Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft cyclische Organosiliciumverbindungen cyclische Organosiliciumverbindungen der Formel (I), wobei die Reste und Indices die in Anspruch 1 angegebene Bedeutung haben, ein Verfahren zu deren Herstellung sowie ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Copolymeren durch Umsetzung von cyclischen Organosiliciumverbindungen der Formel (I) mit Hydroxylgruppen aufweisenden Verbindungen (2) sowie gegebenenfalls Polyisocyanat (3).
Description
Cyclische Organosiliciuππrerbindungen und deren Verwendung
Die Erfindung betrifft cyclische Organosiliciumverbindungen und deren Verwendung, insbesondere in Verfahren zur Herstellung von Copolymeren.
Bekannt ist die Herstellung von Siloxan-Harnstoff-Blockcopo- lymeren. Hierzu sei beispielsweise auf EP-A 250 248 verwiesen. Als Edukte werden aminoalkylfunktionelle Siloxane über Äqui- librierungsreaktionen hergestellt. Wie in DE-Al 101 37 855 be¬ schrieben, haben die in EP-A 250 248 beschriebenen Verfahren zur Herstellung solcher Siloxane jedoch Nachteile: die Reaktion ist langwierig, es sind spezielle Katalysatoren nötig, diese müssen im Produkt deaktiviert werden, was zur Vergilbung bei der Anwendung der Produkte- führt, und das Produkt enthält SiIo- xancyclen. DE-Al 101 37 855 beschreibt eine bessere Synthese unter der Verwendung spezieller cyclischer Silazane. Nachteilig bei allen bekannten Verfahren ist, dass die aminoalkylfunktio- nellen Siloxane mit, auf die Masse bezogen, recht wenig Diiso- cyanat weiter zu den gewünschten Blockcopolymeren umgesetzt werden müssen. Dabei sind beim Vermischen der Reaktionskompo¬ nenten lokale hohe Konzentrationen an sehr reaktiven Isocya- natgruppen nicht zu vermeiden. Das führt zu Nebenreaktionen, wie z.B. der Bildung von Biureten, was sich negativ auf die Ei- genschaften des polymeren Produktes auswirkt.
Gegenstand der Erfindung sind cyclische Organosiliciumverbin¬ dungen der Formel (I)
wobei
A einen zwei- oder mehrwertigen organischen Rest bedeutet, a entsprechend der Wertigkeit von Rest A einen Wert >_ 2 dar¬ stellt,
R1 gleich oder verschieden sein kann und einen einwertigen or¬ ganischen Rest bedeutet, R2 gleich oder verschieden sein kann und Wasserstoffatom oder einen einwertigen, gegebenenfalls substituierten Kohlenwasser- stoffrest bedeutet,
Y einen Rest -SiR2-Z-NR3-C (=0) -NH- oder einen Rest -C (=0) -NH- bedeutet, Z einen zweiwertigen Kohlenwasserstoffrest darstellt, R gleich oder verschieden sein kann und einen einwertigen orga¬ nischen Rest bedeutet und
R3 Wasserstoffatom oder einen einwertigen, gegebenenfalls sub¬ stituierten Kohlenwasserstoffrest bedeutet.
Bevorzugt handelt es sich bei Rest A um zwei- oder mehrwertige, gegebenenfalls durch Fluor oder Chlor substituierte Kohlenwas¬ serstoffreste, in denen einander nicht benachbarte Methylenein¬ heiten durch Gruppen -0-, -COO-, -OCO-, -CO-NH oder -OCOO- er¬ setzt sein können, besonders bevorzugt um zweiwertige Alkylen- reste mit 1 bis 60 Kohlenstoffatomen, insbesondere um zweiwer¬ tige Alkylenreste 6-24 Kohlenstoffatomen.
Beispiele für Reste A sind Alkylenrestef wie der Methylen-, Ethy- len-, n-Propylen-, iso-Propylen-,. n-Butylen-, iso-Butylen-f tert.- Butylen-, n-Pentylen-, iso-Pentylen-, neo-Pentylen-, tert.-Pentylen- rest, Hexylenreste, wie der n-Hexylenrest, Heptylenreste, wie der n- Heptylenrest, Octylenreste, wie der n-Octylenrest und iso-Octylenres- te, wie der 2, 2, 4-Trimethylpentylenrest, Nonylenreste, wie der n-No- nylenrest, Decylenreste, wie der n-Decylenrest, Dodecylenreste, wie der n-Dodecylenrest; Alkenylenreste, wie der Vinylen- und der AlIy- lenrest; Cycloalkylenreste, wie Isophoronylen-, 4, 4f -Dicyclohexylme- thylen-, Cyclopentylen-, Cyclohexylen-, Cycloheptylenreste und Me- thylcyclohexylenreste; Arylenreste, wie der Phenylen- und der Naph- thylenrest; Alkarylenreste, wie o-, m-, p-Tolylenreste, 4,4'-Diphe- nylmethylenrest, Xylylenreste und Ethylphenylenreste; Aralkylenreste, wie der Benzylenrest, der α- und der ß-Phenylethylenrest, sowie zweiwertige Polymerreste, wie Polyetherreste und Polyurethan¬ reste.
Der bevorzugte Wert für a, der Anzahl der Azacyclen in der Ver¬ bindung der Formel (I), ist 2.
Bevorzugt handelt es sich bei Rest R1 unabhängig voneinander um gegebenenfalls substituierte Kohlenwasserstoffreste, die mit Heteroatomen unterbrochen und/oder über Heteroatome an das Si- liciumatom angebunden sein können.
Beispiele für Reste R1 sind SiC-gebundene Kohlenwasserstoffres- te, wie z.B. Halogenalkylreste, wie der 3, 3, 3-Trifluor-n-propylrest, der 2, 2, 2,2 ' , 2 ' , 2 '-Hexafluor-isopropylrest, der Heptafluorisopro- pylrest, Halogenarylreste, wie der o-, m- und p-Chlorphenyl- restr Aminoalkylrestef wie der Aminomethylrest und der 3-Ami- nopropylrest, gegebenenfalls substituierte Kohlenwasserstoffreste, die über Heteroatome an das Siliciumatom angebunden sind, wie z.B. Alko- xyreste, wie Methoxy- und Ethoxyrest und Methoxyethoxyrest, A- cyloxyreste, wie Acetoxyrest, Oximreste, wie Methylethylketo- ximrest, sowie Alkylaminoreste, wie der Cyclohexylaminorest.
Besonders bevorzugt handelt es sich bei Rest R1 um SiC-gebun- dene Kohlenwasserstoffreste und SiOC-gebundene Alkoxyreste, ganz besonders bevorzugt um den Methyl-, Ethyl-, Phenyl-, Eth- oxy- und Methoxyrest, insbesondere um den Methyl- und Methoxy- rest.
Bevorzugt handelt es sich bei Rest R2 um Wasserstoffatom und
Methyl- oder Ethylrest, besonders bevorzugt um Wasserstoffatom oder Methylrest, insbesondere um Wasserstoffatom.
Beispiele für Rest R2 sind die für R1 angegebenen Beispiele für SiC-gebundene, gegebenenfalls substituierte Kohlenwasserstoff¬ reste.
Bevorzugt handelt es sich bei Rest Z um Alkylenreste, wobei Me¬ thylen- und Propylenrest besonders bevorzugt sind.
Beispiele für Rest Z sind die für Rest A angegebenen zweiwerti- gen Kohlenwasserstoffreste.
Bevorzugt handelt es sich bei Rest R um Alkyl-, Aryl- oder Al- koxyreste, wobei Alkylreste besonders bevorzugt sind, insbeson¬ dere der Methylrest.
Beispiele für Rest R sind die für Rest R1 angegebenen Beispie¬ le.
Bevorzugt handelt es sich bei Rest R3 um Alkylreste und Wasser- stoffatom, wobei Wasserstoffatom besonders bevorzugt ist.
Beispiele für Rest R3 sind die für Rest R2 angegebenen Beispie¬ le.
Bevorzugt handelt es sich bei Y um den Rest -SiR2-Z-NR3-C(=0)- NH- mit R, R3 und Z gleich einer der oben angegebenen Bedeutun¬ gen, besonders bevorzugt um den Rest -SiR2-Z-NH-C(=0) -NH-, ins¬ besondere um -SiR2- (CH2)3~NH-C(=O) -NH-.

Die erfindungsgemäßen Organosiliciumverbindungen sind feuchtig¬ keitsempfindliche Verbindungen und können bei Raumtemperatur und dem Druck der umgebenden Atmosphäre, also zwischen 900 und 1100 hPa, flüssig oder fest sein, bevorzugt flüssig.
Falls es sich bei den erfindungsgemäßen Organosiliciumverbin¬ dungen um Flüssigkeiten handelt, haben sie eine Viskosität von bevorzugt 20 bis 100 000 mm2/s bei 25°C.
Die erfindungsgemäßen Organosiliciumverbindungen der Formel (I) lassen sich nun nach beliebigen, in der Siliciumchemie bekann¬ ten Verfahren herstellen. Bevorzugt werden die erfindungsgemä¬ ßen Organosiliciumverbindungen durch Umsetzung von Azasilacyc- lopentan mit Polyisocyanat hergestellt.
Ein weiterer Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein Verfahren zur
Herstellung von cyclischen Organosiliciumverbindungen der For¬ mel (I) , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Azasilacyclopentan mit Polyisocyanat umgesetzt wird.
Im Rahmen der vorliegenden Erfindung sollen von dem Begriff
„Poly" sowohl polymere, oligomere wie auch dimere Verbindungen mitumfasst werden.
Bei dem erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren werden das Azasilacyclopen- tan und Polyisocyanat bevorzugt unter Ausschluss von Wasser und Feuchtigkeit umgesetzt.
Das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren wird bei einer Temperatur von bevorzugt 0 bis 100°CP besonders bevorzugt von 20 bis 5O0C, und einem Druck der umgebenden Atmosphäre, also 900 bis 1100 hPa, durchgeführt.
Bei dem erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren zur Herstellung von Verbin¬ dungen der Formel (I) wird Azasilacyclopentan im stöchiometri- schen Verhältnis zu den Isocyanatgruppen des eingesetzten PoIy- isocyanats von bevorzugt 0,9:1 bis 1:0,9, besonders bevorzugt 1:1, eingesetzt.
Falls erwünscht, kann das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren in Anwe¬ senheit von polarem organischen Lösungsmittel, wie Aceton, Tetrahydrofuran oder Isopropanol, durchgeführt werden. Bevor- zugt wird jedoch kein polares organisches Lösungsmittel verwen¬ det. Werden beim erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren polare Lösungsmit¬ tel verwendet, so müssen diese vor der weiteren Verarbeitung der erfindungsgemäßen Verbindungen (I) nicht zwingend entfernt werden.
Das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren zur Herstellung von cyclischen Organosiliciumverbindungen der Formel (I) kann sowohl diskonti¬ nuierlich oder kontinuierlich durchgeführt werden.
Das erfindungsgemäß eingesetzte Azasilacyclopentan sind han¬ delsübliche Produkte bzw. können nach in der Siliciumchemie gängigen Verfahren hergestellt werden, wie z.B. in der oben er¬ wähnten DE-Al 10137855 beschrieben.
Die erfindungsgemäßen Organosiliciumverbindungen können nun für alle Zwecke eingesetzt werden, für die auch bisher cyclische Organosiliciumverbindungen eingesetzt werden konnten. Insbeson¬ dere eignen sie sich zur Herstellung von Copolymeren.
Ein weiterer Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Copolymeren, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in einem ersten Schritt cyclische Organosiliciumverbindungen der Formel (I) mit Hydro¬ xylgruppen aufweisenden Verbindungen (2) umgesetzt werden und gegebenenfalls in einem zweiten Schritt das so erhaltene Reaktionsprodukt mit Polyisocyanat (3) zur Re¬ aktion gebracht wird.
Als Hydroxylgruppen aufweisende Verbindung (2) können im erfin¬ dungsgemäßen Verfahren zur Herstellung von Copolymeren beliebi¬ ge organische und siliciumorganische Hydroxylverbindungen ein¬ gesetzt werden.
Vorzugsweise enthalten die Verbindungen (2) zwei Hydroxylgrup¬ pen.
Bevorzugt handelt es sich bei den erfindungsgemäß eingesetzten Hydroxylgruppen aufweisenden Verbindungen (2) um Alkohole und Organosiliciumverbindungen, besonders bevorzugt um Organosili¬ ciumverbindungen.
Falls als erfindungsgemäß eingesetzte Verbindung (2) Organosi- liciumverbindungen verwendet werden, handelt es sich bevorzugt um solche enthaltend Einheiten der Formel
R4 b(OH)cSiO4-b-c/2 (II)
wobei
R4 gleich oder verschieden sein kann und eine der für R2 angege¬ benen Bedeutungen hat, b 1, 2 oder 3 ist und
c 0, 1 oder 2 ist, mit der Maßgabe, dass die Summe b+c kleiner oder gleich 4 ist und pro Molekül mindestens eine Si-gebundene Hydroxylgruppe vorliegt.
Bei den erfindungsgemäß eingesetzten Organosiliciumverbindungen kann es sich sowohl um Silane handeln, d.h. Verbindungen der Formel (II) mit b+c=4, als auch um Siloxane, d.h. Verbindungen aus Einheiten der Formel (II) mit b+c<3. Vorzugsweise handelt es sich bei den erfindungsgemäß eingesetzten Organosiliciumver¬ bindungen um Organopolysiloxane, insbesondere um im Wesentli¬ chen lineare, die aus Einheiten der Formel (II) bestehen.
Beispiele für Rest R4 sind die für R1 angegebenen Beispiele für SiC-gebundene, gegebenenfalls substituierte Kohlenwasserstoff¬ reste.
Bevorzugt handelt es sich bei Rest R4 um Kohlenwasserstoffres¬ te, besonders bevorzugt um Kohlenwasserstoffreste mit 1 bis 4 Kohlenstoffatomen, insbesondere um den Methylrest.
Bevorzugt hat b einen Wert von 2.
Bevorzugt hat c einen Wert von 0 oder 1.
Beispiele für erfindungsgemäß eingesetzte Verbindung (2) sind ein- oder mehrwertige Alkohole wie z.B. Methanol, Ethanol, n- Propanol, i-Propanol, 1, 2-Propandiol, 1, 3-Propandiol, 1-Buta- nol, 2-Butanol, tert.-Butanol, 1, 4-Butandiol, 1-Pentanol, 2- Pentanol, 3-Pentanol, 1, 5-Pentandiol, 1-Hexanol, Cyclohexanol, 1-Heptanol, 1-Octanol, 1-Decanol, Laurylalkohol, Myristylalko- hol, Stearylalkohol, Benzylalkohol, Diethylenglycol, Triethy- lenglycol, Dipropylenglycol, Ethylenglycolmonomethylether, E-
thylenglycolmonoethylether, Ethylenglycolmonobutylether, Di- ethylenglycolmonomethylether, Diethylenglycolmonobutylether, α,ω-hydroxyterminerte Polyethylenglykole und α,ω-hydroxyter- minerte Polypropylenglykole,. sowie Hydroxylgruppen aufweisende Organopolysiloxane, wie α,ω-silanolterminerte Polydiorganosi- loxane, bevorzugt α,ω-silanolterminerte Polydimethylsiloxane, und Silanole, wie Diphenylsilandiol.
Falls als erfindungsgemäß eingesetzten Verbindung (2) um Orga- nosiliciumverbindungen handelt, haben diese eine Viskosität von bevorzugt 5 bis 500 000 mra2/s, besonders bevorzugt 50 bis 5 000 mm2/s, jeweils bei 25°C.
Beim ersten Schritt des erfindungsgemäßen Verfahrens ist das stöchiometrische Verhältnis der Hydroxylgruppen in. Verbindung
(2) zu den Azacyclen in der cyclischen Organosiliciumverbindung der Formel (I) bevorzugt 0,9:1 bis 1:0,9, besonders bevorzugt 1:1.
Bei dem ersten Schritt des erfindungsgemäßen Verfahrens zur Herstellung von Copolymeren werden die erfindungsgemäßen Ver¬ bindungen der Formel (I) und Verbindung (2) bevorzugt unter Ausschluss von Wasser und Feuchtigkeit umgesetzt.
Der erste Schritt des erfindungsgemäßen Verfahrens zur Herstel¬ lung von Copolymeren wird bei Temperaturen von bevorzugt 0 bis 2000C, besonders bevorzugt bei 20 bis 1500C, und dem Druck der umgebenden Atmosphäre, also etwa 900 bis 1100 hPa, durchge¬ führt.
Falls erwünscht kann der erste Schritt des erfindungsgemäßen Verfahrens zur Herstellung von Copolymeren in Anwesenheit von polarem organischen Lösungsmittel, wie Aceton, Tetrahydrofuran
oder Isopropanol, durchgeführt werden. Bevorzugt wird kein po¬ lares organisches Lösungsmittel verwendet, dabei wird die Reak¬ tionsmasse bevorzugt auf einer Temperatur gehalten, bei der de¬ ren Viskosität nicht größer als 10000 Pas ist. Werden polare Lösungsmittel verwendet, so müssen diese vor dem gegebenenfalls durchgeführten zweiten Schritt des erfindungsgemäßen Verfahrens nicht zwingend entfernt werden.
Beispiele für das im gegebenenfalls durchgeführten zweiten Schritt des erfindungsgemäßen Verfahrens eingesetzte Polyisocy- anat (3) sind Hexylendiisocyanat, 4, 4'-Methylendicyclohexylen- diisocyanat, 4, 4' -Methylendiphenylendiisocyanat, 1,3-Diazeti- dine-2, 4-dion-bis (4,4' -methylendicyclohexyl) diisocyanat, 1, 3- Diazetidine-2, 4-dion-bis (4,4' -methylendiphenyl) diisocyanat, I- socyanatohexyltriisocyanurat, Tetramethylxylylendiisocyanat und Isophorondiisocyanat.
Bevorzugt handelt es sich bei den erfindungsgemäß eingesetzten Polyisocyanaten (3) um Diisocyanate wie Hexylendiisocyanat, 4, 4'-Methylendicyclohexylendiisocyanat, 4,4' -Methylendipheny¬ lendiisocyanat, 1, 3-Diazetidine-2, 4-dion-bis (4, 4' -methylendi¬ cyclohexyl) diisocyanat, 1, 3-Diazetidine-2, 4-dion-bis (4,4' -me¬ thylendiphenyl) diisocyanat, Tetramethylxylylendiisocyanat und Isophorondiisocyanat, besonders bevorzugt um Hexylendiisocya- nat, 4, 4' -Methylendicyclohexylendiisocyanat, 4, 4' -Methylendi¬ phenylendiisocyanat, Tetramethylxylylendiisocyanat und Isopho¬ rondiisocyanat, insbesondere um Hexylendiisocyanat, 4,4'-Methy- lendicyclohexylendiisocyanat und Isophorondiisocyanat.
Falls der zweite Schritt des erfindungsgemäßen Verfahrens durchgeführt wird, wird Verbindung (3) im stöchiometrischen Verhältnis seiner Isocyanatgruppen zu den Aminogruppen des im ersten Schritt des erfindungsgemäßen Verfahrens erhaltenen Re-
aktionsprodukts von bevorzugt 0,9:1 bis 1:0,9, besonders bevor¬ zugt von 1:1, eingesetzt.
Falls erwünscht, können im gegebenenfalls durchgeführten zwei- ten Schritt des erfindungsgemäßen Verfahrens zur Herstellung von Copolymeren in der Polyurethanchemie dem Fachmann bekannte, sogenannte Kettenverlängerer eingesetzt werden, was nicht be¬ vorzugt ist.
Beispiele für Kettenverlängerer, die in der zweiten Stufe des erfindungsgemäßen Verfahrens eingesetzt werden können, sind di- funktionelle organische Verbindungen, wie z.B. Diole und Diami¬ ne.
Bei dem gegebenenfalls durchgeführten zweiten Schritt des er¬ findungsgemäßen Verfahrens zur Herstellung von Copolymeren wird das in der ersten Stufe erhaltene Umsetzungsprodukt mit dem Po- lyisocyanat (3) bevorzugt unter Ausschluss von Wasser und Feuchtigkeit umgesetzt.
Der zweite Schritt des erfindungsgemäßen Verfahrens zur Her¬ stellung von Copolymeren wird bei Temperaturen von bevorzugt 0 bis 2000C, besonders bevorzugt bei 20 bis 1500C, und dem Druck der umgebenden Atmosphäre, also etwa 900 bis 1100 hPa, durchge- führt.
Falls erwünscht kann der zweite Schritt des erfindungsgemäßen Verfahrens zur Herstellung von Copolymeren in Anwesenheit von polarem organischen Lösungsmittel, wie Aceton, Tetrahydrofuran oder Isopropanol, durchgeführt werden. Bevorzugt wird kein po¬ lares organisches Lösungsmittel verwendet, dabei wird die Reak¬ tionsmasse bevorzugt auf einer Temperatur gehalten, bei der de¬ ren Viskosität nicht größer als 10000 Pas ist.
Der zweite Schritt des erfindungsgemäßen Verfahrens wird insbe¬ sondere dann durchgeführt, wenn als Organosiliciumverbindungen der Formel (I) solche mit Y = -SiR2-Z-NR3-C (=0) -NH- eingesetzt werden.
Das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren zur Herstellung von Copolymeren kann sowohl diskontinuierlich oder kontinuierlich durchgeführt werden. Falls erwünscht, kann die erfindungsgemäße Herstellung der cyclischen Organosiliciumverbindung der Formel (I) direkt als Vorstufe im Eintopfverfahren, z.B. in einem Extrusionsver- fahren, erfolgen.
Die erfindungsgemäß hergestellten Copolymere können nun nach an sich bekannten Verfahren isoliert werden, wie z.B. Entfernung des gegebenenfalls eingesetzten Lösungsmittels mittels Kurzweg¬ destillation.
Die erfindungsgemäß hergestellten Copolymere sind bevorzugt thermoplastische Elastomere und haben ein numerisches Gewichts¬ mittel Mn von > 100 000, bevorzugt > 500 000.
Die erfindungsgemäß hergestellten Copolymeren können für alle Zwecke verwendet werden, für die auch bisher Harnstoff-Copoly- mere verwendet worden sind. Insbesondere eignen sie sich als
Additiv bei der Kunststoffverarbeitung (z.B. Extrusion, Spritz- guss, Faserspinnen) , als funktionelles Additiv in anderen Kunststoffen, als thermoplastische Werkstoffe, die durch Extru¬ sion, Coextrusion und Spritzguss zu Profilen, Folien und Bau- teilen verarbeitet werden können, in Lösung oder Dispersion zur Beschichtung von Oberflächen aller Art, wie Kunststoffen, Me¬ tallen, Holz oder Textilien.
Die erfindungsgemäßen cyclischen Organosiliciumverbindungen der Formel (I) haben den Vorteil, dass sie nebenproduktfrei in ei¬ ner schnellen Reaktion mit Hydroxylgruppen reagieren. Zudem sind sie einfach herzustellen.
Das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren zur Herstellung der Organosili¬ ciumverbindungen der Formel (I) hat den Vorteil, dass es ein¬ fach, in der Regel lösemittelfrei, katalysatorfrei und vor al¬ lem schnell ist, was eine kontinuierliche Verfahrensweise er- laubt.
Das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren zur Herstellung von Copolymeren hat den Vorteil, dass keine verfahrenstechnisch und zeitlich aufwändige Derivatisierung von Basispolymeren nötig ist.
In den nachfolgenden Beispielen beziehen sich alle Angaben von Teilen und Prozentsätzen, soweit nicht anders angegeben, auf das Gewicht. Sofern nicht anders angegeben, werden die folgen¬ den Beispiele bei einem Druck der umgebenden Atmosphäre, also bei etwa 1000 hPa, und bei Raumtemperatur, also etwa 200C bzw. einer Temperatur, die sich beim Zusammengeben der Reaktanden bei Raumtemperatur ohne zusätzliche Heizung oder Kühlung ein¬ stellt, durchgeführt. Alle in den Beispielen angeführten Visko¬ sitätsangaben sollen sich auf eine Temperatur von 250C bezie- hen.
Die Shore-A-Härte wird nach DIN (Deutsche Industrie Norm) 53505 (Ausgabe August 2000) bestimmt.
Zugfestigkeit, Reißdehnung und Modul (Spannung bei 100% Deh¬ nung) wurden nach DIN 53504 (Ausgabe Mai 1994) an Probekörpern der Form S2 bestimmt.
Im Folgenden wird die Abkürzung Me für Methylrest verwendet.
Beispiel 1
Die im Folgenden beschrieben Umsetzung wurde in einem gleich- läufigen W&P-Doppelschneckenextruder (25 mm Schneckendurchmes¬ ser, L/D = 40) durchgeführt:
2 Mol-Äquivalente 2,2-Dimethoxy-l-aza-2-silacyclopentan werden bei 50°C im ersten Segment (Länge L/D=4) des Extruders mit 1 Mol-Äquivalent 1, β-Diisocyanatohexan vermischt. Im zweiten Seg- ment des Extruders wird ein Mol-Äquivalent eines a,ω-hydroxy- terminierten Polydimethylsiloxans mit einem Molekulargewicht Mw von 3000 zudosiert. Es wird ein feuchtigkeitsvernetzbares, transparentes, thermoplastisches Siloxan-Harnstoffcopolymer er¬ halten, das zu 2 mm dicken Folien gepresst wurde. Die so erhal- tenen Folien wurden a) unter Ausschluss von Feuchtigkeit bei 250C für eine Dauer von 7 Tagen gelagert (Trockenlagerung) bzw. b) in Wasser bei 250C für eine Dauer von 7 Tagen gelagert (Was¬ serlagerung) und die mechanischen Kennwerte bestimmt. Die Ergebnisse finden sich in Tabelle 1.

2 Mol-Äquivalente des Silazacyclus H2N- (CH2)3SiMe2-cyclo-(N- (CH2)3~SiMe2) werden mit 4.4'-Methylen-bis (cyclohexylisocyanat) ohne Lösungsmittel bei 6O0C und unter gutem Rühren umgesetzt
bis die charakteristische Bande der N=C=O-Gruppe im IR-Spektrum nicht mehr nachzuweisen war. Es wird eine Organosiliciumverbin- dung der Formel
[cyclo- (Me2Si- (CH2) 3-N) -SiMe2- (CH2) 3-NH-C(=0) -NH]2 (C6H10)2CH2, erhalten.
In einem heizbaren IKA-Laborkneter werden bei 230C 1 Mol-Äqui¬ valent des so erhaltenen Harnstoffs mit zwei Mol-Äquivalenten eines α,ω-hydroxyterminierten Polydimethylsiloxans mit einem Molekulargewicht Mw von 3000 verknetet. Die Temperatur wird auf 1500C erhöht und ein Moläquivalent 4.A' -Methylen-bis (cyclohe- xylisocyanat) zugegeben. Es werden noch 15 Minuten zur Homoge¬ nisierung geknetet. Es wird ein farbloses, transparentes, ther¬ moplastisches Siloxan-Harnstoffcopolymer erhalten, das zu 2 mm dicken Folien gepresst wurde.
Es wurden die mechanischen Kennwerte bestimmt. Die Ergebnisse finden sich in Tabelle 2.

2 Mol-Äquivalente des Silazacyclus H2N- (CH2) 3-SiMe2-CyCIo-(N- (CH2) 3-SiMe2) werden mit 4.4' -Methylen-bis (cyclohexylisocyanat) wie in Beispiel 2 beschrieben ohne Lösungsmittel zu einem vis¬ kosen, farblosen Harnstoff umgesetzt. In einem heizbaren IKA- Laborkneter werden bei 230C 1 Mol-Äquivalent des Harnstoffs mit zwei Mol-Äquivalenten eines α,ω-hydroxyterminierten Polydi¬ methylsiloxans mit einem Molekulargewicht Mw von 3000 verkne¬ tet. Es werden 0,25 Mol-Äquivalente 1, 2-Diaminoethan als zu¬ sätzliches, kettenverlängerndes Diamin eingemischt. Die Tempe-
ratur wird auf 1100C erhöht und 1,25 Moläquivalente 4.4'- Methylen-bis (cyclohexylisocyanat) portionsweise zugegeben, da¬ bei wird die Temperatur auf 1600C erhöht. Es werden noch 15 Mi¬ nuten zur Homogenisierung geknetet. Es wird ein farbloses, transparentes, thermoplastisches Siloxan-Harnstoffcopolymer er¬ halten, das zu 2 mm dicken Folien gepresst wurde. Es wurden die mechanischen Kennwerte bestimmt. Die Ergebnisse finden sich in Tabelle 3.

Claims
1. Cyclische Organosiliciumverbindungen der Formel (I)
wobei
A einen zwei- oder mehrwertigen organischen Rest bedeutet, a entsprechend der Wertigkeit von Rest A einen Wert >; 2 dar- stellt,
R1 gleich oder verschieden sein kann und einen einwertigen or¬ ganischen Rest bedeutet,
R2 gleich oder verschieden sein kann und Wasserstoffatom oder einen einwertigen, gegebenenfalls substituierten Kohlenwasser- Stoffrest bedeutet,
Y einen Rest -SiR2-Z-NR3-C (=0) -NH- oder einen Rest -C (=0) -NH- bedeutet,
Z einen zweiwertigen Kohlenwasserstoffrest darstellt,
R gleich oder verschieden sein kann und einen einwertigen orga- nischen Rest bedeutet und
R3 Wasserstoffatom oder einen einwertigen, gegebenenfalls sub¬ stituierten Kohlenwasserstoffrest bedeutet.
2. Organosiliciumverbindungen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekenn- zeichnet, dass der Wert für a gleich 2 ist.
3. Organosiliciumverbindungen nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es sich bei Y um den Rest -SiR2-Z-NR3- C(=O)-NH- handelt mit R, R3 und Z gleich einer der oben angege¬ benen Bedeutungen.
4. Verfahren zur Herstellung von cyclischen Organosiliciumver- bindungen gemäß einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, da¬ durch gekennzeichnet,, dass Azasilacyclopentan mit Polyisocyanat umgesetzt wird.
5. Verfahren zur Herstellung von Copolymeren, dadurch gekenn- zeichnet, dass in einem ersten Schritt cyclische Organosiliciumverbindungen der Formel (I) mit Hydro¬ xylgruppen aufweisenden Verbindungen (2) umgesetzt werden und gegebenenfalls in einem zweiten Schritt das so erhaltene Reaktionsprodukt mit Polyisocyanat (3) zur Re- aktion gebracht wird.
6. Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es sich bei Verbindung (2) um Alkohole oder Organosiliciumverbin¬ dungen handelt.
7. Verfahren nach Anspruch 5 oder β, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es sich bei Verbindung (2) um Organosiliciumverbindungen enthaltend Einheiten der Formel
R4 b(OH)cSiO4~b-c/2 (II)
handelt, wobei
R4 gleich oder verschieden sein kann und eine der für R2 angege¬ benen Bedeutungen hat, b 1, 2 oder 3 ist und c 0, 1 oder 2 ist, mit der Maßgabe, dass die Summe b+c kleiner oder gleich 4 ist und pro Molekül mindestens eine Si-gebundene Hydroxylgruppe vorliegt.
8. Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 5 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindungen (2) zwei Hydro¬ xylgruppen aufweisen.
