Abstract

Zur Fertigung eines Deckenelements (1) aus Beton, das mit einer überstehenden Bewehrung (3) in einer Schalung (4) mit verringertem Materialeinsatz, aber sicherer Statik vorgefertigt wird, wird vorgeschlagen, dass die Hauptfläche der Schalung (4) zur Ausbildung einer im Montagezustand an der Oberfläche konvexen Betonplatte (2) konkav ausgeformt ist. Insbesondere ist das Maß der konvexen Überhöhung im mittlerer Bereich der Betonplatte (2) in Anpassung an das Eigengewicht und die vorgesehene Auflast sowie Schwinden des Betons derart gewählt ist, dass das Deckenelement (1) im Einbauzustand annähernd plan ist. Weiterhin wird eine Schalung zur Herstellung eines solchen Deckenelements (1) vorgeschlagen, wobei das Maß der konkaven Vertiefung der Schalung (4) einstellbar ist, insbesondere durch Beaufschlagung mit zumindest einem Hydraulikzylinder.
