Enveloppe pour une prothèse de pied, comprenant une ouverture (212, 1220, 1320, 1425) au niveau de l'extrémité supérieure de l'enveloppe, s'étendant dans une cavité (220) à l'intérieur de l'enveloppe configurée pour recevoir la prothèse (50) dans celle-ci, et une paroi (214, 314, 824, 1430) entourant la cavité (220) et présentant la forme d'un pied humain naturel, la paroi comportant une surface intérieure et une surface extérieure, la paroi (214, 314, 824, 1430) définissant également une section supérieure (216a), une section inférieure (216b) et une section arrière, la section inférieure (216b) comprenant une région de semelle (505) comportant une section d'orteils, une section de talon et une portion métatarsienne, la région de semelle (505) comportant une pluralité de portions sélectionnées de rigidité variable (330, 350, 430, 450, 530, 532, 534, 630, 640, 725, 820, 920),
    dans laquelle la pluralité de portions sélectionnées de rigidité variable sont configurées pour guider la prothèse de sorte qu'elle effectue une rotation dans une direction latérale vers médiale vers un bord intérieur de l'enveloppe lors de la déambulation.
  2. Enveloppe selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle la rigidité d'une portion parmi la pluralité de portions sélectionnées (330, 350, 430, 450, 530, 532, 534, 630, 640, 725, 820, 920) est inférieure à la rigidité d'une région entourant ladite portion sélectionnée.
  3. Enveloppe selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 et 2, dans laquelle la rigidité d'une portion parmi la pluralité de portions sélectionnées (330, 350, 430, 450, 530, 532, 534, 630, 640, 725, 820, 920) est supérieure à la rigidité d'une région entourant ladite portion sélectionnée.
  4. Enveloppe selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, dans laquelle les portions sélectionnées de rigidité variable sont réalisées sous la forme de garnitures (330, 350, 430, 450, 630, 640) disposées dans la section inférieure de l'enveloppe.
  5. Enveloppe selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, dans laquelle les portions sélectionnées de rigidité variable sont réalisées sous la forme de garnitures (430, 450, 630, 640) disposées dans la surface extérieure (418b) de l'enveloppe.
  6. Enveloppe selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, dans laquelle une portion parmi la pluralité de portions sélectionnées de rigidité variable (330, 430, 530, 630) est disposée dans la section de talon et une autre portion parmi la pluralité de portions sélectionnées de rigidité variable (350, 450, 532, 640) est disposée dans la portion métatarsienne.
  7. Enveloppe selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, dans laquelle des portions sélectionnées de rigidité variable (920) sont disposées dans la section de talon (910) de telle sorte qu'un bord médial (912) et un bord latéral (914) de la section de talon (910) soient plus rigides que la partie médiane (916) de la section de talon.
  8. Enveloppe selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, comprenant en outre un élément de support (820) s'étendant en travers de la portion métatarsienne (840), l'élément de support (820) présentant une rigidité supérieure à la rigidité de la partie environnante de la région de semelle.
  9. Enveloppe selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, dans laquelle la pluralité de portions sélectionnées de rigidité variable comprennent en outre :
    une section de matériau d'absorption des chocs (330, 430) disposée sur la section de talon et présentant une première rigidité sélectionnée, la section de matériau d'absorption des chocs étant configurée pour assurer un niveau souhaité d'absorption des chocs ; et
    une section de matériau de retour d'énergie (350, 450) disposée sur la section métatarsienne et présentant une seconde rigidité sélectionnée, la section de matériau de retour d'énergie étant configurée pour assurer un niveau souhaité de retour d'énergie, les sections de matériau d'absorption des chocs et de retour d'énergie provoquant un mouvement de roulement du pied lors d'une transition de l'attaque du talon au décollement des orteils qui reproduit approximativement le roulement d'un pied humain naturel.
  10. Enveloppe selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, dans laquelle l'extrémité supérieure (1420) s'étend à une certaine distance (H) au-dessus de la région de semelle, supérieure à une distance entre un talon et une cheville d'un pied humain naturel, une épaisseur (T) de la paroi (1430) au niveau de l'extrémité supérieure (1420) étant inférieure à une épaisseur de la paroi (1430) au niveau de la section inférieure (1410).
  11. Enveloppe selon la revendication 10, dans laquelle l'extrémité supérieure (1420) s'étend sur une distance de 7 cm à 10 cm autour de la région de semelle.
  12. Enveloppe selon l'une quelconque des revendications 10 et 11, dans laquelle l'épaisseur (T) de la paroi (1430) diminue de la section inférieure (1410) en direction de l'extrémité supérieure (1420).
