Claims (3)

  1. Verbesserte Vorrichtung zum Trockenaufbringen von Dekorationen auf Gegenständen, worin diese Vorrichtung ein ringartiges Endlosband (10) aus elastischem Material beinhaltet, das gespannt ist zwischen einer oben angeordneten Antriebsrolle (11) und einer unteren Zacke (12), deren Spitze (120) abgerundet und nach unten gerichtet ist, wobei das Band (10) oberhalb einer Förderlinie (20) für die Gegenstände (2) angeordnet ist und an seiner Außenfläche eine Reihe von Vertiefungen (1) aufweist, die das Dekormuster bilden und zur Aufnahme von Glasurpulver (S) dienen, das auf ein schräggestelltes ringartiges Endlosband (30) zugeführt wird, welches zwischen entsprechenden Rollen gespannt ist und an einer Station (R) zur Befüllung der Vertiefungen (1) tangential zu dem Band (10) angeordnet ist, wobei das Band (30) in eine gegenläufige Drehung relativ zum Band (10) versetzt wird, um das überschüssige Glasurpulver zu entfernen, das nicht in den Vertiefungen (1) aufgenommen wurde, wobei die zuletzt genannten dafür ausgelegt sind, das darin enthaltene Glasurpulver (S) an eine darunterliegende Dekorationsstation (D) auszugeben, die in dem Bereich der abgerundeten Spitze (120) des Zackens (12) angeordnet ist und in der das Glasurpulver (S) die entsprechenden Vertiefungen (1) durch Schwerkraftwirkung verlässt und sich auf den darunter durchlaufenden Gegenständen (2) ablagert, um das Dekor auf diesen zu reproduzieren,
    worin die Füllstation (R) in der Nähe der abgerundeten Spitze (120) der unteren Zacke (12) unmittelbar stromaufwärts vor der Dekorationsstation (D) angeordnet ist, wobei das Band (30) am Auslauf der Füllstation (R) so entlang einem bestimmten Pfad geführt wird, dass es außerhalb des Störbereichs der darunter durchlaufenden Gegenstände (2) verläuft, wobei die Vorrichtung (100) dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass eine Umlenkrolle (31) des Bandes (30), die in der Füllstation (R) angeordnet ist, sich im Leerlauf um ihre Achse dreht und einen Durchmesser aufweist, der so beschaffen ist, dass der dem Band (30) auferlegte Krümmungsradius ähnlich dem Krümmungsradius ist, der dem Band (10) durch die abgerundete Spitze (120) der Zacke (12) auferlegt wird.
  2. Verbesserte Vorrichtung zum Trockenaufbringen von Dekorationen auf Gegenständen, worin diese Vorrichtung ein ringartiges Endlosband (10) aus elastischem Material beinhaltet, das gespannt ist zwischen einer oben angeordneten Antriebsrolle (11) und einer unteren Spitze (12), deren Spitze (120) abgerundet und nach unten gerichtet ist, wobei das Band (10) oberhalb einer Förderlinie (20) für die Gegenstände (2) angeordnet ist und an seiner Außenfläche eine Reihe von Vertiefungen (1) aufweist, die das Dekormuster bilden und zur Aufnahme von Glasurpulver (S) dienen, das auf ein schräggestelltes ringartiges Endlosband (30) zugeführt wird, welches zwischen entsprechenden Rollen gespannt ist und an einer Station (R) zur Befüllung der Vertiefungen (1) tangential zu dem Band (10) angeordnet ist, wobei das Band (30) in eine gegenläufige Drehung relativ zum Band (10) versetzt wird, um das überschüssige Glasurpulver zu entfernen, das nicht in den Vertiefungen (1) aufgenommen wurde, wobei die zuletzt genannten dafür ausgelegt sind, das darin enthaltene Glasurpulver (S) an eine darunterliegende Dekorationsstation (D) auszugeben, die in dem Bereich der abgerundeten Spitze (120) des Zackens (12) angeordnet ist und in der das Glasurpulver (S) die entsprechenden Vertiefungen (1) durch Schwerkraftwirkung verlässt und sich auf den darunter durchlaufenden Gegenständen (2) ablagert, um das Dekor auf diesen zu reproduzieren,
    worin die Füllstation (R) in der Nähe der abgerundeten Spitze (120) der unteren Zacke (12) unmittelbar stromaufwärts vor der Dekorationsstation (D) angeordnet ist, wobei das Band (30) am Auslauf der Füllstation (R) so entlang einem bestimmten Pfad geführt wird, dass es außerhalb des Störbereichs der darunter durchlaufenden Gegenstände (2) verläuft, wobei die Vorrichtung dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass ein feststehendes röhrenförmiges Element (31) des Bandes (30) in der Füllstation (R) angeordnet ist und einen Durchmesser aufweist, der so beschaffen ist, dass der dem Band (30) auferlegte Krümmungsradius ähnlich dem Krümmungsradius ist, der dem Band (10) durch die abgerundete Spitze (120) der Zacke (12) auferlegt wird, und dadurch, dass Blaseinrichtungen (32) an dem an dem feststehenden röhrenförmigen Element (31) angebracht sind, die dazu dienen, Druckluft an die Innenseite des Bandes (30) auszugeben und ein Luftkissen (40) zu erzeugen, das sich zwischen dem feststehenden röhrenförmigen Element (31) und dem Band (30) befindet, um die Reibung zu vermindern.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Höhe der Umlenkrolle (31) derart reguliert ist, dass eine Differenz (G) von etwa 2 - 3 mm zwischen dem unteren Ende des Bandes (30) und dem des Bandes (10) bestehen bleibt.
