    - at least one projection (4) extending between the lateral uprights (2a), to form a restricted passage allowing the passage of a bicycle, and
    - an upright (5) extending upwardly, comprising an upper portion (9) extending above said passage, said upper portion being placed at a height greater than that of a bicycle rolling on the ground but less than that of a cyclist riding a bicycle;
    characterized in that:
    - said protrusion (4) is placed at a height of about forty centimeters, corresponding substantially to the height at which is the engine of a motorised two-wheeled vehicle, and defines a passage of about twenty centimeters, permitting the passage of a bicycle but preventing the passage of a two-wheeled motorized vehicle, and
    - the upright (5) extends only on one side of the device, so that it delimits an opened lateral passage.
  2. Device (1) according to claim 1, characterized in that it comprises two of said projections (4), placed one facing the other on each of the lateral uprights (2a), symmetrically relative to the vertical centerline of the passage defined by said lateral uprights (2a).
  3. Device (1) according to claim 1 or claim 2, characterized in that said upper portion of the upright (5) is formed by, or comprises, a panel (9).
  4. Device (1) according to anyone of Claims 1 to 3, characterized in that it comprises a lower groove (10) for guiding the wheels of a two-wheeled vehicle with respect to the space delimited by the projection(s) (4).
  5. Device (1) according to claim 4, characterized in that the groove (10) is enlarged at its anterior and posterior ends with respect to the direction of the passage of the wheels of a vehicle.
  6. Device (1) according to anyone of Claims 1 to 5, characterized in that it comprises a lower boss (6) forming an additional barrier to the passage of a two-wheeled vehicle.
  7. Device (1) according to anyone of Claims 1 to 6, characterized in that it comprises a U-shaped-bent bar (2), which lateral limbs (2a) comprises two of said projections (4) projecting one towards the other, these two projections (4) defining therebetween said space allowing the passage of a non-motorized vehicle.
  8. Device (1) according to claim 7, characterized in that said side lateral limbs (2a) are connected to two posts (3) intended to be anchored to the ground.
  9. Device (1) according to claim 7 or claim 8, characterized in that one of the lateral limbs (2a) of said bar (2) extends upwardly to form said upright (5), being curved so that its upper portion is located above said passageway.
  10. Device (1) according to anyone of Claims 1 to 9, characterized in that the upright (5) is formed by the upward extension of one of the two lateral uprights (2a).
