Claims (14)

  1. Récipient pour denrées alimentaires comprenant au moins un bac (11) et un couvercle (12) pouvant être associé de manière sélective audit bac (11), dans lequel ledit couvercle (12) comporte un premier bord périmétrique (13) pouvant être superposé, au moins partiellement, à un deuxième bord périmétrique (14) dudit bac (11), dans lequel ledit premier bord périmétrique (13), à une extrémité, comporte des premiers moyens de contrainte (18) capables de coopérer avec des deuxièmes moyens de contrainte (25) présents sur ledit deuxième bord périmétrique (14), dans lequel ledit deuxième bord périmétrique (14) comprend une section (24) capable de contenir et de protéger latéralement ledit premier bord périmétrique (13) afin d'empêcher, dans l'état inactif, le soulèvement et le détachement dudit couvercle (12) dudit bac (11), et dans lequel au moins une partie (28) dudit deuxième bord périmétrique (14), comprenant au moins une partie de ladite section (24), peut être retirée, ou pliée, de manière à permettre le soulèvement et le retrait dudit couvercle (12) dudit bac (11), caractérisé en ce que le premier bord périmétrique (13) a un profil en forme d'arc, le deuxième bord périmétrique (14) est plié vers l'extérieur, et la section (24) est une section terminale du deuxième bord périmétrique (14).
  2. Récipient pour denrées alimentaires selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ladite section terminale (24) est pliée vers le haut.
  3. Récipient pour denrées alimentaires selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que lesdits deuxièmes moyens de contrainte (25) sont face à ladite section terminale (24).
  4. Récipient pour denrées alimentaires selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que lesdits deuxièmes moyens de contrainte (25) sont disposés au-dessous du profil supérieur dudit bac (11).
  5. Récipient pour denrées alimentaires selon la revendication 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que ledit deuxième bord périmétrique (14) comprend au moins une première section (21) curviligne, une deuxième section (22) sensiblement verticale, une troisième section (23) sensiblement horizontale et ladite section terminale (24), et en ce que ladite section terminale (24) est face à ladite deuxième section (22).
  6. Récipient pour denrées alimentaires selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que ladite partie (28) comprend une partie de ladite troisième section (23) et une partie de ladite section terminale (24).
  7. Récipient pour denrées alimentaires selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 6,
    caractérisé en ce que lesdits premiers moyens de contrainte (18) comprennent au moins une dent et lesdits deuxièmes moyens de contrainte (25) comprennent au moins une arête avec laquelle ladite dent est capable de venir en prise.
  8. Récipient pour denrées alimentaires selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 6,
    caractérisé en ce que lesdits premiers moyens de contrainte (18) et lesdits deuxièmes moyens de contrainte (25) définissent entre eux un accouplement mâle-femelle.
  9. Récipient pour denrées alimentaires selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 6,
    caractérisé en ce que lesdits premiers moyens de contrainte (18) et lesdits deuxièmes moyens de contrainte (25) se développent sur au moins une partie importante dudit premier bord périmétrique (13) et dudit deuxième bord périmétrique (14).
  10. Récipient pour denrées alimentaires selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que ladite section terminale (24) est inclinée vers l'extérieur selon un angle compris entre 5° et 10° par rapport à un plan vertical.
  11. Récipient pour denrées alimentaires selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que ladite section terminale (24) a une longueur comprise entre 2 mm et 5 mm.
  12. Récipient pour denrées alimentaires selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que ladite partie (28) est délimitée par une pluralité d'encoches définissant une ligne de rupture préférentielle (29).
  13. Récipient pour denrées alimentaires selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que ledit deuxième bord périmétrique (14) comprend un appendice (30) associé à ladite partie (28) pouvant être saisi de manière à permettre à ladite partie (28) d'être pliée ou retirée plus facilement.
  14. Récipient pour denrées alimentaires selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que, en correspondance avec ladite partie (28), ledit premier bord périmétrique (13) comprend une lèvre (20) pouvant être saisie de manière à retirer ledit couvercle (12) après que ladite partie (28) a été pliée ou retirée.
