Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und ein Werkzeug zum Abreißen oder Rückbauen von Plattenbauten.The invention relates to a method and a tool for tearing or dismantling prefabricated buildings.

Aufgabe ist es, ausgewählte Platten mit einem gegenüber dem Stand der Technik geringeren Aufwand vom Gebäude zu entfernen und die Menge der dabei freigesetzten, gesundheitsschädlichen Dämmstofffasern gering zu halten.The task is to remove selected panels from the building with less effort than the state of the art and to minimize the amount of unhealthy insulation fibers released in the process.

Gemäß der Erfindung werden Platten, welche eine Fenster oder Türöffnung aufweisen, zunächst an lediglich zwei oder drei ihrer Seiten, nämlich mindestens an ihrer horizontal verlaufenden Oberseite und an einer vertikal verlaufenden Seite, freigemacht. Danach wird die Platte mittels eines hydraulischen Hebezeugs aus dem Verbund mit benachbarten Platten herausgehebelt und vom Gebäude herunter gehoben. Das Hebezeug ist mit einem Werkzeug (4) ausgestattet, das mindestens eine zum Abheben einer Platte in eine parallele Anordnung mit deren Plattenflächen zu bringende Anlagefläche (6') und mindestens ein von dieser Anlagefläche (6) aufragendes, in eine Tür- oder Fensteröffnung der Platte einzuführendes armförmiges Tragelement (5') aufweist, dessen Länge (L) wenigstens der Stärke der herunterzuhebenden Platten (1) entspricht.
