Claims (6)

  1. Dispositif de verrouillage pour une ferrure pivotante et basculante d'un battant pouvant pivoter contre un cadre d'une fenêtre, d'une porte-fenêtre ou similaires avec une partie de ferrure côté battant et une partie de ferrure côté cadre, comportant un bras articulé de projection présentant un bras de projection, reliant les parties de ferrure entre elles, un peigne denté présentant une rangée de saillies et disposé sur une crémone et une came d'encliquetage opposée au peigne denté et, disposée sur le bras articulé de projection pour la fixation du bras de projection dans une position de ventilation à fente, dans laquelle le bras de projection est légèrement pivoté par rapport aux parties de cadre, caractérisé en ce qu'une partie de retenue (19) est disposée sur la crémone (16), en ce que la partie de retenue (19) présente, sur son côté tourné vers la crémone (16), un élément de retenue (22) engagé par complémentarité de formes avec le peigne denté (20) et une came de serrage (13) venant en prise derrière la came d'encliquetage (14) en position de fermeture.
  2. Dispositif de verrouillage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la partie de retenue (19) est mobile perpendiculairement à la crémone (16) et est précontrainte par un élément de ressort (26) contre la crémone (16).
  3. Dispositif de verrouillage selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le peigne denté (20) présente un boulon (25) pénétrant dans la crémone (16).
  4. Dispositif de verrouillage selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de retenue (22) de la partie de retenue (19) est conçu ovale sur son côté tourné vers la crémone (16) et en ce qu'un pied (24) du peigne denté (20) opposé à l'élément de retenue (22) de la partie de retenue (19) est conçu en forme de U, entourant l'élément de retenue (22).
  5. Dispositif de verrouillage selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le pied (24) du peigne denté (20) s'appuie latéralement dans un trou oblong (17) d'un rail à recouvrement (15) recouvrant la crémone (16).
  6. Dispositif de verrouillage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la partie de retenue (19) présente une saillie (21 a) qui est située dans une rangée de saillies (21) du peigne denté (20) et qui dépasse de l'élément de retenue (22).
