Claims (19)

  1. Gesichertes System für den Transport oder die Aufbewahrung von Wertmitteln, insbesondere von Banknoten, Schecks, Bankkarten oder Ähnlichem, die in einem Behälter (1) eingeschlossen sind, der mit internen Steuerungsmitteln (10) und mit Mitteln zur Beschädigung (20, 21) der Wertmittel im Falle eines Angriffes ausgestattet ist, wobei die internen Steuerungsmittel (10) zum Beispiel in der Art und Weise einer "Maschine mit eingeschränkten Modi" funktionieren, deren Arbeitszyklus eine beschränkte Anzahl logischer Zustände, so genannter Modi, umfasst, wobei der Übergang von einem ersten Modus in einen zweiten Modus aus einem punktuellen Ereignis resultiert, dessen Zulässigkeit im Voraus von einem entfernten Serverzentrum (6) geprüft wird oder wurde, das sich mit den internen Steuerungsmitteln (10) des Behälters (1) durch jedwedes geeignete Mittel verbinden kann, wobei der Übergang vom Speicherverlust des jeweils vorhergehenden Modus begleitet wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es einerseits aus mindestens einem Behälter (1), der mit einem Lesegerät (8) für eine Speicherkarte (9) ausgestattet ist, welches mit den internen Steuerungsmitteln (10) verbunden ist, wobei die Speicherkarte (9) mindestens einen Code zur Identifikation des Benutzers des Behälters (1) im Speicher enthält, und andererseits aus mindestens einem Sockel (11) besteht, der mit einer elektronischen Karte (12) ausgestattet ist, wobei die Karte (12) durch eine Energiequelle gespeist wird, auf der Daten bezogen auf die Lokalisierung des Sockels (11) gespeichert sind, der imstande ist, den Behälter (1) aufzunehmen, der mit einem Kontaktstift oder mit einer Kontakthülse, der oder die mit den internen Steuerungsmitteln (10) verbunden ist, ausgestattet ist, und der oder die jeweils mit einer komplementären Kontakthülse oder einem komplementären Kontaktstift (13) zusammenwirkt, die oder der mit der elektronischen Karte (12) des Sockels (11) verbunden ist, so dass ein Benutzer den Behälter (1) entweder in der Art und Weise eines permanenten Schließfaches für die Aufbewahrung von Wertmitteln verwenden kann, indem zum Öffnen und Schließen des Behälters (1) die Speicherkarte (9) in das Kartenlesegerät (8) des Behälters (1), der hiermit auf dem Sockel (11) positioniert ist, eingeführt wird, wobei die Öffnung und die Schließung des Behälters (1) nur dann durchgeführt werden kann, wenn die Daten bezogen auf die Lokalisierung des Sockels (11) mit den Daten, die auf der Speicherkarte (9) und/oder in den internen Steuerungsmitteln (10) des Behälters (1) gespeichert sind, übereinstimmen, oder für den Transport der Wertmittel von einem feststehenden Sockel (11), der sich an einem beim Absender (2) befindlichen Ausgangspunkt befindet, zu einem zweiten Sockel (11) beim Empfänger (5).
  2. System nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Behälter (1) aus einem Fach (14) besteht, das im Großen und Ganzen quaderförmig ist, und das auf seiner oberen Wand mit einem Greifgriff (15) ausgestattet und an seiner so genannten Vorderseite offen ist, so dass zumindest eine Lade (16,16a,16b), die ein Abteil bildet, in welches die Wertmittel hineingelegt werden, imstande ist, von einer ersten geschlossenen Position, wo sich die Lade (16,16a,16b) im Inneren des Faches (14) erstreckt, in eine zweite Öffnungsposition zu gleiten, wo sich die Lade (16,16a,16b) vollständig oder teilweise außerhalb des Faches (14) erstreckt.
  3. System nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Behälter (1) auf seiner Vorderseite einen Einführschlitz (17) für die Speicherkarte (9) aufweist, der sich oberhalb der Lade (16,16a,16b) erstreckt, wobei sich das Lesegerät (8) für die Speicherkarte (9), das mit den internen Steuerungsmitteln (10) verbunden ist, in gerader Richtung vom Schlitz (17) im Inneren des Faches (14) erstreckt.
  4. System nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Behälter (1) auf seiner Vorderseite ein Anzeigedisplay (18) und Bedienungsknöpfe (19) aufweist, die mit den internen Steuerungsmitteln (10) des Behälters (1) verbunden sind, und die sich oberhalb des Einführschlitzes (17) der Speicherkarte (9) erstrecken.
  5. System nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zur Beschädigung (20, 21) der Wertmittel aus biegsamen Hüllen (20) bestehen, die mit unlöschbarer Tinte gefüllt und im Fach (14) so angeordnet sind, dass sie sich über den Wertmitteln erstrecken, wenn die Lade (16,16a,16b) geschlossen ist, und die imstande sind, von pyrotechnischen Mitteln (21), die im Falle eines Angriffes von den internen Steuerungsmitteln (10) aktiviert werden, zerrissen zu werden.
  6. System nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es einen DNA-Tracer aufweist, der mit der unlöschbaren Tinte vermischt ist.
  7. System nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der DNA-Tracer für jeden Behälter spezifisch ist.
  8. System nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Behälter (1) eine Aufzeichnungseinheit (22), eine so genannte Blackbox, umfasst, die sämtliche Vorgänge, die am Behälter (1) zwischen dem Sockel (11) am Ausgangsort und dem Sockel (11) am Ankunftsort durchgeführt werden, aufzeichnet.
  9. System nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aufzeichnungseinheit (22) aus einer elektronischen Speicherkomponente EPROM besteht.
  10. System nach einem der Ansprüche 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die in der Aufzeichnungseinheit (22) gespeicherten Daten vollständig gelöscht werden, sobald der Behälter (1) auf dem Sockel (11) am Ankunftsort positioniert wird.
  11. System nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sockel (11) aus einer waagrechten, rechteckigen Platine (23) besteht, die mit zwei Längsrändern (24) und einem Seitenrand (25) ausgestattet ist, der den hinteren Teil des Sockels (11) bildet.
  12. System nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Platine (23) auf ihrer Oberseite zwei parallele Längsschienen (26) umfasst, die mit zwei komplementären, parallelen Längsrillen (27), die sich unter dem Fach (14) des Behälters (1) erstrecken, zusammenwirken.
  13. System nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schienen (26) auf ihren oberen Enden jeweils einen Längskontakt (28) aufweisen, der gegen eine Gleitbacke (29) gedrückt wird, die jeweils am Boden der Rillen (27) des Faches (14) des Behälters (1) angebracht ist, wobei die Kontakte (28) und die Gleitbacken (29) mit der Energiequelle des Sockels (11) beziehungsweise mit der Versorgungsquelle der internen Steuerungsmittel (10) des Behälters (1) verbunden sind.
  14. System nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es mehrere Sockel (11) umfasst, die mit mindestens einem modularen, senkrechten Gerüst (30) verbunden sind, das eine waagrechte, im Großen und Ganzen rechteckige Grundplatte (31) aufweist, auf welche sich ein erster Sockel (11) stützt und von der sich drei Stützen (32) ausgehend von den Längsrändern (24) und dem Seitenrand (25) des ersten Sockels (11) erstrecken, wobei waagrechte Trägerplatten (33), die imstande sind, jeweils eine Sockel (11) aufzunehmen, in regelmäßigen Abständen an den Stützen (32) befestigt sind.
  15. System nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stützen (32) aus röhrenförmigen Elementen bestehen, deren Enden imstande sind, in Vorsprünge, die sich von der Oberseite der Grundplatte (31) erstrecken, oder in Anschlussteile eingesteckt zu werden.
  16. System nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es eine Programmier- und Steuerungsvorrichtung (7) für die Behälter (1) umfasst, wobei Letztere auf ihren Sockeln (11) beim Absender (2) positioniert sind, der imstande ist, Daten an die elektronischen Karten (12) der Sockeln (11) und an das Serverzentrum (6) zu übermitteln.
  17. System nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Programmier- und Steuerungsvorrichtung (7) für die Behälter (1) aus einem PC besteht, der mit einem flachen Touchscreen und Kommunikationsmitteln ausgestattet ist.
  18. System nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es ein Fahrzeug (4) umfasst, das mit Kästen (35) ausgestattet ist, in denen Sockel (11) angeordnet sind, deren elektronische Karten (12) miteinander verbunden sind, damit die internen Steuerungsmittel (10) der Behälter (1) Informationen austauschen können.
  19. System nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Fahrzeug (4) ein GPS-System umfasst, dessen Daten an die Behälter (1), die in den Kästen (35) positioniert sind, übertragen werden.
