Description

  • This invention relates to a support and anchorage device for sliding doors.
  • The proposal finds particular, but not exclusive application in the sector of the industry for the production of devices for the equipment of doors and windows, particularly doors of a sliding type.
  • DOMAIN OF THE INVENTION
  • For some time, doors and windows of the sliding type have been known. Particularly in building structures in which it is understood to carry out a division of the internal spaces that permits also the use of the surfaces which otherwise would have to be reserved in order to allow a conventional opening of doors on hinges; amongst the architectonic solutions presently available, windows and doors of a sliding type find broad use. With particular reference to doors, sliding doors of the disappearing type are structured in such a way as to include a series of fixed elements, to be integrated into the wall structure, and a series of movable parts, the latter of which are used during the installation phase of the door to be subsequently removed. In substance, a counterframe is to be integrated into the wall structure. The mentioned fixed elements are provided to be associated to the wall structure and include at least one caisson to constitute the structure within which the door panel will be contained once the same slides until the opening position, as well as a door slam post to be anchored to the wall on the vertical profile of the door frame opposite that of positioning of the mentioned caisson, in such a way as to allow, once placed in closure, that the same door abuts on it. Moreover, above the same caisson a longitudinal guide is engaged, which is screwed to said door structure. In order to allow the effective movement in the opening and closing of the door, the presence of a sliding track is conventionally provided, to which same latter, by convenient means, the door is suspended. To allow the opening and closing movement of the door, it is usually provided that the sliding track, placed on the upper part of the doorframe structure, is equipped with sliding means usually of the trolley type to which same, by means of conventional threaded means, the upper border of the door is joined by means of the use of appropriate support and anchorage devices of the door panel.
  • PRIOR ART
  • In the technical description, multiple solutions of support and anchorage devices for sliding doors are found.
  • A first solution is described in JP6146726 (Yamamoto ). In the intent of the applicant, such a solution is proposed to facilitate the height adjustment of the door panel of the door in relation to the guide track and to prevent the possibility of slackening caused by prolonged use. The solution provides a lever body consisting of a vertical screw joined to a threaded seat with an assembly seat mounted on the surface of the upper border of the door panel. A suspension and support means, of the sliding type, is placed on the sliding track and is joined to the upper part of the rod of the lever body screw, which is allowed to rotate around an axis. A locking seat is obtained at the end portion of a through-hole, through which, said rod of suspension and support means, is inserted. Moreover, a protruding locking means of the engagable and disengagable type from a locking seat is obtained on the upper part of the end of said rod. The length of the threaded lever body, placed between the suspension and support element and the door is provided that it can be adjusted by the rotation of the screw of the lever body so that the mentioned protruding locking means, during the assembly of the door panel, is released by said locking seat, to then be subsequently bound to said locking seat.
  • A second solution of a support device for doors of the sliding type is found in F02001 A000009 (Scrigno) and consists in equipping the top border of the door with appropriate seats, placed on each of the two lateral ends of the same mentioned upper border. Inside each seat the positioning of a support device is provided including a guide, usually consisting of a metallic section with a "C"-like section and provided with holes for the engagement of threaded fixing means thereby of which latter the anchorage of each guide to the corresponding seat of the door is obtained. Inside the mentioned guide two metallic wedges are positioned with an oblique cut at 45° reciprocally engaged by means of a threaded fixing means, where the reciprocal tightening by means of the same mentioned threaded fixing means, causes them to be offset towards two opposite sides of said guide and to lock the assembly in such a way. One of the two wedges, is provided to be equipped with an orthogonal through hole for engagement of a threaded pin of the type equipped with a head able to be screwed onto the corresponding threaded seat which is provided with the sliding trolley sustaining the door panel to the guide track.
  • PRIOR ART CLOSEST TO THE INVENTION
  • Another solution of the support and anchorage device for sliding doors including a guide profile of the type with a "C" section, equipped internally with multiple teeth at the base wall, and provided with at least one through-hole for the engagement of the same to an appropriate seat obtained within the upper border of a sliding door, where inside the mentioned guide profile a pin-holder stirrup is positioned, including a metallic element shaped like an upside-down and elongated "C", at the centre of which is a through-hole for a threaded pin of the type equipped with a head, which same shaped metallic element, at one of the two ends is equipped with a passing seat for the engagement of a pulling pin.
  • JP9268831 (Mizutani ) describes a device adjustable in the direction of the depth for sliding door supporting trolleys. It includes a first element shaped like a parallelepiped container, which is embedded along the upper profile of the sliding door in a relative cavity, and with two conveying guides along the walls, on the inside of this first element a second element is inserted, which is joined by means of a pin to the scrolling support trolley along the track. At the end of the second element a resiliently displaceable dynamic tooth is provided by means of a compression-spring which is able to engage along the first element's base in order to constrain, in a removable manner, the second element to the first element, where said tooth acts in the locking with a retaining static tooth which is inserted along the front wall of said first element.
  • US4073092 (Williams ), describes a suspension system for partitions. It includes a guiding container inserted along the upper profile of the partition on the inside of which there is a movable trolley which is engaged at an end by a spiral spring. The trolley, by means of a perpendicular pin supports parallel conic discs, among which a sliding track is interposed, which is engaged with the architectonic span frame, on a horizontal-plane.
  • DISADVANTAGES
  • Though evolving in the technique, the current known solutions of support and anchorage devices for sliding doors still have limitations.
  • A first limitation, which, in the opinion of the applicant, has not at present found a solution in the current technical outline of support and anchorage devices for sliding doors e.g. as described in JP9268831 ( Mizutani ) and US4073092 (Williams ), consists in the difficulty that the same present with regard to the positioning and subsequent locking of the pin-holder device within the guide profile.
  • A second limitation involving the current solutions of support and anchorage devices for sliding doors, concerns also the difficulty that the same have with regard to a subsequent removal of the pin-holder device from the guide profile.
  • A third limitation particularly regarding the solutions described in JP6146726 ( Yamamoto ) and F02001 A000009 (Scrigno ) consists in the difficulty in obtaining an optimal support of the sliding door avoiding the inconvenience that the slackening of the pin-holder device can provoke an undesired sliding of same inside the guide profile with inevitable negative repercussions with regard to the stability of the corresponding door panel of the sliding door.
  • Another limitation, in the opinion of the applicant, consists in the fact that the current solutions of support and anchorage devices for sliding doors do not seem optimized from a constructive and industrialisation viewpoint.
  • In relation to all considered, the need arises to find alternative and more functional solutions with respect to the current ones.
  • The aim of this invention is that of pre-arranging an improved support and anchorage device for sliding doors through which allows to improve the positioning and the removal of the pin-holder device within the guide profile, simultaneously optimizing the anchorage and support conditions.
  • SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
  • This and other aims are reached with this invention according to the characteristics included in the claims, solving the problems shown by an improved support and anchorage device for sliding doors including a guide profile of the type with a "C" section, provided with at least one through-hole for the engagement of the same to the upper border of the door panel of a sliding door and further provided with, on at least one lateral wall, at least one seat for a tooth which is provided with at least one movable lever, equipped with a spring, forming part of a pin-holder block including a shaped body equipped with at least one retaining pin for the movable lever and at least one through-hole for a threaded pin of the type equipped with a head. ADVANTAGES
  • In such a way, through the appreciable creative contribution, the effect of which constitutes immediate technical progress, some advantageous objectives are achieved.
  • A first advantageous, aim consists, above all in relation to JP9268831 (Mizutani ) and US4073092 (Williams ), in the realizing of an improved support and anchorage device for sliding doors, which, ensuring an optimal anchorage and support of the door panel of the sliding door, allows to facilitate the necessary positioning and possible removal operations of the pin-holder block from inside the guide profile. In particular, in JP9268831 (Mizutani ) the resiliently displaceable dynamic tooth, present in the second element, has only the function of blocking, with the concurrence of the static tooth in a single predetermined position, said second element in respect to the first one, not allowing the adjustment function along the base body's longitudinal axis to which the support trolley is connected . In other words, the described device only has the purpose of securing the second element to the first one, while the support trolley adjustment can be made at the trolley support pin which is adjustable in respect to the second element. Vice-versa, the object of this invention allows not only the securing of the pin support block in respect to the guiding profile but differently also the adjustment in several predetermined longitudinally positions along the parallel guiding profile walls . In JP9268831 (Mizutani ) the position is unique and obtained on the bottom of the first element and furthermore the tooth is unique. Relative to US4073092 (Williams ) tandem trolleys are provided which are elastic in respect to the door panel. In the solution which is object of this invention, instead, elastic trolleys are not provided, but a support pin holding block is provided to which the relative trolley engages by means of a pin. Only the pin holding block is constrained to the door by means of the guiding profile and is adjustable in predetermined positions in respect to it.
  • A second advantageous aim consists in realizing an improved support and anchorage device for sliding doors in which the position of the pin-holder block within the guide profile can be predetermined.
  • A third advantageous aim consists in realizing an improved support and anchorage device for sliding doors through which it allows to ensure an optimal anchorage of the pin-holder block to the guide profile so as to avoid the disadvantages deriving from a possible slackening of the same following mounting.

    Description of an embodiment
  • By taking also the figures as reference, it is observed that this invention consists of an improved support and anchorage device for sliding doors A including a guide profile 1 realized in a metallic material and with a "C"-like shaped section ( Fig. 6 ). More in detail, in the preferred solution described, the mentioned guide profile 1 includes a base wall 101 provided with through-holes 102 placed on the median line of the same, where the said through-holes 102 are at equal distance from one to the other. Each through-hole 102, in the example it is provided that there are four, is equipped with an appropriate countersinking 121 such as to allow the embedding of the head of a threaded fixing means of the screw type. Said through-holes 102 are functional to the engagement of the guide profile 1, usually by means of threaded fixing means of the screw type, conventionally within a provided grooving realized on the upper border of the door panel of the sliding door. Opposite the mentioned base wall 101, the guide profile 1, exactly the "C" like shape that characterizes the section, has a first folded border 103 and a second folded border 104 both placed in such a way as to be parallel in relation to the base wall 101 and orthogonal in relation to each of the two lateral walls 105, 106 which same latter join the first folded border 103 and the second folded border 104 to the base wall 101. Furthermore, the first border is folded 103 as much as the second folded border 104 which are provided, in an area corresponding to that in axis with each of the through-holes 102, with recesses 131, 141, specularly symmetrical, one to the other, so as to allow the passage of the head of the corresponding fixing means for the engagement of the guide profile 1 to the door panel of the sliding door. Each of the two lateral walls 105, 106 is provided equipped with seats 2, ( Fig. 4 ) where the positioning of the seats along the lateral walls 105, 106, is predetermined. In the embodiment described, the mentioned seats 2 are provided to be arranged symmetrically and parallel, one in relation to the corresponding, placed on the opposite wall. In more detail, it is provided that the mentioned seats 2 are shaped in such a way as to be built-in, more precisely, like shaped openings in the form of a rectangular and positioned, for each of the two lateral walls 105, 106, at equal distance in relation to the two ends of each of the two lateral walls 105, 106. Internally to the aforementioned guide profile 1, in the internal space delimited by the assembly consisting of the mentioned base wall 101, the two lateral walls 105, 106, the mentioned first folded border 103 and the mentioned second folded border 104, the positioning of a pin-holder block 3 is provided, which, in the example ( Fig. 7 ), includes a monolithic, shaped body 4, in a metallic material, shaped ( Fig. 9 ) in such a way as to present a first portion 41 the orthogonal section of which in the example is square, and however, such that the perimeter of the same traces, though being of a slightly smaller size, the shape of the perimeter represented by the orthogonal section of the guide profile 1, given by the internal measure of the mentioned lateral walls 105, 106, the base wall 101 and the distance lying between the upper ends, opposite those near the base wall 101, of the lateral walls 105, 106 of the guide profile 1. The shaped body 4, approximately at the centre of the same, equipped with the first portion 41, is equipped with a through-hole 42 for the engagement of a threaded support pin of the type provided with a head, where below the same through-hole 42, in axis with the same, an embedding seat 43 is provided for the head of the threaded support pin. In order to allow the locking of the threaded support pin once positioned within the through-hole 42, it is provided, furthermore, that the latter is provided with a locking screw 421. Contiguously to the first portion 41, the shaped body 4 provides a second portion 44 the latter is shaped like a jutting sheet placed ideally in continuation of the upper part of the first portion 41 of the shaped body 4 and, in relation to the same, of equivalent width, so that the result of the first portion 41 and second portion 44 prepare an "L"-like shape. Below the second portion 44 of the shaped body 4, in connection of the same with the first portion 41, in the area coinciding with half of the width of the first portion 41, placed orthogonally in relation to the latter, is a division 45, which, in the example, is shaped in the form of a square, the side of which is of such a size as to be equal to the distance lying between the lower side 441 of the second portion 44 of the shaped body 4 and the base side 411 of the first portion 41 of the shaped body 4. Furthermore, the second portion 44 of the shaped body 4 is equipped with, in the example, two threaded through-holes 442, the same are placed on the same line each near said first portion 41 of the same shaped body 4. More in detail, the two threaded holes 442 are separated by the division 45, so that each is of equal distance in relation to the same division 45. The threaded holes 442 are provided, in order to allow each the hinging of a movable lever 6, 7 by means of corresponding threaded pins 5. More in detail, in the embodiment described, there are two said movable levers 6, 7, specular and opposite one to the other. Each movable lever 6, 7 is provided to be of a height such that at the most, it is equal to the measurement of the distance lying between the lower side 441 of the second portion 44 of the shaped body 4 and the base side 411 of the first portion 41 of the shaped body 4 and of greater length in relation to that of the second portion 44 of the shaped body 4. It is provided that each movable lever 6, 7 must be equipped, in an area close to the end- wall 61, 71, with a hinging seat 62, 72, so that through the threaded pin 5 it allows to realize the appropriate connection between the same movable lever 6, 7 and the shaped body 4. At the horizontal wall 63, 73 orthogonal to the end- wall 61, 71, in an area close to that where the hinging seat 62, 72 is, each movable lever 6, 7 provides a housing 64, 74 for a spring 8. In this way, providing that the horizontal walls 63, 73 of each movable lever 6, 7 are oppositely facing, the retention in compression of the spring 8 on behalf of each housing 64, 74, allows the maintaining of the movable levers 6, 7 in a wide apart position. Opposite the horizontal wall 63, 73, in the embodiment described, each movable lever 6, 7 has an oblique wall 65, 75 which is provided with a protruding tooth 66, 76 near which, in an area in proximity of the terminal end 68, 78 of the movable lever 6, 7, there is a recess 67, 77 which presents a grip wall 671, 771 placed in the opposite direction in relation to the end- wall 61, 71 and, in the example, parallel to the same, so that on the same grip wall 671, 771 the hooked terminal part 91 of an extractor 9 can persist, if it is necessary to proceed with the extraction of the pin-holder block 3. For each movable lever 6, 7, the terminal end 68, 78, opposite that coinciding with the end- wall 61, 71, is shaped in such a way as to realize an oblique cut. Effectively, the locking in a predetermined position of the pin-holder block 3 as represented in figure 1 and in figure 2 , occurs by means of the insertion of the pin-holder block 3 inside the guide profile 1 by means of an approaching movement one to the other of each movable lever 6, 7 and, furthermore, through the thrust of the same pin-holder block 3 more in depth inside the guide profile 1 until making possible the collimation of each projecting tooth 66, 76 with the provided seats 2 of the guide profile 1. So that, in consequence of the divarication thrust of the movable levers 6, 7 exercised by the spring 8 in compression, the insistence of each protruding tooth 66, 76 will be realized within the seats 2 with which the guide profile 1 is equipped.
