Abstract

Es werden eine Vorrichtung (1) und ein Verfahren zur Oberflächenbehandlung von Werkstücken, insbesondere zur nass-chemischen Vorbehandlung von zu lackierenden Werkstücken (3), beschrieben. Die Vorrichtung (1) umfasst wenigstens eine mit einer wasserhaltigen Behandlungsflüssigkeit arbeitende Vorbehandlungszone (7) und wenigstens eine Trocknereinrichtung (33) zum Trocknen von auf den Oberflächen der Werkstücke (3) haftender Behandlungsflüssigkeit. Um die Behandlungsflüssigkeit schnell und mit einem großen energetischen Wirkungsgrad zu trocknen, weist die Trocknereinrichtung (33) wenigstens einen Mikrowellenerzeuger (37) auf, mit der die Behandlungsflüssigkeit getrocknet wird.
