Definitions
- the invention relates to an edge protection profile with the features of the preamble of claim 1.
- Such edge protection profile is from the FR-A-2 273 921 known. Although this edge protection profile can be produced comparatively easily and inexpensively and with comparatively low material consumption, this edge protection profile is relatively unstable, especially in the case of relatively long lengths, so that bending, bending or even breaking off of the edge protection profile can occur during handling.
- Another edge profile is from the DE 93 17 812 U1 previously known, which consists of a two flanks having corner profile. From the individual flanks in each case a flank extension by punching and folding is worked out in such a way that the individual resulting edge limb are laterally interconnected.
- the edge protection profiles 20 shown in the figures are designed as a Putzeckschiene and are made of metal.
- such edge protection profiles 20 made of galvanized sheet steel and / or made of stainless steel and / or aluminum.
- the edge protection profiles 20 essentially consist of an elongated, a plaster withdrawal edge 21 forming corner profile 22.1, 22.2, here in one piece with a plurality of first edge limbs 25, 125, 225, 325, 425, 525 and a plurality of arranged at an angle 26 edge legs 30, 32, 430, 530 is connected, which thus extend in different directions from the corner profile 22.1, 22.2 away.
- the legs of the angle 26 are in an imaginary plane which is perpendicular to the longitudinal axis or to the longitudinal direction 29 of the corner profile 22.1, 22.2.
- the edge protection profile 20 is made of a thin sheet 23, wherein the detail profile design is preferably produced by forming, in particular by folding or bending of individual profile parts, preferably on roller machines. It is understood, however, that the edge protection profiles can also be produced in a primary molding process or in a combination of primary molding and forming processes.
- a plurality of tongue or flap-shaped first edge legs 25, 125, 225, 325, 425, 525 are preferably formed by punching and angled to the several second edge legs 30, 230, 430, 530 forming sheet 23 in the region of the corner profile 22.1, 22.2 in the angle 26.
- the angle 26 is preferably 0 to 180 degrees, more preferably equal to or less than about 90 degrees.
- the side surfaces 27 of the first edge limbs 25, 125, 225, 325, 425, 525 and the side surfaces 31 of the second edge limbs 30, 230, 430, 530 are formed substantially parallel to the plaster removal edge 21.
- edge protection profile in the region of at least one of each extending approximately in the same direction edge limb, preferably at all its edge legs are stiffened particularly advantageous, so that these edge protection profiles themselves can be easily handled at long lengths without the risk of bending, kinking or even breaking off.
- corner profiles are in the in the Figures 1 and 2 and 9 to 16 shown embodiments with a limited here by a three-quarter circle, slotted, continuous, tubular profile, while the corner profile 22.2 according to the FIGS. 3 to 8 is designed with a continuous fold of immediately superposed wall parts.
- corner profiles can also be designed with a substantially arbitrary cross-section.
- All Eckprofile have a preferably continuous in the longitudinal direction 29 Putzabzugskante 21.
- first edge limbs 25, 125, 223, 325 from the sheet 23 having the second edge legs 30, 230 leaving a longitudinally in the longitudinal direction 29 of the Eckprofils 22.1, 22.2 extending and in one of the length 41st ; 241 of the first edge legs 25, 125; 225, 325 corresponding distance 42, 242 to the corner profile 22.1, 22.2 arranged connecting web 45 are formed out.
- This connecting web 45 preferably extends continuously in the longitudinal direction 29 of the edge protection profile 20. In this way, therefore, the second edge legs 30, 230 are connected to form a single edge limb.
- first edge legs 425, 525 are formed out of the sheet 23 and angled to this at an angle 26 that both a plurality of tongue or lobe-shaped first edge legs 425, 525 and a plurality are formed by tongue or lobe-shaped second edge legs 430, 530, which viewed from the corner profile 22.1 in the longitudinal direction 29 extend alternately in different directions.
- the first edge limbs 425, 525 preferably each extend approximately in one direction
- the second edge limbs 430, 530 likewise preferably each extend away from the corner profile 22.1 in a direction different therefrom, forming the angle 26.
- said first edge legs 425, 525 and also said second edge legs 430, 530 are each spaced apart in the longitudinal direction 29 of the corner profile 22.1 to this extending connecting means 35 while bridging the between adjacent edge legs of each of the first edge legs 425, 525 and each of the second edge legs 430, 530 located recesses 440, 540.1, 540.2 firmly connected. It is understood, however, that it is also possible in principle, the embodiments according to the FIGS. 1 to 8 and the embodiments according to the FIGS. 9 to 16 to combine such that in addition the first edge legs and / or the second edge legs are provided with a continuous connecting web.
- a continuous rigid wire 46 is provided as connecting means 35, which extends in the longitudinal direction 29 of the corner profile 22.1, 22.2 and which is clamped non-positively to clamping tabs 147, 447 of the edge legs 125, 425, 430 here.
- the wire can be clamped there or only form-fitting.
- the clamping straps 147, 447 for the wire 46 are here integrally connected to the edge limbs 125, 425, 430 and punched out of these, leaving a connection 148, 448 on the respective edge limb 125, 425, 430, in which case the wire 46 between the respective clamping plate 147, 447 and adjacent wall parts 149, 449 of the respective edge limb 125, 425, 430 is preferably clamped under plastic deformation of the clamping plates 147, 447.
- the wires 46 can be fed and clamped particularly advantageously in a production line in which a reshaping of the edge limbs takes place, for example on roller conveyors.
- the clamping lugs 447 arranged in the region of the free ends of the edge limbs 425 and 430 have a length 452 and are bent over here by about 180 degrees so that their free end 451 projects beyond the edge 453 of the respective edge facing away from the corner profile 22.1 Edge leg 425 and 430 protrudes outward.
- Edge leg 425 and 430 protrudes outward.
- first edge legs 225, 325, 525 and / or the second edge legs 530 by means of in Extending longitudinal direction 29 of the corner profile 22.1, 22.2, a connecting means 35 forming connecting straps 254, 354, 554.1, 554.2, which are formed out of the respective edge legs 225, 325, 525, 530 each leaving a connection 255, 355, 555 punched out here, and which are each angled or bent in the direction of an adjacent edge leg, with the latter are positively and / or non-positively connected.
- a non-positive connection can be achieved, for example, by connecting the connecting straps 254, 554.1, 554.2 to the respectively adjacent edge leg 225, 525, 530 by means of so-called crimping, as shown in particular in FIGS Figures 5 and 9 . 11 . 13 and 15 is indicated by the hatched lines in the connecting areas.
- connection regions the connecting straps 254, 554.1, 554.2 with the L-legs 260 of the first edge legs 225, 325 formed as L-profiles 261 according to FIGS Figures 5 and 7 are connected in these connection areas, the connecting straps 554.1 of the first edge leg 525 with the connecting straps 554.1 of each immediately adjacent edge leg 525 and the connecting straps 554.2 of the second edge leg 530 connected to the connecting straps 554.2 of each immediately adjacent edge leg 530.
- the connecting straps 354 of the first edge legs 325 are connected to the respective adjacent edge legs 325 in such a way that the free end 366 of the respective connecting strap 354 engages through a passage opening of the respective immediately adjacent edge leg 325, designed here as a slot 356 and whose or opening edges 357 engages behind.
- the free ends 366 are angled or bent after they have been inserted through the aforementioned through holes.
- the bending or bending of the free ends 366 is preferably carried out in the direction of the respectively overlying part of the respective connecting plate 354, so that a secure clamping of that part of the free end 258 of the L-leg 260 of the L-profile 261 is achieved between the aforementioned parts of the connection tabs 354 lies.
- At least the first edge limbs 225, 325 preferably have at their free ends 258 an L-leg 260 of an L-profile 261 extending in the longitudinal direction 29 of the corner profile 22.2 and at a distance 259 thereto, such as this example, in particular in the Figures 5 and 7 is shown.
- an advantageous connection with the respective connecting straps 254, 354 can be achieved even with larger distances between the edge leg parts extending transversely to the corner profile 22.2.
- per edge legs 525, 530 at least two connecting straps 554.1, 554.2 are provided, which are bent relative to a certain edge legs 525, 530 preferably in directions facing away from each other or bent. It may be expedient that the at least two connecting straps 554.1, 554.2 per edge leg 525, 530 are arranged offset transversely to the corner profile 22.1.
