 2, dans lequel ledit élément cassette (30) comporte un évidement (51) dans sa paroi (31) qui, dans la position de repos, se trouve de façon adjacente à la paroi inférieure (10) dudit espace (9) dans le corps (3) ; ledit évidement (51) étant capable de piéger une quantité d'air au cours d'une opération de remplissage avec l'agent liquide dans ledit espace (9) et l'élément cassette (30), ladite quantité d'air étant telle que, lorsque le dispositif de distribution (1) est remis dans la position de fonctionnement après l'opération de remplissage, l'agent de rinçage présent dans ledit espace (9) atteint un niveau qui est inférieur ou au plus égal à un niveau prédéterminé.
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 2, dans lequel l'ouverture (16) pour insérer l'élément cassette (30) dans l'espace (9) dans le corps (3) comporte un rebord saillant (17) qui est capable d'entrer en prise avec un couvercle mobile (7) prévu par des moyens de fermeture étanches (25) agissant conjointement audit rebord (17).
  7. Dispositif selon la revendication 6, dans lequel des moyens de support et de guidage (17a) capables de guider le mouvement de l'élément cassette (30) dans ledit espace (9) et supporter l'élément cassette (30) lors de l'utilisation sont prévus le long d'au moins un côté dudit rebord (17).
  8. Dispositif selon une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ledit élément cassette (30) peut être situé de façon stable dans une pluralité de positions relatives par rapport audit espace (9), dont chacune correspond à une capacité différente de ladite chambre de distribution (18).
  9. Dispositif selon la revendication 8, dans lequel l'élément cassette (30) est monté dans l'espace (9) de sorte qu'il puisse tourner sur un axe ou un arbre et comporte un appendice antérieur ou une ailette antérieure qui est situé devant une paroi frontale antérieure (15a) du corps (3), ledit appendice ou ladite ailette de l'élément cassette (30) étant pourvu de moyens de retenue capables d'agir conjointement à des moyens d'arrêt associés prévus dans une paroi frontale du corps (3) de manière telle que ledit élément cassette puisse être immobilisé dans l'espace (9) dans une pluralité de positions angulaires différentes, ledit élément cassette (30) possédant une formation saillante qui est capable de s'étendre dans la chambre de distribution (18) selon une quantité différente selon la position angulaire, dans lequel l'élément cassette (30) est immobilisé dans l'espace (9), variant en conséquence le volume de ladite chambre de distribution (18) qui peut être occupé par l'agent de rinçage, et variante de façon correspondante la quantité ou dose distribuable.
  10. Dispositif selon une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ledit corps creux (3) est fabriqué sous forme monobloc de matière plastique moulée.
