Selbstverständlich muss im Bereich der Öffnung hier auch eine korrespondierende Öffnung gegeben sein, um somit das Medium von dem Inliner/der Auflage aus an der Neigestruktur abgleitend durch die Neigestruktur hindurch und durch den Durchgangsschacht schließlich zur Auslauföffnung hin zu leiten. Die Bodenstruktur kann hierbei vorzugsweise auch aus steckbaren Plattenquerschnitten bestehen, welche Ausnehmungen haben, um somit im zusammengesteckten Zustand einen Durchgangsschacht zu bilden, welche zum Beispiel die Durchführung des "langen Halses" eines Inliners vom Sammelbereich zur Auslauföffnung hin ermöglicht oder auch das Durchführen eines Rohres etc. Durch die Anordnung einer Neigestruktur sowie einer darunter liegenden Bodenstruktur wird ein "modularer" Aufbau ermöglicht, welcher die Herstellungskosten weiter senkt und bei einer sehr hohen Stabilität der Gesamtanordnung geringes Gewicht und somit geringen Materialverbrauch gewährleistet. Hierbei ist es insbesondere aufgrund des erfindungsgemäßen Stecksystems sogar möglich, sämtliche Komponenten wieder zu verwerten.In the second embodiment, it is necessary that this tilting structure has an opening at the bottom, so that the passage of media is ensured. Besonders bemerkenswert ist, dass sämtliche der oben beschriebenen flächigen Bauteile (für alle Ausführungsbeispiele) als Faltquerschnitte ausgeführt sein können. Es bietet sich insbesondere an, die Faltquerschnitte aus unbeschichteter Pappe herzustellen. Dies ist besonders kostengünstig möglich und auch mit einfachen technischen Mitteln realisierbar. An dem einen Ende ist der Inliner über die Oberkante des äußeren Mantels 2a gestülpt und dort an den Außenseiten etwa über Klebeband fixiert. Der Inliner verjüngt sich dann seinem Querschnitt entlang der Neigestruktur bis hinunter zu dem Sammelbereich 10. Von dort aus wird ein "langer Hals" des Inliners vom Sammelbereich bis zu einer Auslauföffnung 5 geführt. Dort im Bereich der Auslauföffnung ist eine Inlineröffnung 16b mit der Auslauföffnung verbunden (s. obige Beschreibung für die andere Ausführungsform). Hier kann entsprechend zum Beispiel ein 3 Zoll-Anschluss zur Entnahme von Medien aus dem Inliner vorgesehen werden. Somit ist es also möglich, in den Container gefülltes Material, welches sich entlang des Gefälles der Neigestruktur zum Sammelbereich hin bewegt, aus der Auslauföffnung 5 zu entnehmen. Claims (23)
- A disposable container (1, 1a) for filling with fluid, paste-like or free-flowing media for use on constructions sites, wherein the disposable container has a capacity of over 100 kg, a shell (2) which is polygonal in cross-section as well as a support (3, 3a) which is arranged within the shell, wherein the support is arranged within the shell in a downward sloping manner and a collection region (10) of the support is connected to a discharge opening (5) at the shell for through passage of the media, wherein the support (3, 3a), the shell (2) as well as further folding- or panel cross-sections (4) are made of coated or uncoated cardboard, characterised in that the support has a one-piece or multi-piece folding cross-section, is supported on an inclining structure (12) designed as an assembly system of panels (12a, 12b) or as a divider.
- A disposable container (1) according to claim 1 for filling with fluid, paste-like or free-flowing media, characterised in that it has a shell (2) which is polygonal in cross-section as well as a support (3) arranged within the shell, wherein the support is arranged within the shell so as to slope downward to a discharge opening (5) at the shell.
- A disposable container according to claim 1, characterised in that bending edges of the one-piece or multi-piece folding cross-section of the support (3) run out to corners of the shell (2).
- A disposable container according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the support (3) is conically supported by the divider (4).
- A disposable container according to claim 4, characterised in that the divider (4) is fashioned as a one-piece or multi-piece folding cross-section.
- A disposable container according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the divider (4) is screwed and/or stuck and/or stitched to the shell (2).
- A disposable container according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the shell (2) is constructed from an inner shell (2b) and an outer shell (2a).
- A disposable container according to claim 7, characterised in that at least regions of the support (3) are bent over the inner shell (2b) to fix the support (3) on the shell (2).
- A disposable container (1a) according to claim 1, characterised in that the collection region (10) of the support (3a) is at a distance from the discharge opening (5) and the container has a through duct (11) arranged between the collection region and the discharge opening.
- A disposable container according to claim 9, characterised in that the collection region (10) is arranged substantially centrically in the container.
- A disposable container according to claim 1, characterised in that bending edges (3a") of the one-piece or multi-piece folding cross-section of the support (3a) run out to corners of the shell.

- A disposable container according to claim 13, characterised in that a preferably panel-shaped separating structure (14) is arranged between the inclining- (12) and base structure (13), which separating structure (14) has an opening (14a) for the through guidance of the media.
- A disposable container according to claim 13, characterised in that the base structure (13) is designed to horizontally bear the inclining structure (12), wherein recesses (15a, 15b) are provided and form portions of the through duct (11).
- A disposable container according to claim 13, characterised in that the base structure (13) is designed as an assembly system as panel-shaped cross-sections (13a-13c).
- A disposable container according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the shell (2) has an octagonal cross-section.
- A disposable container according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that within the shell (2) there is arranged an inliner (16a) of fluid-tight material, which can be placed upon the support (3, 3a), wherein an inliner opening (16b) is connectable to the discharge opening (5).
- A disposable container according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the discharge opening and/or the inliner opening (16b) has/have for example a three inch connection.
- A disposable container according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the capacity of the disposable container lies above 500 kg, preferably above 950 kg.
- A disposable container according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the height of the disposable container lies above 1 m, preferably above 1.30 m.
- A disposable container according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that this disposable container has a base at its underside, which base is connected to a pallet (6).
- A disposable container according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the centre of the discharge opening (5) lies approximately 10 - 40 cm, preferably 10-30 cm, most preferably 10-20 cm, above the lower edge of the disposable container (1).
