Claims (10)

  1.   5. Ecrou de serrage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le filetage interne (9) est disposé à l'extrémité de l'écrou de serrage (1) opposée à la première portion (3).
  6. Ecrou de serrage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une saillie et/ou un renfoncement (11) est/sont prévu(s) sur l'écrou de serrage (1) pour le positionnement d'un outil de vissage.
  7. Ecrou de serrage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la deuxième portion cylindrique (5) est réalisée sous forme étagée.
  8. Procédé de fabrication d'un écrou de serrage (1) pour un injecteur de moteur à combustion interne, caractérisé par les étapes de procédé suivantes :
    - fabrication d'un écrou de serrage (1) avec une première portion cylindrique (3) et une deuxième portion cylindrique (5) et avec un épaulement (7) entre la première portion cylindrique (3) et la deuxième portion cylindrique (5), par emboutissage profond d'une pièce brute, la première portion présentant un plus petit diamètre (D1) que la deuxième portion (5),
    caractérisé en ce que
    la première portion cylindrique (3) est écrasée de telle manière qu'une épaisseur de paroi (13) dans la première portion cylindrique (3) soit accrue.
  9. Procédé selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que l'écrou de serrage (1) est fabriqué en plusieurs passes.
  10. Procédé selon la revendication 8 ou 9, caractérisé en ce que l'écrou de serrage (1) est étalonné après au moins une passe.
