Description

    Technical Area
  • This invention refers to a device to clean mesh gloves and similar devices, used to protect the hands of the workers of the food industry, especially in those spaces prone to dirtiness, as for example slaughterhouses, cutting premises, factories of meat products and similar products, where the most elementary norms of hygiene require a complete cleaning of the hands of the workers. In virtue of the hygienic provisions in force, it is necessary to clean deeply these mesh gloves or similar gloves that get dirty during the work.
  • State of the Art
  • Until now, mesh gloves have been cleaned manually, this is to say, extracting the glove and cleaning it manually, with a hose of water discharge. This way of cleaning is troublesome and requires a lot of time, and therefore it is also unfavourable as regards to the time of work requested to do it. Besides this, during the above-described manual cleaning of mesh gloves or similar gloves, it is very difficult to get a special cleaning in depth of such mesh gloves o similar gloves in order to fulfil the hygiene provisions applied to the industry of food products processing. In the slaughterhouses exist a lot of butchers and employees, and therefore, a lot of mesh gloves or similar gloves are required It is clear that each mesh glove o similar glove, by separate, requires a lot of time and this is troublesome..
  • There are machines with a drum similar to the drum of a washing machine or machines that fasten the gloves with holes. In that case, and like in the manual cleaning, the gloves have to be extracted, and this is not a practical system of cleaning that is also troublesome due to the lose of needed time, since the use of the machines must be completed with other operations or actions that are uncomfortable and not practical for the person who use them.
  • Besides this, such a system does not guarantee a cleaning in depth of the mesh gloves since there may remain residues of grease, blood... that do not fulfil the hygienic norms applicable in the industry of food products processing.
  • Detailed description of the invention
  • The device object of this invention, on the contrary, has a set of improvements to avoid the abovementioned inconveniences that make its use very comfortable by the worker who only introducing the hand in the machines may obtain a complete cleaning of the mesh gloves used in the processing of food products, in the least possible time, and this allows that he can go back to his place of work in only a few seconds. Therefore we can save time as well as guarantee an optimum result in the cleaning of the mesh gloves or similar gloves.
  • Forms to carry out the invention
  • Basically, the device object of the invention is featured by two cleaning brushes on an horizontal axle, one besides the other, and the introduction in a platform of support of a protecting rubber to avoid the water splashing, under which there is a breaking trap, all this combined with the projection of water and soap.
  • To better understand this exposition, we enclose some drawings where, schematically, and as an example, there is represented a practical case of realization of the device with the mentioned features.
  • Description of the figures
  • In these drawings, Figure 1 is a view in perspective of the cleaning device of the mesh gloves or similar gloves and Figure 2 is an inner sight of such device.
  • As we can observe in the above-mentioned drawings, for the initial starting there is a starter button (18) feed-controlled. In a preferred realization, the two rotating brushes (1) y (2) of the machine object of the invention, are parallel between them in both sides of the central platform (3) and they are operated by a common transmission from the motor group (12) electronically regulated.
  • Inside the device, that in its front part has an opening(5) to allow the entrance of the hand of the user (19), there is a little deposit(16) destined to contain the detergent, and through a dosimeter(14) it will supply the suited dose in the feed system of the duct (20), with water input(13) through two electro-valves (15), that have an electric control (17) with positioner(21) of the referred electro-valves with 3 possible positions: detergent, water and motor operation.
  • To operate with the cleaning device without mesh gloves or similar gloves it is necessary to operate the starter push button with the feet(18). At that time, the worker that wants to clean his/her mesh gloves will introduce the glove through the inlet sleeve(5) and through the positioner placed in the switch board (21) selects the function "detergent" , "water", and/or "start", injecting into the circuit a little dose of detergent plus the water necessary to carry out the operation and starting the engine (12) to drive the transmission (8) of brushes (1) and (2) in a way that the water coming through the duct injectors (20) will be charged with a dose of detergent The axle (10) of the engine is joined to traction pinion (9) with a flector (11).
  • Once the detergent is consumed, the device will operate only with water, completing the cleaning action. The filtered water is transported through the drainage line(7).
  • Besides, the device object of the invention is provided with a protecting sieve (6) that avoids that dirt of bigger size hangs up the drainage line, a protecting rubber(4) that avoids that water splashes the worker and a electronic speed variator (22) that stops the machine in the event of detection of an obstruction or any anomaly.
  • So, the cleaning operation of the mesh glove will be carried out in a very short period of time and deeply and the worker has no need to pull out the gloves from his hand.
  • It is understood that all the details, accessories and construction of the machine, as materials, forms and sizes of the several parts, and in general, all those details that do not belong to its essential mechanism, may be largely modified.
