Brauchwasservorwärmer mit einem Wärmetauschersatz, der aus zwei oder einigen in den Kaltwasserkollektor und in den Ausgangskollektor des warmen Brauchwassers eingebauten sowie an die Heizwasserspeiseleitung angeschlossenen Plattnwärmetauschern zusammengesetzt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er eine Mischeinheit (Zm) aufweist, die mit einem thermostatischen Direktwirkungsventil (26) sowie mit Ausgangskollektor (27) mit einem eingebauten Fühler (28) des Stellmotors (29) für Steuerung des thermostatischen Ventils (26), mit Kontrollthermometer (34) auf der Leitung (37) und mit Thermometer auf der Leitung für Zirkulation des warmen Brauchwassers ausgerüstet ist, wobei die Mischeinheit (Zm) durch Leitungen (25a), (25) und durch Auslaufstutzen (24) mit dem Stabilisator (23) verbunden ist, und im Behältersmantel des Stabilisators (23) ein Revisionsstuzen (44), ein Auslaufstutzen (41) und ein unteren Stutzen (40) installiert sind, wobei der unteren Stutzen (40) sowie die Stutzen (41) und (44) in einer Ebene liegen, die durch Achsen dieser Stutzen durchgeht, und im Boden des dem Stabilisator (23) zugehörigen Behälters ein Stutzen (47) mit Entleerungs- und Entschlammventil (48) installiert ist, wobei der Stabilisator (23) durch den Plattenwarmetauschersatz (9) mit dem Sicherheitsventil (20) und mit dem Ausdehnungsgefäß (19) von der Kaltwasserseite hydraulisch verbunden ist Domestic water preheater with a heat exchanger set consisting of two or a few plate heat exchangers installed in the cold water collector and in the outlet collector of the hot domestic water and connected to the heating water supply line, characterized in that it has a mixing unit (Zm) equipped with a thermostatic direct action valve (26) and equipped with an output collector (27) with a built-in sensor (28) of the servomotor (29) for controlling the thermostatic valve (26), with a control thermometer (34) on the line (37) and with a thermometer on the line for circulating the hot domestic water the mixing unit (Zm) is connected to the stabilizer (23) by lines (25a), (25) and by outlet spout (24), and in the tank jacket of the stabilizer (23) there is an inspection spout (44), an outlet spout (41 ) and a lower connection piece (40) are installed, the lower connection piece (40) and the connection piece (41) and (44) lie in a plane that passes through axes of these nozzles, and in the bottom of the container belonging to the stabilizer (23) a nozzle (47) with drain and sludge valve (48) is installed, the stabilizer (23) through the plate heat exchanger set (9) is hydraulically connected to the safety valve (20) and to the expansion tank (19) from the cold water side
