Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Wärmedämmschichtsystem für metallische Bautei­le, insbesondere für Bauteile einer Gasturbine wie eines Flugtriebwerks. Das Wärmedämmschichtsystem (13) weist eine innere Kontaktschicht (14) und einer äußere Deckschicht (15) auf, wobei die innere Kontaktschicht (14) unter Zwischenanordnung einer Haftvermittlungsschicht (12) auf eine Ober­fläche (11) eines Gasturbinenbauteils (10) aufgebracht ist. Erfindungsgemäß ist die innere Kontaktschicht (14) aus einem mit Yttrium oder Yttriumoxid teilstabilisierten Zirkonoxid gebildet, die äußere Deck­schicht (15) ist aus Lanthanhexaaluminat gebildet.

Description

Wärmedämmschichtsystem
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Wärmedämmschichtsystem für metallische Bauteile, insbesondere für hochtemperatur- oder heißgasbelastete Bauteile einer Gasturbine wie eines Flugtriebwerks, gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruchs 1. Des weiteren betrifft die Erfindung ein Bauteil mit einem solchen Wärmedämmschichtsystem.
Zum Schutz vor hohen Temperaturen und vor Heißgaskorrosion werden metallische Bauteile einer Gasturbine mit Wärmedämmschichten versehen. Die DE 100 08 861 AI offenbart ein Wärmdämmschichtsystem für ein metallisches Bauteil, wobei das Wärmedämmschichtsystem aus einer Kontaktschicht und einer Deckschicht besteht. Die Kontaktschicht befindet sich zwischen einer Haftvermittlungsschicht und der Deckschicht, wobei die Haftvermittlungsschicht auf dem Bauteil aufgebracht ist. Nach der DE 100 08 861 AI besteht die Kontaktschicht des Wärmedämmschichtsystems ganz oder überwiegend aus mit Y203 teilstabilisiertem Zirkonoxid oder aus einem Glas- Metall-Kompositwerkstoff, die Deckschicht besteht aus vollstabilisiertem, kubischem Zirkonoxid.
Hiervon ausgehend liegt der vorliegenden Erfindung das Problem zu Grunde, ein neuartiges Wärmedämmschichtsystem für metallische Bauteile, insbesondere für Bauteile einer Gasturbine wie eines Flugtriebwerks, zu schaffen.
Dieses Problem wird durch ein Wärmedämmschichtsystem gemäß Patentanspruch 1 gelöst. Erfindungsgemäß ist die innere Kontaktschicht aus einem mit Yttrium, Yttriumoxid, Calcium oder Magnesium teilstabilisierten Zirkonoxid gebildet, die äußere Deckschicht ist aus einem Material gebildet, welches aus mindestens einer Komponente mit mindestens einer Phase besteht, die stöchiometrisch 1 bis 80 Mol-% Mx203, 0,5 bis 80 Mol-% MyO und als Rest Al203 mit zufälligen Verunreinigungen aufweist, wobei Mx aus den Elementen Lanthan Neodym Chr und Barium oder Mischungen hiervon ausgewählt ist, und wobei My aus den Erdalkalimetallen, den Übergangsmetallen und den seltenen Erden oder Mischungen hiervon, vorzugsweise aus Magnesium, Zink, Kobalt, Mangan, Eisen, Nickel, Chrom, Europium, Samarium oder Mischungen hiervon, ausgewählt ist.
Vorzugsweise ist die äußere Deckschicht aus Lanthanhexaaluminat gebildet.
Das erfindungsgemäße Bauteil mit einem solchen Wärmedämmschichtsystem ist in Patentanspruch 7 definiert . Bevorzugte Weiterbildungen der Erfindung ergeben sich aus den Unteransprüchen und der nachfolgenden Beschreibung. Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung wird, ohne hierauf beschränkt zu sein, an Hand der Zeichnung näher erläutert. Dabei zeigt:
Fig. 1 eine stark schematisierte Ansicht eines erfindungsgemäßen Wärmedämmschichtsystems für Gasturbinenbauteile.
Fig. 1 zeigt stark schematisiert ein metallisches Bauteil 10 einer Gasturbine, wobei auf eine Oberfläche 11 des Bauteils 10 eine Haftvermittlungsschicht 12 aufgebracht ist. Auf die Haftvermittlungsschicht 12 ist ein Wärmedämmschichtsystem 13 aufgebracht, wobei das Wärmedämmschichtsystem 13 eine innere Kontaktschicht 14 und eine äußere Deckschicht 15 um- fasst .
Die auf die Oberfläche 11 des metallischen Bauteils 10 aufgebrachte Haftschicht 12 ist metallisch ausgebildet und vorzugsweise als Aluminium- Diffusionsschicht oder als Platin-Aluminium-Diffusionsschicht oder als MCrAlY-Auftragschicht ausgebildet. Die Haftschicht 12 erhöht die Haftung des Wärmedämmschichtsystems 13 auf dem metallischen Bauteil 10.
Im Sinne der hier vorliegenden Erfindung ist die innere Kontaktschicht 14 des Wärmedämmschichtsystems 13 aus einem mit Yttrium, Yttriumoxid, Calci- um oder Magnesium teilstabilisierten Zirkonoxid aufgebildet. Die äußere Deckschicht 15 des Wärmedämmschichtsystems 13 ist aus Lanthanhexaaluminat gebildet. Das Lanthanhexaaluminat ist dabei vorzugsweise mit Magnesium oder auch Mangan stabilisiert.
Im Sinne der hier vorliegenden Erfindung wird demnach ein Wärmedämmschichtsystem vorgeschlagen, welches zwei Schichten umfasst, nämlich eine innere Kontaktschicht aus mit Yttrium oder Yttriumoxid teilstabilisiertem Zirkonoxid sowie einer äußere Deckschicht, die aus Lanthanhexaaluminat gebildet ist.
Ein derartiges Wärmedämmschichtsystem mit der erfindungsgemäßen Kombination der Kontaktschicht aus teilstabilisiertem Zirkonoxid und der Deckschicht aus Lanthanhexaaluminat stellt ein besonders bevorzugtes Wärmedämmschichtsystem bereit, welches einerseits eine optimierte Haftung auf dem Bauteil und andererseits eine optimierte Thermowechselbeständigkeit aufweist. Weiterhin können mit dem erfindungsgemäßen Wärmedämmschichtsys- tem beschichtete, hochtemperaturbelastete oder heißgasbelastete Bauteile höheren Einsatztemperaturen ausgesetzt werden.
Durch den insgesamt vierschichtigen Aufbau aus metallischem Bauteil 10, metallischer Haftschicht 12, Kontaktschicht 14 aus teilstabilisiertem Zirkonoxid und Deckschicht 15 aus Lanthanhexaaluminat wird erzielt, dass die thermischen Ausdehnungskoeffizienten zwischen den einzelnen Lagen aneinander angepasst sind. Spannungen innerhalb des Wärmedämmschichtsystems werden demnach minimiert .
Das erfindungsgemäße Wärmedämmschichtsystem 13 bzw. die Kontaktschicht 14 sowie Deckschicht 15 desselben werden vorzugsweise durch thermisches Spritzen oder durch einen PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) bzw. EB- PVD (Elektronenstrahl Physical Vapor Deposition) -Prozess oder einen CVD (Chemical Vapor Deposition) -Prozess auf das Bauteil 10 aufgebracht. Die einzelnen Verfahren zum Aufbringen der Schichten sind dem hier angesprochenen Fachmann geläufig und bedürfen daher keiner näheren Erläuterung.

Claims

Patentansprüche
1. Wärmedämmschichtsystem für metallische Bauteile, insbesondere für hochtemperaturbelastete oder heißgasbelastete Bauteile einer Gasturbine wie eines Flugtriebwerks, mit einer inneren Kontaktschicht (14) und einer äußeren Deckschicht (15) , wobei die innere Kontaktschicht (14) unter Zwischenanordnung einer Haftvermittlungsschicht (12) auf eine Oberfläche (11) eines Gasturbinenbauteils (10) aufgebracht ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, a) dass die innere Kontaktschicht (14) aus einem mit Yttrium, Yttriumoxid, Calcium oder Magnesium teilstabilisierten Zirkonoxid gebildet ist, b) dass die äußere Deckschicht (15) aus einem Material gebildet ist, welches aus mindestens einer Komponente mit mindestens einer Phase besteht, die stöchiometrisch 1 bis 80 Mol-% Mx203, 0,5 bis 80 Mol-% MyO und als Rest Al203 mit zufälligen Verunreinigungen aufweist, wobei Mx aus den Elementen Lanthan, Chr und Barium, Neodym oder Mischungen hiervon ausgewählt ist, und wobei My aus den Erdalkalimetallen, den Übergangsmetallen und den seltenen Erden oder Mischungen hiervon, vorzugsweise aus Magnesium, Zink, Kobalt, Mangan, Eisen, Nickel, Chrom, Europium, Samarium oder Mischungen hiervon, ausgewählt ist.
2. Wärmedämmschichtsystem nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der äußeren Deckschicht (15) Mx203 als La203 und MyO als MgO ausgeführt ist, wobei die Phase eine Hexaaluminatphase der Magne- toplumbit-Struktur ist.
3. Wärmedämmschichtsystem nach Anspruch 1 oder 2 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die äußere Deckschicht (15) aus Lanthanhexaaluminat, insbesondere dotiertem Lanthanhexaaluminat, gebildet ist.
4. Wärmedämmschichtsystem nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1-3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Haftschicht (12) metallisch ausgebildet ist.
5. Wärmedämmschichtsystem nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1-4, dadurch gekennzeichne , dass die Haftschicht (12) als Aluminium-Schicht oder als Platin- Aluminium-Schicht oder als MCrAlY-Schicht ausgebildet ist.
6. Wärmedämmschichtsystem nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1-5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gasturbinenbauteil metallisch ausgebildet ist.
7. Bauteil, insbesondere Bauteil einer Gasturbine wie eines Flugtriebwerks, mit einer auf einer metallischen Bauteiloberfläche aufgebrachten Haftschicht (12) und einem auf die Haftschicht ausgebrachten Wärmedämmschichtsystem (13) , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Wärmedämmschichtsystem (13) nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 6 ausgebildet ist.
