Claims (21)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Einleiten und Verteilen von Brennstoff in einem Brenner, insbesondere für einen Pellet-Ofen oder einen Kessel, die wenigstens einen Schraubenförderer (18) umfasst, dessen Ausgabe mit dem Brenner verbunden ist, wobei der Ausgabe des wenigstens einen Schraubenförderers Mittel für den Transport und die gleichmäßige Verteilung des Brennstoffs in dem Brenner zugeordnet sind und wobei ein Rohr (13) die Ausgabe des Schraubenförderers bildet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel für den Transport und die gleichmäßige Verteilung des Brennstoffs in dem Brenner eine zweite Rutsche (27) umfassen, die mit ihrem oberen Ende einer ersten Rutsche (23) in einem an das Rohr angrenzenden Bereich drehbar zugeordnet ist.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der wenigstens eine Schraubenförderer durch ein im Wesentlichen zylindrisches rohrförmiges Element gebildet ist, das teilweise in einem kastenartigen Körper enthalten ist, der einen Querschnitt besitzt, der angenähert wie ein umgedrehter Buchstabe Ω geformt ist und auf das gesamte rohrförmige Element in Längsrichtung einwirkt, wobei der kastenartige Körper einen Boden bildet, der im Wesentlichen eben ist und zu der Längsachse des rohrförmigen Elements ungefähr parallel ist und in der Draufsicht eine ungefähr rechtwinklige Form hat, wobei zwei Arme ungefähr rechtwinklig von den longitudinalen Umfangskanten hiervon vorstehen, wobei die Arme das rohrförmige Element seitlich teilweise umschließen, wobei am gegenüberliegenden Ende in Bezug auf den Boden des kastenartigen Körpers in der Nähe des hinteren Endes des rohrförmigen Elements an seiner seitlichen Oberfläche eine erste Öffnung vorgesehen ist, die für die Einleitung der Pellets in den Schraubenförderer geeignet ist.
  3. Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Nähe des vorderen Endes des rohrförmigen Elements auf seiner seitlichen Oberfläche und auf dem zugewandten Boden des kastenartigen Körpers zwei zweite Öffnungen vorgesehen sind, wobei diese Öffnungen im Wesentlichen miteinander identisch sind und einander zugewiesen sind, wobei ein Rohr, das die Ausgabe des Schraubenförderers bildet, von der Umfangskante der zweiten Öffnung, die in dem rohrförmigen Element vorgesehen ist, ungefähr rechtwinklig und in Richtung zu der Außenseite des rohrförmigen Elements vorsteht, damit es durch die zugewandte, im Boden vorgesehene zweite offnung verläuft.
  4. Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Rohr in einem Querschnitt längs einer Ebene, die zu dem Boden senkrecht ist und durch seine longitudinale Mittelebene verläuft, ungefähr wie ein rechtwinkliges Trapez geformt ist, in dem die parallelen Seiten zum Boden senkrecht sind und die schräge Seite von dem hinteren Ende des rohrförmigen Elements weggerichtet ist.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwei erste Ansätze von den longitudinalen Enden des Bodens des kastenartigen Körpers in der Nähe des vorderen Endes des rohrförmigen Elements und seitlich in Bezug auf das Rohr vorstehen und ungefähr in der gleichen Ebene wie der Boden liegen.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein zweiter Ansatz von dem Boden des kastenartigen Körpers ungefähr rechtwinklig und zur Rückseite des Rohrs vorsteht und eine ungefähr rechtwinklige ebene Form besitzt, wobei ungefähr mittig hiervon eine dritte Öffnung vorgesehen ist.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das rohrförmige Element und der kastenartige Körper am hinteren bzw. am vorderen Ende des rohrförmigen Elements durch einen ersten Flansch bzw. einen zweiten Flansch verschlossen sind, zwischen denen eine Welle einer Schneckenschraube drehbar unterstützt ist, wobei die Schneckenschraube die Pellets von dem hinteren Ende zu dem vorderen Ende des rohrförmigen Elements transportieren kann, damit sie aus dem Rohr, das die Ausgabe des Schraubenförderers bildet, durch die Schwerkraft austreten.
  8. Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein erstes Ende der Welle in einem Loch, das ungefähr mittig in Bezug auf den ersten Flansch gebildet ist, drehbar unterstützt ist, ein zweites Ende der Welle in einem geeignet vorgesehenen Sitz drehbar unterstützt ist, der ungefähr zylindrisch ist und durch einen ringförmigen Vorsprung gebildet ist, der ungefähr mittig von dem zweiten Flansch in Richtung zu der Innenseite des rohrförmigen Elements vorsteht.
  9. Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Ende der Welle in Längsrichtung aus dem rohrförmigen Element vorsteht und mit Bewegungserzeugungsmitteln, die vorzugsweise durch einen Getriebemotor gebildet sind, in Eingriff ist.
  10. Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel für die gleichmäßige Verteilung und den Transport der Pellets in dem Brenner eine erste Rutsche umfassen, die ungefähr rechtwinklig von dem Boden des kastenartigen Körpers bei den ersten Ansätzen und in Richtung zum hinteren Ende des Rohrs vorsteht.
  11. Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Rutsche durch eine erste Platte gebildet ist, die ungefähr eben ist und zu dem Boden im Wesentlichen senkrecht ist und mit dem Boden sowie mit den ersten Ansätzen an einem ersten transversalen Ende hiervon an der Rückseite des Rohrs verbunden ist.
  12. Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Platte dem zweiten Ansatz starr zugeordnet ist.
  13. Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der ersten Platte in dem Bereich hiervon, der dem Rohr zugewandt ist, und bei der dritten Öffnung, die in dem zweiten Ansatz vorgesehen ist, eine vierte Öffnung vorgesehen ist.
  14. Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwei erste Schultern, die das Rohr seitlich umschließen, von den longitudinalen Enden der ersten Platte ungefähr rechtwinklig hierzu und in der entgegengesetzten Richtung in Bezug auf das hintere Ende des rohrförmigen Elements vorstehen.
  15. Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Rutsche mit dem ersten rohrförmigen Element mittels einer geeignet vorgesehenen Strebe verbunden ist, die mittels eines ihrer Enden am Boden des kastenartigen Körpers und mittels ihres anderen Endes an der ersten Platte befestigt ist.
  16. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die drehbare Rutsche durch eine zweite Platte gebildet ist, die ungefähr flach ist und zu der ersten Platte im Wesentlichen parallel ist und vorteilhaft die Form eines ebenen, ungefähr gleichschenkligen Trapezes besitzt, in dem die längere parallele Seite zwischen dem Rohr und der ersten Ebene angeordnet ist.
  17. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwei zweite Schultern von den longitudinalen Enden der zweiten Platte ungefähr rechtwinklig und an dem gegenüberliegenden Ende in Bezug auf die erste Platte vorstehen und während des Gebrauchs in Bezug auf das Rohr seitlich und innerhalb der ersten Schultern der ersten Rutsche angeordnet sind.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite Platte der zweiten Rutsche in der Nähe ihrer längeren parallelen Seite mit einer sekundären Welle verkeilt ist, die in der Weise angeordnet ist, dass ihre Längsachse zu der ersten Platte ungefähr senkrecht ist, und der vierten Öffnung, die in der ersten Platte vorgesehen ist, und der dritten Öffnung des zweiten Ansatzes mittels geeigneter Drehunterstützungsmittel drehbar zugeordnet ist.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Drehunterstützungsmittel durch eine erste zylindrische Führung gebildet sind, die an dem zweiten Ansatz auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite in Bezug auf das Rohr befestigt ist, wobei sich die zweite Rutsche in Bezug auf die erste Rutsche um die Längsachse der sekundären Welle mittels der Wirkung geeigneter Bewegungsübertragungsmittel, die mit den Bewegungserzeugungsmitteln verbunden sind, drehbar ist.
  20. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bewegungsübertragungsmittel eine erste Riemenscheibe, die mit dem Abschnitt des ersten Endes der Welle verkeilt ist, der von dem rohrförmigen Element vorsteht, und mittels eines Riemens mit einer zweiten Riemenscheibe verbunden ist, die an einer darunterliegenden Welle verkeilt ist, die zu der Welle ungefähr parallel ist und in Bezug zu dieser relativ zu einer Ebene, die zu der ersten Platte der ersten Rutsche senkrecht ist und durch die longitudinale Mittelachse hiervon verläuft, axial versetzt ist.
  21. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Welle durch eine zweite zylindrische Führung drehbar unterstützt ist, die ihrerseits durch einen geeignet vorgesehenen Arm unterstützt ist, der mit dem kastenartigen Körper verbunden ist, wobei ein Nocken mit dem Ende der Welle verkeilt ist, das zu der ersten Rutsche gerichtet ist, wobei ein Ende eines Gestänges an dem Nocken angelenkt ist, wobei das Gestänge an seinem anderen Ende an einer Kurbel angelenkt ist, die mit der zweiten Welle verkeilt ist.
