Claims (22)

  1. Ein Verfahren zum Voraussagen der Bahnbildung in einem Prozess zur Herstellung von Papier/Karton, wobei das Verfahren Folgendes aufweist
    mindestens einen Sub-Prozess in dem Prozess zur Herstellung von Papier/Karton durchführen, wobei jeder Sub-Prozess mindestens eine Eigenschaft der Suspension einstellt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    eine Messung (200, 206, 212, 300 bis 308, 420 bis 430) der Verteilung von festen Elementen in der Suspension vor mindestens einem Sub-Prozess durchgeführt wird (800), welcher mindestens einen der folgenden einschließt: Raffinieren, eine Mischkammer, Zusatz von Polymer, Zusatz von Mikropartikeln;
    eine Messung (200, 206, 212, 300 bis 308, 420 bis 430) der Verteilung von festen Elementen in der Suspension nach dem mindestens einen Sub-Prozess durchgeführt wird (802); und
    die in einem Former zu bildende Bahnbildung als eine Funktion der Verteilung von festen Elementen in der Suspension vor dem Sub-Prozess und der Verteilung von festen Elementen in der Suspension nach dem Sub-Prozess vorausgesagt wird (804).
  2. Ein Verfahren zum Voraussagen der Flockenstärke in einem Prozess zur Herstellung von Papier/Karton, wobei das Verfahren Folgendes aufweist
    mindestens einen Sub-Prozess in dem Prozess zur Herstellung von Papier/Karton durchführen, wobei jeder Sub-Prozess mindestens eine Eigenschaft der Suspension mit festen Elementen in Wasser einstellt, dadurch ge- kennzeichnet, dass
    eine Messung der Verteilung von festen Elementen in der Suspension vor mindestens einem Sub-Prozess durchgeführt wird (900), welcher mindestens einen der folgenden einschließt: Raffinieren, eine Mischkammer, Zusatz von Polymer, Zusatz von Mikropartikeln;
    eine Messung der Verteilung von festen Elementen in der Suspension nach dem mindestens einen Sub-Prozess durchgeführt wird (902); und
    die zu bildende Flockenstärke als Funktion der Verteilung von festen Elementen in der Suspension vor dem Sub-Prozess und der Verteilung von soliden Elementen in der Suspension nach dem Sub-Prozess vorausgesagt wird (904).
  3. Ein Verfahren zum Voraussagen der Porosität in einem Prozess zur Herstellung von Papier/Karton, wobei das Verfahren Folgendes aufweist
    mindestens einen Sub-Prozess in dem Prozess zur Herstellung von Papier/Karton durchführen, wobei jeder Sub-Prozess mindestens eine Eigenschaft der Suspension mit festen Elementen in Wasser einstellt, dadurch ge - kennzeichnet, dass
    eine Messung der Verteilung von festen Elementen in der Suspension vor mindestens einem Sub-Prozess durchgeführt wird (1100), welcher mindestens einen der folgenden einschließt: Raffinieren, eine Mischkammer, Zusatz von Polymer, Zusatz von Mikropartikeln;
    eine Messung der Verteilung von festen Elementen in der Suspension nach dem mindestens einen Sub-Prozess durchgeführt wird (1102); und
    die zu bildende Porosität als Funktion der Verteilung von festen Elementen in der Suspension vor dem Sub-Prozess und der Verteilung von soliden Elementen in der Suspension nach dem Sub-Prozess vorausgesagt wird (1104).
  4. Ein Verfahren zur Steuerung eines Prozesses zur Herstellung von Papier/Karton, wobei das Verfahren Folgendes aufweist
    mindestens einen Sub-Prozess des Prozesses zur Herstellung von Papier/Karton an der Suspension mit festen Elementen in Wasser durchführen, wobei jeder Sub-Prozess mindestens eine Eigenschaft der Suspension mit festen Elementen in Wasser einstellt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    eine Messung (200, 206, 212, 300 bis 308, 420 bis 430) der Verteilung von festen Elementen in der Suspension vor mindestens einem Sub-Prozess durchgeführt wird (1000), welcher mindestens einen der folgenden einschließt: Raffinieren, eine Mischkammer, Zusatz von Polymer, Zusatz von Mikropartikeln;
    eine Messung (200, 206, 212, 300 bis 308, 420 bis 430) einer Verteilung der festen Elemente in der Suspension nach dem mindestens einen Sub-Prozess durchgeführt wird (1002); und
    der mindestens eine Sub-Prozess als Funktion einer Differenz zwischen der Verteilung von festen Elementen in der Suspension vor dem Sub-Prozess und der Verteilung von festen Elementen in der Suspension nach dem Sub-Prozess gesteuert wird (1004).
  5. Das Verfahren gemäß dem Patentanspruch 4, dadurch g e - kennzeichnet, dass eine Kontrolle eines Sub-Prozesses durchgeführt wird, welcher derselbe ist wie der Sub-Prozess, der vorher und nachher gemessen wurde.
  6. Das Verfahren gemäß dem Patentanspruch 4, dadurch ge - kennzeichnet, dass ein Sub-Prozess in einer Mischkammer (112) durchgeführt wird und der, Rohmaterial in der Mischkammer (112) mischende Sub-Prozess gesteuert wird.
  7. Das Verfahren gemäß dem Patentanspruch 4, dadurch ge - kennzeichnet, dass eine Kontrolle eines Sub-Prozesses durchgeführt wird, welcher unterschiedlich von dem Sub-Prozess ist, der vorher und nachher gemessen wurde.
  8. Das Verfahren gemäß dem Patentanspruch 7, dadurch ge - kennzeichnet, dass ein Sub-Prozess durchgeführt wird, bei dem ein Polymer in die Fasersuspension zugesetzt wird, und ein Sub-Prozess gesteuert wird, bei dem die Mikropartikeln in der Fasersuspension gemessen werden.
  9. Das Verfahren gemäß dem Patentanspruch 1, 2, 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass feste Elemente in einem fraktionierenden Schlauch (250) für die Messung (200, 206, 212, 300 bis 308, 420 bis 430) einer Verteilung von festen Elementen in der Suspension separiert werden.
  10. Das Verfahren gemäß dem Patentanspruch 1, 2, 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Probe von der Suspension vor und nach einem Sub-Prozess genommen wird und die Proben zu einer gewünschten Konsistenz für die Messung verdünnt werden.
  11. Das Verfahren gemäß dem Patentanspruch 1, 2, 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Messungen (200, 206, 212, 300 bis 308, 420 bis 430) der Verteilung der Größe mindestens einer der folgenden Kategorien durchgeführt werden: Flocken, Fasern, Feinstoff.
  12. Eine Vorrichtung zum Voraussagen von Bahnbildung einer Suspension mit festen Elementen in Wasser in einem Prozess zur Herstellung von Papier/Karton, wobei der Prozess mindestens einen Sub-Prozess des Einstellens mindestens einer Eigenschaft der Suspension aufweist, dadurch ge - kennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung Folgendes aufweist
    eine Messeinheit (220), die angeordnet ist, eine Messung einer Verteilung von festen Elementen in der Suspension vor mindestens einem Sub-Prozess durchzuführen, welcher mindestens einen der folgenden einschließt: Raffinieren, eine Mischkammer, Zusatz von Polymer, Zusatz von Mikropartikeln, um eine Messung einer Verteilung von festen Elementen in der Suspension nach dem mindestens einen Sub-Prozess durchzuführen, und die zu bildende Formation in einem Former als Funktion der Verteilung von festen Elementen in der Suspension vor dem Sub-Prozess und der Verteilung von festen Elementen in der Suspension nach dem Sub-Prozess vorauszusagen.
  13. Eine Vorrichtung zum Voraussagen der Flockenstärke einer Suspension mit festen Elementen in Wasser in einem Prozess zur Herstellung von Papier/Karton, wobei der Prozess mindestens einen Sub-Prozess der Einstellung mindestens einer Eigenschaft der Suspension aufweist, dadurch ge - kennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung Folgendes aufweist
    eine Messeinheit (220), die angeordnet ist, eine Messung einer Verteilung von festen Elementen in der Suspension vor mindestens einem Sub-Prozess durchzuführen, welcher mindestens einen der folgenden einschließt: Raffinieren, eine Mischkammer, Zusatz von Polymer, Zusatz von Mikropartikeln, um eine Messung einer Verteilung von festen Elementen in der Suspension nach dem mindestens einen Sub-Prozess durchzuführen, und die zu bildende Flockenstärke als Funktion der Verteilung von festen Elementen in der Suspension vor dem Sub-Prozess und der Verteilung von festen Elementen in der Suspension nach dem Sub-Prozess vorauszusagen.
  14. Eine Vorrichtung zum Voraussagen der Porosität des Endprodukts in einem Prozess zur Herstellung von Papier/Karton, wobei der Prozess mindestens einen Sub-Prozess der Einstellung mindestens einer Eigenschaft der Suspension aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung Folgendes aufweist
    eine Messeinheit (220), die angeordnet ist, eine Messung einer Verteilung von festen Elementen in der Suspension vor mindestens einem Sub-Prozess durchzuführen, welcher mindestens einen der folgenden einschließt: Raffinieren, eine Mischkammer, Zusatz von Polymer, Zusatz von Mikropartikeln, um eine Messung einer Verteilung von festen Elementen in der Suspension nach dem mindestens einen Sub-Prozess durchzuführen, und die zu bildende Porosität in dem Endprodukt als Funktion der Verteilung von festen Elementen in der Suspension vor dem Sub-Prozess und der Verteilung von festen Elementen in der Suspension nach dem Sub-Prozess vorauszusagen.
  15. Eine Steuereinheit für einen Prozess zur Herstellung von Papier/Karton, wobei eine Suspension mit festen Elementen in Wasser in mindestens einem Sub-Prozess der Einstellung mindestens einer Eigenschaft der Suspension verarbeitet wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    eine Steuereinheit (222) angeordnet ist, Messergebenisse von einer Messeinheit (220) zu empfangen, die angeordnet ist, eine Messung (200, 206, 212, 300 bis 308, 420 bis 430) einer Verteilung von festen Elementen in der Suspension vor mindestens einem Sub-Prozess durchzuführen, welcher mindestens einen der folgenden einschließt: Raffinieren, eine Mischkammer, Zusatz von Polymer, Zusatz von Mikropartikeln, und um eine Messung (200, 206, 212, 300 bis 308, 420 bis 430) einer Verteilung von festen Elementen in der Suspension nach dem mindestens einen Sub-Prozess durchzuführen, und
    die Steuereinheit (222) angeordnet ist, mindestens einen Sub-Prozess als Funktion einer Differenz zwischen der Verteilung von festen Elementen in der Suspension vor dem Sub-Prozess und der Verteilung von festen Elementen in der Suspension nach dem Sub-Prozess zu steuern.
  16. Die Vorrichtung gemäß dem Patentanspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuereinheit (222) angeordnet ist, eine Kontrolle eines Sub-Prozesses durchzuführen, welcher derselbe Sub-Prozess ist, der vorher und nachher gemessen wurde.
  17. Die Vorrichtung gemäß dem Patentanspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuereinheit (222) angeordnet ist, einen Sub-Prozess in einer Mischkammer (112) durchzuführen und den, Rohmaterial in der Mischkammer (112) mischenden Sub-Prozess zu steuern.
  18. Die Vorrichtung gemäß dem Patentanspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuereinheit (222) angeordnet ist, eine Kontrolle eines Sub-Prozesses durchzuführen, welcher unterschiedlich von dem Sub-Prozess ist, der vorher und nachher gemessen wurde.
  19. Die Vorrichtung gemäß dem Patentanspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sub-Prozess das Zusetzen eines Polymers in die Fasersuspension ist, und der zu steuernde Sub-Prozess ein Subprozess des Messens von Mikropartikeln in der Fasersuspension ist.
  20. Die Vorrichtung gemäß dem Patentanspruch 12, 13, 14 oder 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Messeinheit (220) einen fraktionierenden Schlauch (250) zum Separieren von festen Elementen für die Messung (200, 206, 212, 300 bis 308, 420 bis 430) einer Verteilung von festen Elementen in der Suspension aufweist.
  21. Die Vorrichtung gemäß dem Patentanspruch 12, 13, 14 oder 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung eine Probeentnahme-Einheit (250) zum Entnehmen einer Probe aus der Suspension vor und nach einem Sub-Prozess aufweist, und die Probeentnahme-Einheit (250) angeordnet ist, die Proben zu einer gewünschten Konsistenz für die Messung zu verdünnen.
  22. Die Vorrichtung gemäß dem Patentanspruch 12, 13, 14 oder 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Messeinheit (220) angeordnet ist, Messungen (200, 206, 212, 300 bis 308, 420 bis 430) über die Verteilung der Größe mindestens einer der folgenden Kategorien durchzuführen: Flocken, Fasern, Feinstoff.
