- Device in accordance with claim 4, characterised in that the at least one position sensor (34) is a reverberation sensor and the at least one position indicator (33) is a magnet which is coupled to the position-adjustable band stop.
- Device in accordance with any one of claims 1 to 5, characterised in that the band stop (23) is laterally adjustable perpendicularly to the longitudinal direction (28) of the strapping band (17) in the band channel by means of an adjusting device (29).
