Abstract

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Öffnungseinrichtung für eine Klappe eines Fahrzeugs, insbesondere für eine Heckklappe, die um eine horizontale Schwenkachse am oberen Rand einer Öffnung der Karosserie eines Fahrzeugs aus einer nach unten gerichteten Schließstellung heraus in eine nach oben gerichtete Öffnungsstellung schwenkbar ist. Sie weist eine Gasfeder 1 auf, die mit dem freien Ende ihrer Kolbenstange 3 in einem Abstand zur Schenkachse an der Karosserie und die mit ihrem Druckrohr 2 in einem Abstand zur Schwenkachse an der Klappe angelenkt ist. Dabei kraftbeaufschlagt die Gasfeder 1 in Ausfahrrichtung die Klappe in Öffnungsrichtung. Weiterhin ist ein Aktuator vorhanden, durch den ein Drehmoment in Öffnungsrichtung auf die Klappe einwirkbar ist. Der Aktuator ist ein Kraftspeicher 4, der aus seiner Spannstellung die Klappe während ihres Öffnungshubes aus der Schließstellung heraus zu einem Erreichen einer Entspannstellung des Kraftspeichers 4 kraftbeaufschlagt.
