Abstract

The device has an access authorization reading unit reading the access authorization that is stored in a data carrier (9). The carrier is accommodated in an object e.g. ski, that is carried by a user. A copying-reading unit reads a coded authorization on a copying-data carrier (12), and a coding unit (3) codes the access authorization on the data carrier (9). The coded authorization is deleted after coding of the access authorization.
