Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zum drehfesten Verbinden einer Hohlwelle (3) mit mindestens einem auf der Hohlwelle (3) angeordnetem Bauteil (5), bei dem das Bauteil (5) mit Fügespiel (8) auf der Hohlwelle (3) positioniert und auf dieser in einer bestimmten Position durch Aufheben des Fügespiels (8) befestigt wird, wobei das Fügespiel (8) durch Aufweiten (33) der Hohlwelle (3) mittels eines die Hohlwelle (3) zumindest teilweise durchsetzenden Fügewerkzeugs (10) aufgehoben wird und wobei das Fügewerkzeug (10) zumindest ein erstes Verformungsorgan (12) und wenigstens ein weiteres Verformungsorgan (13) aufweist und die Verformungsorgane (12, 13) relativ zueinander bewegbar sind, sodass die Relativbewegung der Verformungsorgane (12, 13) zueinander ein wenigstens teilweises Aufweiten der Hohlwelle (3) bewirkt. Eine solche Ausführung hat insbesondere den Vorteil, dass die Fügewerkzeuge (10) nur an den notwendigen Stellen eine Aufweitung der Hohlwelle bewirken.
