Abstract
Es wird ein Verfahren zum Färben eines Glasfaservlieses angegeben, bei dem in einem ersten Schritt ein Farbstoff mittels eines Zwischenträgers oder direkt auf die Oberfläche des Glasfaservliese aufgebracht und in einem zweiten Schritt der Farbstoff durch eine Temperaturbehandlung in den gasförmigen Zustand oder ein Aerosol überführt wird, wobei der Farbstoff zumindest teilweise in das Volumen des Glasfaservlieses eindringt und sich mit dem Material des Glasfaservliese reaktiv verbindet. Hierdurch wird eine dauerhafte und abriebfeste Färbung des Glasfaservlieses erzielt.The invention relates to a process for dyeing a glass fiber fleece, in which, in a first step, a dye is applied by means of an intermediate carrier or directly onto the surface of the glass fiber fleece and, in a second step, the dye is converted into the gaseous state or an aerosol by a temperature treatment, the dye penetrates at least partially into the volume of the glass fiber fleece and reactively bonds to the material of the glass fiber fleece. As a result, a durable and abrasion-resistant coloring of the glass fiber fleece is achieved.
