Zwischen dem Heizelement und der Wandung hat man bisher Quarzsand eingefüllt. Das untere Ende der stabförmigen Wandung 1 ist durch eine ebenfalls aus Keramikmaterial bestehende Abdeckkappe ein 1a verschlossen, welche eine elektrische Anschlusslasche 2a trägt.
