Claims (10)
- Machine à laver avec
un tambour (1) tournant autour d'un axe de rotation (2),
un dispositif de mesure (7, 8) pour détecter un balourd dans le tambour (1), à l'aide duquel des valeurs de mesure sont générées comme fonction de la position de rotation (α) du tambour, et
une commande (20) pour déterminer une position et/ou une magnitude du balourd à partir des valeurs de mesure,
caractérisée par une mémoire (23, 25) pour mémoriser des valeurs de calibration, la commande étant adaptée à déterminer la position et/ou la magnitude du balourd par recombinaison calculative des valeurs mesurées avec les valeurs de calibration. - Machine à laver selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que des valeurs de mesure en fonctionnement à vide (t0) sont mémorisées dans la mémoire (23, 25) comme fonction de la position de rotation (α) et en ce que la commande (20) est adaptée à déterminer la position et/ou la magnitude du balourd par recombinaison calculative des valeurs mesurées avec les valeurs en fonctionnement à vide.
- Machine à laver selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que la commande (20) est adaptée à déterminer un quotient (q) des valeurs mesurées (t) et les valeurs en fonctionnement à vide (t0) correspondantes.
- Machine à laver selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'un décalage de phase (phi) entre les valeurs de mesure et la position du balourd est mémorisé dans la mémoire (23, 25) comme fonction de la vitesse angulaire (D) du tambour et en ce que la commande (20) est adaptée à déterminer la position du balourd par recombinaison calculative des valeurs de mesure avec le décalage de phase (phi).
- Machine à laver selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la commande (20) est adaptée à déterminer au moins une partie des valeurs de calibration pendant une mesure de calibration quand le tambour (1) est vide.
- Machine à laver selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de mesure a au moins un capteur de vitesse angulaire (8, 21, 22) qui mesure la vitesse angulaire courante comme fonction de la position de rotation du tambour.
- Machine à laver selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que le capteur de vitesse angulaire (8, 21, 22) a un corps de rotation (21) et un détecteur (8), le corps de rotation (21) tournant avec le tambour (1) et portant un nombre de marquages (22), et le détecteur (8) étant arrangé de manière stationnaire au corps de rotation (21) et détectant les marquages (22).
- Machine à laver selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que le détecteur (8) est un détecteur optique et les marquages (22) sont des marquages optiquement lisibles, et particulièrement en ce que le détecteur (8) est une barrière de lumière avec un parcours lumineux qui peut être interrompu par les marquages (22).
- Machine à laver selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de mesure a au moins un capteur d'accélération (7) et/ou un capteur de position pour mesurer une accélération radiale et/ou axiale ou une variation de position du tambour (1) ou d'un récipient (3) entourant le tambour et non-tournant et au moins une partie des valeurs de mesure étant de signaux d'accélération et/ou des signaux de position.
- Machine à laver selon la revendication 9, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins deux capteurs d'accélération (7) sont prévus aux extrémités opposées du récipient (3), une valeur moyenne des signaux des capteurs d'accélération (7) étant déterminée.
