Claims (11)
- Mécanisme de manipulation de tasse, en particulier pour un distributeur automatique de boissons, comprenant un corps de support (2, 3) pour supporter une tasse (5), qui peut s'y déplacer d'au moins une position d'attente à au moins une position d'infusion, ledit mécanisme de manipulation de tasse comprenant une manivelle (4) supportée par ledit corps de support (2, 3), caractérisé en ce que le mouvement de ladite tasse (5) est exclusivement produit par ladite manivelle (4) actionnée par un moteur, ladite manivelle (4) étant constituée de deux disques (6), qui sont associés par un élément transversal (8), chacun desdits deux disques (6) ayant un pivot de manivelle (7) s'engageant sur ladite tasse (5) et une fente (9) recevant un mouvement rotatif dudit moteur.
- Mécanisme selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit élément transversal (8) est muni d'une patte (10) qui constitue une spatule.
- Mécanisme selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que ladite tasse (5) est constituée d'un seul corps, qui est sensiblement quadrangulaire et est muni d'un siège cylindrique (11) qui reçoit un piston secondaire (12) et d'un siège (13) qui reçoit ledit pivot de manivelle (7).
- Mécanisme selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ladite tasse (5) comprend deux broches de guidage (14) et une chicane ou une goulotte (15) pour faciliter l'expulsion d'une pastille, contenue dans ladite tasse (5), à la fin de l'infusion.
- Mécanisme selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit corps de support est constitué de deux demi-coques (2, 3).
- Mécanisme selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit corps de support (2, 3) comprend une double broche de fixation (16) pour fixer ledit corps de support (2, 3) dans un support (17) d'un distributeur automatique de boissons.
- Mécanisme selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que ledit support dudit distributeur est constitué d'un boîtier de métal en feuille (17), qui offre support et isolation audit mécanisme d'infusion.
- Mécanisme selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce qu'il est monté sur ledit support (17), sur le devant de ladite machine et de manière à pouvoir osciller.
- Mécanisme selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un piston (18) pour distribuer de l'eau sous pression, ledit piston (18) traversant une pastille de café ou d'une autre substance afin de préparer une boisson.
- Mécanisme selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que ledit piston secondaire (12) agit comme un porte-filtre, lorsqu'il se trouve en position inférieure dans ledit siège cylindrique (11) de ladite tasse (5), de manière à recevoir une poudre qui descend d'un distributeur une fois que la commande d'infusion a été reçue.
- Mécanisme selon les revendications 4 et 5, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un élément d'engagement (19), qui fait partie intégrante dudit corps de support (2, 3) et maintient ledit piston secondaire (12) en position haute dans ledit siège cylindrique (11) de ladite tasse (5) pendant une opération de nettoyage effectuée par ladite spatule (10) afin d'éliminer la poudre utilisée après l'infusion et de maintenir ledit piston secondaire (12) en position inférieure par rapport audit siège cylindrique (11) de ladite tasse (5), à la fin de la course, une fois que la nouvelle position d'attente a été atteinte.
